Items did not fit well, returned over 10 days ago and still haven't received refund. I decided to skip this months VIP payment this month & was still charged. Would like to have funds returned

I liked the boots so much I bought a second pair.
They are durable and fit great. I would recommend them to any one who wants a good work boot that has a little style.

There was no communication from the justfab for the longest time to as to where is my parcel. The shoes I ordered were nice, but isn't durable. It is uncomfortable & not very high quality

I've got a pair of boots and I wore them like for an hour (staying in my house) and one just broke like really bad. I tried to contact someone and they never respond me

I feel as if there is not enough diversity in the items available to purchase. I wish I could use my credits for the sister sites such as Shoedazzle because those styles suit me better.

All of the items in my order were too big and i had to send them back. It is taking forever to receive my refund and i needed those shoes for a trip this weekend.

I signed up for the vip membership, but you have to remember to skip EVERY SINGLE MONTH OR they will charge your card on file for every month you don't skip. They give you what they call a "member credit". I forgot to skip two months, so I was expecting to be able to shop for something around $80, but it won't let you combine the credit and if there's already a sale on an item it still makes you have to pay, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS $80 OF YOUR MONEY. It's a total scam, don't get caught in it. Also, I bought a purse that looks nothing like the one they had on their site. Total rip off and cheap material.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIECE OF $#*! COMPANY. I order 3 times! And every single thing I got was already broken then tell me why I had to PAY TO $#*! THAT $#*! BACK. Trust me, they'll hang up on you too when you call customer service. Worst company ever man swear to god. $#*! you $#*!es

I ordered a pair of chunky heels from this website and and I only was able to wear them once. The buckle in the strap broke off. Just remember, you get what you paid for.

I've never seen so many diff styles of shoes. I don't wear wide calf, but so many of those as well. It's hard to pick sometimes. Prices are good and when sales hit, it's amazing.

Everything came on time, but I couldn't fit shoe lace port that goes up my leg, now the shoe port fit me good I wish thst made the leg port more sketchable for people who has the thighs to go up your leg this shoe it not for thick people it is for skinny people

I have been a member for about a year or so now. I love the styles they carry and it is always fun to shop around. If something isn't for me, I am able to return/exchange with no issues

Just fab is a legit company. I would never give my payment info to any company, except they have commercials on TV here in Canada, so I know they've got some credibility.

However, they advertise in Canada as if the person watching were in the US. $39.95 shoes, and don't mention just HOW they really make money. When you buy your first item whatever it is, they automatically register you as a VIP member, which means now your account is charged $##.## a month. In the US, it's $39.95 a month. If you don't want to get charged monthly, you have the first 5 days of the month to just "skip" the month, and they won't charge you. However, many people forget, and get charged the $39.95.

However, in Canada, because of exchange rates, my monthly fee would actually be closer to 60 bucks. Also, we don't get free returns and exchanges. We have to pay around 8 bucks to return an item for a refund or exchange.

In the states, this company is just marginally worth working with, because you could basically go down to forever21 or charlotte russe and get the exact same thing but here we pay like twice for shoes so it's worth it for me as long as I remember to Skip the month! If not, OUCH!

I ordered my boots 2 weeks ago and still don't have them and still do t have an estimate as to when they will be here. Contact for help and get told system is down and try again later.

I had no received my package by the date that was on the order. The rep.was patient and asked that I hold on for one more day bc of an holiday. As she said It arrived. Kudos to her.

I would have subtracted stars if I could. Great looking shoes at great prices. To good to be true...

I ordered 3 boots on the 4th Oct 20 and they arrived on the 12th Oct. I was sent 3 completely different boots and they were 4 sizes to big. I called 'JustNotWhatiOrdered' to arrange an exchange. They said that one of the boots I wanted was out if stock. I could change that boot but would have to pay the difference in price. I declined as the boot in question had been discounted as it was my first order but this discount would not apply if I swapped. I went for a refund. 'JustNotSoFab' collected their unwanted goods on the 17th Oct and have still not issued a refund.

I will be pursuing 'JustRipOffs' for my refund and asking them to cancel my VIP subscription before I am charged for absolutely nothing again. I would not recommend this entity to anyone as they are 'JustRidiculous'.

There isn't enough wonderful word to describe how pleased I am with EVERYTHING that I have purchased for my self or gifts for others. The only complaint I have is the monthly charge sometimes it is just an oversight when our lives are so busy and why the money exchange when there is JF Canada?

I wish I could give less than a 1 star review. I don't even know how long I have been a member but EVERY TIME I order, I am LUCKY if 1 out of 10 pairs fit and they could be all the same size! So disappointed that I have spent money on JustFab shoes.

I have never NOT had an issue when placing an order. The website shows sales then doesn't reflect when checking out. They said they would not honour the website pricing as the promo was over... THEN TAKE IT OFF THE WEBSITE! Spent 45 minutes on chat with no resolve. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

They continue to tell me how to skip the month. They took 3 credits out of my account which is $119 dollars without MY permission. They said they will not and cannot give me a refund.DO NOT PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN ON THIS SITE..

DO NOT EVER shop at JustFab. I was scammed into a £39 monthly subscription fee by following an advertisement for £15 boots. They disguise this as being a "VIP" which was written in tiny white smallprint. I'm absolutely disgusted, they are a JOKE.

I was a customer of JustFab for many years. I cannot count all the shoes I purchased and the amount of money I spent with this company...
However, there was an issue with several of my orders anout 70%, if it wasn't the delivery, out of my size, charging me full price, RUDE customer service, regardless what the issue was, it was never simple to purchase with JustFab! Needless to say, I canceled my account with JustFab and will never buy a single item from them!
