Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

I have been a member for quite some time. I love the shoes and accessories best but also have a couple of cute outfits. It's easy to skip a month. You only pay when you want to. There are good deals.

JustFab is a scam company that steals money from consumers. If you buy one item from their website, they start automatically charging your credit card $39.95 every month with no prior warning. They claim that you consent to the monthly charges when you purchase the item, but the warning is concealed in very small font and does not adequately explain that they will charge you the fee just by making one purchase. Even worse, when I called to cancel my membership, they didn't cancel it and continued to steal from me FIVE $39.95 charges. When I finally got through their sales robots and spoke with a supervisor, she just kept reading the tag line and said how great company is. I finally got her to refund two out of five charges that they stole, but she was still unable to show me the language that gave them the authority to charge my credit card in the first place. At that point, the supervisor supposedly cancelled my "membership" at JustFab... until April 2013, when I had another $39.95 charge from them for my "membership." This company is stealing money from people without any prior consent and should not be trusted. And to add insult to injury, the shoes that I did order that got me into this whole mess were very cheaply designed. I wouldn't even pay $5.99 for them at Payless.
After being charged $35 twice without notice, I called them to cancel this crap membership. They said my money couldn't be refunded and those credits would go to an electric gift card which I couldn't do anything with it because it only applied for regular items not the sales or clearance. Then a year ago now, I checked my bank account and they just TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK AGAIN (this time is $39). This is the worst business ever... TOTALLY A SCAM! Be careful to check your bank account every month because this is sneaky and dangerous.
Justfab.com is a SCAM! Everything will seem fine AT FIRST-- until you try to cancel your membership with them. I had to scream at the lady on the phone because she REFUSED to cancel my account. Then they will lie and say it's canceled, but all of your info is still stored in their site and they wont remove it even if you ask. If you try to Live chat with someone they will just DISCONNECT on you. RUDE. I had to call my bank and have my card blocked and sent out a new one just in case these *** try something SKETCHY!
How is it that they have any stars at all? Okay fine the monthly deduction is in the small print and many of us got caught with that but HONESTLY should you frustrate us with poor customer service as well? Your delivery is terrible, we pay to sit on the phone for close to an hour just waiting to have someone tend to our issues with our orders. This is the worst eCommerce website! And what is up with the "recitals"? I am paying to have an issue addressed and not for you to tell me how I am a valued VIP member every 5 seconds! Why should cancellation be a frustrating venture? It's bad enough you take my money if I forget to skip but should me opting out of the contract be a problem too? Their goods are inferior. Their turn around time is appalling. They have sent me other people's shoes on two occasions and had to take four weeks to have then picked up. I'm currently waiting for boots I ordered in September and unfortunately I would be leaving the country soon and would not be available to receive my boots when they arrive... If they ever arrive that is! Kimora Lee Simmons should be embarrassed to be associated with these scumbags!

I ordered 2 pairs of JustFab shoes a few months ago. The packaging was very pretty, but I was not impressed with the quality of the shoes for the price. They were more like indoor shoes, clearly not made to withstand any weather or wear. One was a pair of flats, they felt like slippers: thin soles with no support. The other was a pair of booties, and I didn't dare wear them in any sort of snow. I've had the shoes about 8 months and though they were comfortable and pretty, they haven't held up well. Since I ordered my shoes, JustFab has been taking 39.95 out of my account because I had to become a "VIP" member to look at or buy anything. This is so irritating and not worth it for two pairs of shoes. I finally called to cancel the account. The attendant was VERY talkative, doing her best to promote the company and maintenance of membership. I had to interrupt her finally to ask for all of my money back and to cancel my account. She was pleasant enough and did so for me. Now I am waiting for the refund, hopefully will be quick.

Ordered 8 pairs of boots, paid extra for swift delivery, thy eventually arrived. They were all a size too small to usual UK fit, so I wanted to exchange them for a larger size... WRONG! Followed their process and repackaged everything up into the three large boxes they arrived in... waited in all day, courier eventually comes and refuses to take the three boxes, will take one. He scans and takes one. Contact customer services, they arrange collection for the following day, NO SHOW, contact customer services, they arrange collection for the following day, NO SHOW again! Contact them again and now they're not sending anyone to collect them for four days>! So three wasted days of waiting in for a courier to come between 8am and 8pm... Cutomer services have no idea what is going on, blame it all on the courier, VERY POOR CUSTOMER Service and I will never ever deal with this farce of a company again!
Both pair of shoes do not fit. One pair was too small and the other was too big. I have had just fab a long time and I do not like the new subscription I think it is very unfair and your $$ should be returned not liking this NEW JUST FAB AT ALL

They dont let you delay your shipment unless its close to ship date. When I remember to go on the website it doesnt allow me to skip the month because Im being too proactive.

So. You guys. After you sign up and out in all your info and blah blah blah. There is this video that says in the video! Close to the end of the video. I know the video because my boyfriend made me listen to the whole video! It says on the 1st of every month. You have to log in to your account and press skip for all the offers. Canceling of the offers goes from the first of the month to the 5th of the month. This is how your card doesnt get charged. I will admit after seeing all yalls reviews I got scared as $#*!. I have a bad memory and there is only a slight chance I will remember that I have to go in to the website and unlike offers. Well thats it. Oh and I called customer service. If you are cut and dry like my boyfriend then they dont ask u questions they say ok and hang up. I asked for a confirmation that my account is canceled and they said I would get one in 24 to 48 hours and reconfirmed that I would not get charged again.

I never got told if I bought something once that I be getting 35 pound taken a month out my PayPal account for nothing you scamming people and I been to trading standards as they getting loads reports of this as I never signed for u to keep my bank details just fab said that I get 70 pound back in next 5 days I better or trading standards will be taking over. Top it all I was insulted by staff saying I take it u cant read how u know that I am not blind u are disgusting as company and will advise no one buy off u the boots I got ment be 8 more size 6 and never once would u take them back!
