Ordered two backpacks and a pair of slippers. Nice delivery time. Happy with all three as of now. Haven't used the backpacks yet as they are going on our backs for a plane trip.

Used my points for Christmas gifts for my daughter in law (and a couple for myself) and we both loved everything we got. One pair of shoes didn't make the cut but it was easy to exchange them!

JustFab customer service used to be awesome, now they just hang up in the chat help screen or get the suggestions mixed up and wrong... they don't resolve problems there, probably best to call.

Love them every pair I got got so many compliments and will buy some more very soon.I wear a 12 and it very hard for me to find things that I feel cute in..

Easy to navigate website. Don't really like the skip the month but i have been doing it for 5 yrs. The shoes are nice and they last years for me, so i am content.

I love the shoes from JustFab:)although I often forget to buy wide width & I must always remember to skip the month or I get charged the $49.99 plus the conversion to Canadian but I just call & JustFab peeps always fix it

Shoes lasted 3 weeks before splitting wide open... 'crocodile' shoes. When complaining I discovered they had taken money from my account without my authorisation...

My daughter is a standard 8 in pretty much every brand of clothing we've ever tried with no issue. These fit more like a 6-7 & once washed (in cold) & dried on low… she couldn't wear them anymore

Always fun to explore the site. My purchases are always comfortable and stylish. If something doesn't fit, the return process it easy. Thanks justfab?

This has been by far the WORST experience of my life! JustFab has no idea how to run an ethical business. They screw over so many people without thinking twice about how they are treating their customers. I ordered two boots back in September when they were running their buy one get one free special. I received the boots to find out the warehouse had screwed up and sent me the wrong color, brown instead of grey. I called JustFab immediately and the lady I spoke with told me I would be receiving the grey ones and all I had to do was send back the brown ones. Well, I did my part and they did not do theirs. I sent the boots back to them, which was a complete inconvenience for me because I live in a small town where the closest post office is miles away! I go into my account to find out instead of receiving the grey boots the order had been cancelled! The boots had run out of stock and because of their error I not only did not receive the boots but had to send the wrong ones back, too. To make matters worse, I cannot cancel my membership and get MY money back, I received a stupid store credit that I HAVE to use on another JustFab purchase. Are you freaking kidding me? How is this okay? How does a company so unethical get away with such horrible business practices? SAVE your money, this company is HIGHLY unethical!

$#*! the whole company stealing money from people. When i updated my payment method they simultaneously charged me a new membership fee and overdrafted my account.

So, I created an account almost a year ago and a couple of weeks later I called and cancelled the account (since they charge you at LEAST £39.95 EVERY month, doesn't matter if you use their service or not.
The woman on the phone said everything was taken care of and that was that. I thought.
Now, almost a year later I see something in my bank statement. They haven't cancelled anything at all, they're STILL charging me every month. And they've been doing it at the most random dates so I have never noticed until now.
And now, all they can do is cancel them and give me back my money for this month. NOT the other months that they've wrongfully charged me for.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I bought $500 worth of shoes. To start with, my bad. Customer service gives you such a run around if there is any issues, that you just give up. I'm canceling my subscription.

It's simple. Become a member all you gotta do is skip the month if you don't want to puchase. I've been with justfab for 5 years now and I fully recommend them.

They never have the right sizes available for purchase and the shoes fall apart after a couple wears. Everyone I tried giving my credots to declined as they did not like JustFab at all.

Horrible experience. Their shoes are cheaply made and they make unwanted charges. Canceling was such a hassle. Please avoid the trouble and stay away!

For the longest time, I've been looking for a knee high boot with medium to small calf, and couldn't find one, but I found them here! Thanks, Justfab. Y'all delivered! Winter ready

3 times now I've been sent different sizes in shoes from what I ordered. Who is packaging these items... my 5 year old could find 2 of the same sizes. Geez.

Sizing was off, one pair of boots quality wasn't that good. Delivery was not bad took an extra few days then expected also. Over all I would try them again.

WORST CASE EVER!
I AM LITERALLY SO FRUSTRATED i DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO WRITE. SAYS THERE WILL BE 10$ SHOES AND BY SIGNING UP WE WONT NOTICE WE ARE SIGNING UP FOR MONTHLY CHARGE OF 40 $$. ITS LITERALL BULL$#*!.
JUST STAY AWAY FROM IT.

Most of the stylish shoes have heels over 4" tall. Just unwearable. Additionally, the style collection is too limited so there's no way to be a regular customer on the VIP plan.

These 2pair of boots I ordered for my daughter and I were cheap as $#*!. Material the fur was practically glued on jus horrible never ever will I buy again from them

I am not a high heel fan general because i'm flat-footed with wide feet and my feet will overlap the heels, But I will most definitely order from justfab again! SHOES WERE DROP DEAD GORGEOUS, FIT SNUGGLY, COMFORTABLE & etc.
