Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I signed up for the VIP services, I was explained if I spend more than $40 in a month then I would not be charged for membership, that was a complete lie, I spent over $40 and was charged a member fee two weeks later. So of course I called into customer care, after being on hold for 28:45 min a rep connected who phone was not working I could not understand him and all I wanted to do was cancel, he disconnect my line I called back just to hold 30 min this time and have a rep try to talk me out of not canceling for another 25min, Not only did they waste my time, take money out of my account by " mistake", but the sandals I bought were cheaply made to the point I cant even wear 3 pairs of my sandals because they lean to the side. This was my first and only time I will ever do business with JustFab! I suggest you spend your money else where

I ordered two seperate packages, one day apart from each other. The first order was on Friday, December 2nd and the next order was the following day, Saturday, December 3rd. The first order took 3 days to be processed and another 7 days to be shipped, which is fine and within the timeline JustFab gives in their shipping policy. The next order however, (now keep in mind it was ordered the day after the original order) still had yet to ship. It has been in processing status for 10 days now! I called customer service on day 7 of processing and the woman actually had the audacity to say "I GUARANTEE you your package will arrive by the 15th, but because it is taking longer than expected, we will include a $10 giftcard in your package." At that time, I actually thought that made up for their processing mishap, but now it's the end of day 10 and the order status still says it's processing! WTF JustFab? Don't tell your customers you guarantee something if you're not going to oblige!
When you order on things online you don't know if you're going to exactly get what you ordered and I exactly got what I ordered and the material was good material I got a pair of jeans and I fit really good and the delivery time was really quick

Since trying JustFab again I have been overwhelmingly disappointed. The boots I received look like brown rubber. I was afraid to order another shoe after that, so I decided to use my credit for a weekender bag instead for an upcoming trip. It's been "on its way" for 3 weeks in my tracking info. In the meantime I received a piece of damaged shipping label in a plastic bag from my mail carrier saying the item was received damaged and was rejected. It was barely large enough for me to identify the sender. When I called JF, there was a language barrier and the woman was argumentative. She kept repeating "it's on the way" instead of listening to me that I had received a damaged noted from the post office. She kept saying the email I received was wrong. I don't think she ever understood it was a physical label and not a notification that I received. I even asked if they could mail a replacement so I'd have it in time for my trip. I honestly have never been more disappointed in a product or customer service.

I think JustFab is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Their concept of "VIP member" is extremely misleading. If I could, I would tell anyone out there to never join their VIP regardless of how much sale you get. Charging each month onto your credit card as a consequence of not "skipping" the month is terrible. The BAD part is that you cant even skip ON THE day of... must be before. On top of all this, their so called 24/7 hot line, NEVER answers, I called many many times, on hold for 30mins+ each time, and STILL, NO ONE answers. ANOTHER bad thing is, they charge $40 a month, for you to use that credit, it must be an item at 39.95 as well, cant use it for $29.95 etc shoes. WHAT is this...

I placed an order on thankings giving for a pair of boots. A couple days later they said they cant send my order because of high demand and they would give me a refund. So I waited about 7 days for the refund. It never went back on my card. When I called they asked If I was calling about my four dollar refund when that was not correct because I did not spend four dollars I spent 15 and some change. So I talked To someone and they confirmed that it was 15 so they said it would be refunded so come 2 weeks later I call again because no refund and they just tell me its going to be back my card. So I keep calling and Im emailing them and theyre saying that my refund was refunded on November 30th when thats not correct either cause I had just talk to somebody saying that they were going to process it again so now its december 19th and still no refund. Its so ridiculous Im not even mad about the money Im mad because theyre making it seem that Im lying when I have proof no refund was issued.
I wanted to find some nice over the knee boots, heels and a bag a few months back, so I signed up for JustFab. I ordered some items, I thought were really cute, and when I received them, they looked different from the picture and were so cheap, one of the boots looked overused (like someone wore them for 2 months and returned them). You can get better shoes at Payless, to be honest. I decided not to return it because they were only $20 each. I skipped the next month and in the middle of the month I skipped I got a $40 charge on my card from JustFab, I called them up so fast! I told them that they wrongfully charged me and I would like to cancel my account. The lady I spoke to was very nice and cooperative, she gave me my refund and begged me to stay, she was also offering me discounts, but I still said, "no." I learned my lesson to not sign up for websites that have so many hidden rules and complications. You have to read the rules of the website to know when to skip and you have to call them up to cancel. Most of their handbags and shoes (except their sandals) are CHEAP and made poorly, maybe their clothing line is better. If you do decide to sign up, make sure to keep track of you debit/credit card account, just in case! :)
It was not made clear at all with time of purchase that you will be charged a monthly fee. It was very hard to get my account canceled as well. Shoes are not as seen on website either.

