Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
My wonderful shoes arrived on time, and when I say on time I mean that without them I would failed driving test, there are so comfortable and came earlier than expected with the better presentation I have seen.

They were taking my money out without my permission and had the audacity to have an attitude when I started questioning them. Please whoever reads this DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST, MISTRUSTFUL, COMPANY! You will regret it and end up pissed off with less money in your bank account. I yelled at them and finally they gave me back my money but one man was trying to negotiate with me as to why I should stay. "Customer service" is abysmal. Get a cookie cutter response for everything. They make sure that nothing arrives before that 14 day shipping window. Ordered my boots on Nov 15th and received them Dec 8th. My order left Indiana went to Atlanta and back to Indiana before coming back to Georgia again. The company they are partners with "PITNEY BOWES" according to tracking needs to be changed cause it's ridiculous. Tracking didn't even update between Nov 29th and Dec 7th. In that time I could've just driven to Indiana and picked it up myself.

I was so in love with JustFab at first. I was sure it was new fave - I bought one pair of shoes using their $9.99 first buy offer and then forgot about it for the next 2 months. Suddenly, I look at my bank account, and in total JustFab has charged me over $60 without outright informing me. Turns out when you buy a shoe you're automatically a "VIP" member and are charged $39.95 each month with being informed so, unless you directly click Help and Contact and read the little gray text. There is a feeble attempt to make up for this with a "Skip This Month" option, but it's only available from the 1st of each month to the 5th, so if you don't remember in that time it charges you, and who honestly is going to do that each month? And instead of giving an easy cancellation button on their website, you have to call and go through an agonizingly long process of being put on hold and told that "oh no you can't possibly cancel you'll lose so many benefits I can give you a new membership I'll give you a discount so many benefits". I had to say I wanted to cancel four times until the lady finally got it and cancelled. Not to mention that one pair of shoes I bought came in 15 days when I paid for express shipping. It's a scam, people.

I didn't have any problems besides my boots getting in a day late. They looked exactly like the picture and I could cancel my account after so I had no monthly charges. Everything went smoothly
I think it's absolutely hilarious that so many are coming on here and saying how they charged their credit card for months without their knowledge. IF YOU WERE SMART ENOUGH TO READ WHEN YOU SIGNED UP, you would know that you have the option to skip each month between the 1st and the 5th so that no charges will be made on your credit card, and even if you forget and they charge you, it goes to any pair of shoes on the site! Why make a bad review simply because you were too stupid to read the agreement YOU made when you bought your first pair? Boggles my mind completely. I have had excellent service with this company, and would definitely recommend it to others! Such cute shoes, totally worth it. (: Never had an issue!
Literally the worst thing that has ever happened to me shopping online. I called on the phone to cancel my "VIP" Membership only to have a man whom I could barely understand tell me that they were not able to cancel my account because I had the $39.95 a month "balance" which functions as a gift card and can be exchanged for more items from the store. However, he also explained that even if I used the credit, I'd be charged ANOTHER $39.95 as a "gift card" for my newer purchase. So, essentially, there is no way out and I will need to call my credit card company and cancel the card linked to the account which is a huge pain. Never buy anything from this website. Yes, the explain all this to you in the fine print but honestly, who the hell even reads that? I shop online all the time with major companies such as Urban Outfitters and American Apparel and they are legitimate companies. I assumed that given the media coverage and popularity of JustFab that it would also be reliable without having to do any investigating but apparently not. Either be very careful or avoid the website all together.
Went to order a pair of boots not knowing I was being put into a 60 dollar membership. After realizing I immediately call and cancel my order and subscription! They told me they would refund me my money in 24-48 hours. It is going on 2 weeks now. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE.

I bought 4 pairs from this JUSTFAB, returned all 4 because all of them are uncomfortable shoes, they have cute style but if you love your feet. DO NOT BUY from JUSTFAB, they don't know how to make shoes and respect women's feet. Beside the fact that their customer service are horrible, rude, now I'm stuck with store credit and there is nothing there that I want to spend on. Can't wait to discontinued my membership... Oh, did I tell you they will charge your card 39.95/ month if you've become membership, isn't that ridiculous? We, women, like shoes, but DO NOT RIP US OFF... Warning, do not buy from this JUSTFAB!
The styles are great! I love the affordability of JustFab. I've gotten really awesome shoes, clothing, & handbags from them. The sizing is hit or miss & can sometimes be a little off!

Why the F*** DO I PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING IF IT DOESN'T ARRIVE IN 2-3 DAYS AS STATED ON THE WEBSITE. If the website is taking you're money just skip the months. Or cancel your card. That's what I'll prob do if for whatever reason they don't answer the phone. But I just ordered 7 pairs of shoes from them. It's really only worth it to get the sign up deals. Then cancel the account. I wouldn't pay them $40 for. L a pair of shoes when I just bout them for 75% off the first time. Just cancel your acct after your order arrives and skip the month if it's not to you before the 5th. Then call and cancel your acct. The next time you want to order a lot of shoes at once like I did, create a new account and do the same process. That way they aren't scamming you. I did the same with shoedazzle.
They sent my order to the wrong address and when I told them they said they would re route it but never did so my shoes got delivered to an old address and I couldn't get them back. Told me to file a claim through UPS but I couldn't.
