Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
The shoes are fine. The website is terrible. You can't reset your password or put your account on hold without calling and talking to someone. It's more of a hassle than what it's worth.
I just wanted some cute boots to go with my Christmas outfit. Instead I got the cheapest looking boots that dollar general would sell. No thanks. Keep your money. It isn't worth the headache.

I ordered shoes on Nov. 9th ‘21 and received a notification that it's on its way on Nov. 19th saying that my package has been shipped and it will arrive soon. Here it is Dec. 11th and no package. Never had this problem before and I'm really disappointed that there's no way to really track my package. Not knowing where something is that I paid money for really doesn't sit well with me. Luckily, customer service was helpful, explained that Covid is hot in some spots and delays should be expected and gave me credits, but at least have a sufficient tracking system to make sure it's still on its way and not lost in transit! These were Christmas presents and I'm pretty doubtful that they'll on time now. Super bummed.
Tip for consumers:
If you want to by stuff as gifts, make sure you get it waaaay in advance.

I've been waiting for my package for awhile now with no info on tracking no updates and it's hard to get in contact with anyone regarding my shoes. I was given three arrival date we passed all 3 dates by five plus days still NO UPDATE OR SHOES!

I just bought my first pair of boots from JustFab and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort. I was skeptical of buying from them but then a coworker showed me the quality of the boots she bought and I thought I would give it a try. YES, if you sign up for the VIP membership it becomes YOUR responsibility to either SKIP THE MONTH or cancel your membership so that you don't get charged. Don't get angry with a company's policy simply because you failed to read the fine print. Is it a bit of a pain? Yeah, sure. But totally worth it in my book to get 75% off your first purchase. I just set a calendar reminder for the first of every month so I don't forget to skip a month. You can always cancel your membership if you don't want to deal with the hassle. I can't speak to JustFab's customer service because I haven't dealt with them as of yet, but in terms of their boots, I'm LOVING what I purchased.
First of all, I just got a charge of 39.95 when I was at work so I just assumed that someone stole my credit card number when I ordered about a month ago. That was not the case, just fab charges there members 39.95 each month so they can pick you out a pair of shoes each month praying you will by there pick. Im not a happy camper right now speaking since I have been on the phone with them for almost 60 mins and counting waiting to speak to someone! Don't get me wrong I loved my shoes I signed up to get them for 9.95 which would be 14.95 with slipping and everything, I got charged twice at first for the shoes one right away and then another time maybe like a week later when they shipped I had no idea that they charged you every month 39.95 will not be purchasing anything else from them I hope tot hear from someone soon ether by email or if they answer the phone its seriously rude of them not to tell you that to began with im not happy at all & I will ne waiting until they answer because if they are a 24 hour 7 days a week service then they should have penalty of ppl to pick up the phone! Cancelling my membership ASAP!

Bought a pair of shoes (one-off) from them, just to realise that they have taken an extra £35 out of my account without my permission. Tried to call their DODGY number but number is disconnected. PayPal have now stepped in thankfully. WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM AND JUST PATHETIC THIEVES. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
I bought these for a country music festival and they were EVERYTHING! I got so many compliments on them and my feet even last all night dancing! 10 out of 10!

So basically just know that as soon as you buy a pair of shoes, they're going to take 40 bucks out of your account every month. And when you try to call customer service to get a refund, THEY WILL FIGHT YOU. They will try their hardest to try to convince you that that money is solely for buying more shoes. Just go to another site. Not only is customer service rude but you get scammed.

HORRIBLE!
I got an offer for a 1/2 price pair of shoes for 1st time purchase so I took the bait.
Got two left shoes and then they had the nerve to tell me there would be a restocking fee if I wanted to return them. What? I didn't order two left shoes!
Anyway, no I see a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize from Justfab.com. I admit, I didn't read all the fine print, I guess, when I placed the initial order. But who would think you need to... They don't really give any indication that this is anything other that your run of the mill online shoe purchase. So, I called the company, suffered 15 minutes of retched music while on hold, and spoke to a representative named Taylor. Taylor insisted that there were no refunds and would not let me speak with a supervisor. She also was not willing to offer clear assistance with the cancellation of my membership.
I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company.
This company is a bunch of crooks. Aside from that, their customer service is terrible and their product is crap.
Absolute s*** website, charged me the £35 then when try to use MY MONEY I cant get the sale price as stating I have "potential" credit. NO its MY MONEY its not potential credit! Worse thing I ever did was sign up to this ridiculous site. People stay away wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
I've always ordered from JustFab. This time i got a tracking number from a shipping partner that never updated. Its been 12 days and i still dont have my package. Also dont know where it is. Terrible

I got pulled into becoming a VIP member at JustFab because they offered $10 for the first pair of shoes I bought. The sandals I bought gave me HORRIBLE blisters (image attached). The order # included in my review is actually the second pair of sandals I ordered, which did not fit. I got emails EVERY DAY from JustFab. It is not easy at all to cancel your membership, and JustFab does not remind you to skip the month. I was charged two times because I was not aware I was supposed to skip the month. I called to cancel my membership, and turns out it wasn't cancelled, so I was charged a THIRD time for not skipping the month even though I was told that my membership was cancelled. JustFab is a hoax. Do not fall into their trap of buying your first pair of sandals as a VIP member for $10 because you WILL regret it. Buy from another website/store.

JustFab operate on a deliberately confusing membership policy. Contrary to what some of the reviews have said, you can be a member without paying 35 pounds a month, but anytime you purchase something that is on sale, you automatically become a VIP member.
This is something that is not explained well to consumers. They owe me around 200 pounds because I bought a pair of shoes (12 pounds) from them in April and they have been charging me ever since.
They refunded around 75 pounds when I complained but said the rest could only be used as 'credits'.
It doesn't end there. In the end, I had to buy three items (I don't even like anything from their website) and was automatically re-subscribed to VIP membership again!
So I called AGAIN to cancel.
Today the three items I was forced to purchase have arrived. The jacket I ordered is too big and is a different colour (camel) to the one I thought I purchased (white).
Just stay away from this company.
(Also they took two weeks to deliver my items after stating it would take 3-5 business days)
Some of their items were worth it asks some were not. I believe it was hit or now tbh. I left because of all the changes that have been going on over the past few years. I just couldn't justify it anymore. The cost compared to the quality of wasn't as good as it used to be. Trying to redeem the points wasn't was easy as before, the credits, price increase all of it just was not worth it. So I left.

Please, not as an angry customer but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sound like a great deal at first but they will charge you 40 a month for a membership, even after you have chosen to cancel it. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Please, do not be misguided by the positive reviews, I can't discredit them, nevertheless my experience was HORRIBLE, the shoes are cheap, they're worth 10 % of what you are paying a dollar, you can wear for 5 minutes because of the way they are made, your feet is not able to stay on them for very long.
