Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. The Gisselle Sling Back is comfortable and cute for walking around all day with middle schoolers. The Marylin in Olive Night inspires me to actually say, "Yes" to those casual After Five events I usually pass on after a long week. They elevate a jeans and sweater outfit with comfort and style.

I ordered the Lynn Sherpa Ankle Fuzzie boots in Black Caviar in a size 10 and I got a size 8. Ended up gifting them to my mom because I couldn't understand any of the shipping instructions. But I have Autism, so maybe I'm just missing something.

I purchased my "$10" pair of shoes just to get billed the $14 including shipping or whatever then out of jo where a few days later I'm billed $59…how stupid. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Full refund or a free pair of shoes for the false advertisement and waste of my time would be appreciated but like that would actually happen!

The process was smooth, delivered on time, three pairs of shoes- fit to size, the pair of brown strap shoes is tight across my toes so for my next purchase I will select a wide width.

A very bad experience, PLEASE DO NOT get lured by their fake promotions. They sell the shoes to your for 9 or 10 and then charge you £35 for membership fee with you being informed.
I had called the customer service and cancelled ghe so called membership and they had
Confirmed to me that the money will not be deducted. But just realized that they had taken the money. I returned their shoes as it was a pathetic company and the shoes were also very low quality.
Its been two weeks now and still have not received anything. I have been told it takes 5 weeks for the refund.
I have emailed to them but this company is nothing but fake and scamsters.

I ordered shoes for my anniversary and they send me someone else's order! So I call get put on hold for over an hour for someone to tell me I have to print off a label and send the stuff back before I can even get a refund then once they receive there stuff it will take up to 2 weeks for my refund to hit my card. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now, not only do I not have shoes for my anniversary I now have to waste my gas, my time and my money to go somewhere to print a label (witch they don't refund for) go to the post office and wait in line and return something I didn't even order that I had nothing to do with just to get my money back? WOW. What a RIP off. Don't order from them don't wast your time or energy this is a horrible company. I will be canceling my membership.

I have order a great amount of she's with JustFab, but as of 09/28/2022 I will never give them my business. I really learn how dedicated they are not with customers. I called them to get help with making a order, because lost lost my vision in the left from a disease called Lupus. I called customer service the first time and I was talking with a male and ask for assistance so am waiting not aware he had hung up the phone. At this time am upset, but decided to call back hoping who answer would help me out. I explained to her my probably trying to place a order due to loss of my sight in one eye, but she insisted on telling me to go online and place the order, so at this time am really getting upset, because tonight I learn JustFab is only courtesy when you spending money on buying there shoes, so they must be getting a commission by selling more shoes. I realized they didn't have time to assist a person who only have vision in one. As I told them tonight they will never get another dime from me and I will purchase from Shoe Dazzle from this day forward, but they always want you to take a quick survey on how they service was. Well I can tell them it was lousy.

Read the Terms and Conditions that you have to check 'I Agree' for before you can purchase anything from this site. It TELLS you about the VIP membership that you're signing up for (I do agree that it should have been an OPTION to join, whereas it literally gave me no choice) but it DID TELL ME that that's what was going on and exactly what a membership entails. Including the monthly charge if you don't make a purchase (can't remember if it stated a specific total price amount, or if any little thing would be acceptable), or if you don't 'skip a month'on your profile page.
I have ordered two pairs of shoes from this site and they are absolutely fabulous. Both arrived within a week of the purchase date and I was able to track my packages for the entirety of the delivery. I love my new shoes and will be buying from JustFab again in the future.
I've found it very difficult to find things to buy in the site. Very limited stock. And I do not like this new format for using your credits. Seems like a big rip off to me.

I've been a member of JustFab for almost 2 years old now. I love JF with their fast shipping I get my items within 3 days. But thats not all they really do care about their customers. They have a rewards program when you reach up 350 points (by purchasing) you can redeem a free credit which equals to a free shoe. Every woman love free shoes. I love their shoes and recently I have purchased their jeans, which fit me perfect. Their quality is great for 39.95 with free shipping and exchanges! They have some many selections such as iron fist, Abbey Dawn, Jessica Simpson, and of course their fabulous Jeans. You have need help or have any questions the line is open 24 hours. They also have a facebook community page you can ask questions, post pics of your new shoes, need help with style or just about anything which is awesome. The best part they are always running contests and fun stuff you can win free credits= free shoes, bag, jewelry, or jeans on their website. What more can a girl ask for:-)
I was going to order some boots on here due to low costs, but it REQUIRES you to automatically become signed up for a membership. When you look on the questions to see how to not be signed up it says to click on something that says you want to check out as a regular customer. Guess what? THE BUTTON DOESNT EXIST! Do not order from this company unless you want to have your money STOLEN because that is honestly all they are doing. They want to punish you every month you dont use there crooked company by charging you $40 a month. A complete disgrace! This company should be completely ashamed of themselves.

I try to buy some shoes with the credit I have and extra money from my VISA, but it keeps saying that the address in my bank doesn't match with my billing address, i called the bank and they tell me is a problem with JustFab because is the same address on my account. I chat with someone called Daniel on client services and he tells me that the problem is the bank... I explained I already talked to the bank and the problem is not them and he tells me there's nothing he can do.
Anyways, now i can't use the credit I have with JustFab and I'm going to lose $39.95 USD which maybe is not a lot, but I feel like I'm being robbed and JustFab simply don't care.

This website is a SCHEME! I ordered a purse got it... it was cute but not worth the 39.95$. I had skipped the following month on the 3rd well on the 7th I was charged 39.95$. I called customer service & talked to 3 different ladies they ALL said I was not charged, but my bank said it was JUSTFAB.COM who charged my bank account for 39.95$ on Aug. 7th 2013. So they took my money and gave me NO credit towards the website nor gave me my money back even tho i SKIPPED the month on the 3rd and they CLAIM I was never charged. Im reporting them and telling everyone I know about this.
I recently purchased aonline gift certificiate for a friend at www.justfab.com. I gave my credit card # for the amount, and when My friend tried to make a purchase with the certificiate, She was told that She would have to provide payment (She would later be reimbursed) and She would be responsible for purchasing a new pair every month. There was absolutly no disclaimer stating any of this upon purchesing a gift certificiate. Why, after having My credit card info, did they insist upon Her providing Her credit card info (or cash)? Please follow up with this company...

This company is a total rip off & scammers.
Nowhere does it tell you they will take £35 a month out of your bank account/cc & if you look at other complaint's it doesn't let you skip a month either so you end up out of pocket.
I was lucky enough to have gone through EBAY & got a full refund, plus they are investigating this company as they have had so many complaints.
There are more complaint's made about this site & company than there are positives, so I would tell people DON'T purchase anything!.
There customer service assistance read from a script & are rude to go with it, they get fluster'd & fob you off when they cant stray from their script's which is why they are rude, they also tell you you will in no uncertain terms get a refund as it is what you signed up for even though you don't as £35 a month is never mentioned.

This was BY FAR the WORST experience I've ever had trying to shop online, and I basically only shop online these days. I signed up for the VIP and tried FOUR separate times to place an order on your website, justfab. When I hit 'place order' it just returned me to the previous screen each time. I had to call and have an agent place the order for me! Then when I was enquiring about how to get to the 'skip the month's option the live agent CANCELLED my vip (which in turn then cancelled my order) spent 2 hours this morning trying to order a pair of shoes and all I got was $15 taken out of my account that I now how to wait up to 2 days to be refunded! AND in the 3 different people I talked to, not one answered my question on whether the site was having technical difficulties and if that was why it would not let me place an order. Otherwise I would have happily kept my membership.
Never been so upset trying to buy shoes before...