I am amazed and embarrassed for humanity, based on some of the poor reviews for this site. Does no one read anymore?
JF is a subscription service. To lock in those great rates of $39.95, free shipping, access to sales and such you must be a VIP Member or Subscriber. Your card is charged $39.95 per month (on or around the 8th). You have until the 5th of each month to "skip" your monthly fee. If you do this - you are not charged. If you do not opt out, your card is charged and a credit is added to your JF account. You CAN use your credit on a sale item (cheaper than $39) - however JF doesn't "split" credits, so you won't have an outstanding balance to apply elsewhere.
I have ordered probably 20 pairs of shoes. Most are good, - few are great. I had one pair break and thought one pair was just awful and returned them. You can usually tell by the pics how good the quality will be of the pair you're ordering, so I know when to avoid the garbage. I find most fit true to size. Read heel Heights and reviews for better fit and guidance.
Returns were easy. It's honestly awesome for those of us capable of reading comprehension.

What in the!#$!@#@!#@!@#!. Had no clue it was a subscription website, $60 a month?! COSTCO IS $60 FOR THE YEAR! Don't give me s*it if I want to have my subscription cancelled, don't give me speeches about how much deals I'm going to be missing out on. $60 A MONTH IS NOT WORTH IT FOR $10 SHOES. When I realized I was being charged $39.95 a month without my consent and without receiving any merchandise for 17 months I felt completely taken advantage of. I had never consented to being signed up for a "VIP" program in which they automatically charge my credit card without giving any notice, any emails, any confirmation of purchase whatsoever. This completely slipped past me just as I believe your company hoped it would. Pretty terrible thing to do to people. The woman who helped me on the phone was very nice and polite however she was only able to "help" me redeem my lost funds for the last 12 months because after this period of time the "purchases" go to a "gift card center" Rfidiculous to have to now deal with two different people to resolve the fraudulent charges made to my credit card. After being taken advantage of, the last pitch I wanted to hear was how you were going to rectify the situation by giving me 20% off my next purchase. What a complete joke! I called your "gift card department" and they were useless. Unable to offer me any help at all except to "stay fabulous" and to "offer me the gift card I had waiting" I informed the gift card department I would be filing a claim for fraudulent charges that I had no awareness of. To which the lady on the phone could have cared less! What a great company. Super stellar principles you all seem to employ within your company. I would never recommend this company to anyone to be taken advantage of for a sub-par product. This company gets an F-.

I absolutely despise this website. I read nowhere that changing to a VIP membership would mean you were obligated to use this website every month, and there was no option to not become VIP. Twice they have charged me £35 for not 'skipping the month', despite the fact if I don't look at the personalised styles I quite obviously do not wish to buy anything. Both times I have rang up to cancel and asked for a refund, costing me an absolute fortune on my phone bill as there is no option to cancel online, and both times I have been told repeatedly the money cannot be refunded, however after about 15 minutes ending up in me getting quite vocal with the woman mindlessly reading off the script at the other end of the line I get a complimentary refund as thanks for 'giving them another chance' but once again have not cancelled my account. The styles themselves are okay at best, definitely not worth the charge of £35 each month that you are not told about until after the membership changes to VIP which you have no choice in. Justfab makes my blood boil just thinking about it, DO NOT use this website. Absolute scam.

FedEx is well known to be the most unreliable shipping company. I couldn't track my order, I was given several different delivery dates, the delivery date listed on the JustFab website and the one on FedEx website were completely different. There were no updates for a few days and then magically the order arrived. I wound be using JustFab again as fedex is HORRIBLE

Bought a pair of discounted boots and got duped by the £35 VIP charge. Having now researched Just Fab I am outraged that this is still allowed to happen.
How do I get a refund without having to resort to the small claims court, trading standards, OFCOM and BBC Watchdog?
I have been a customer of JustFab for years and was pleased with the shoes I received. I recently tried their PS Just Fab clothing boxes and am having an awful experience. I kept 1 item out of my last box and returned the rest. I dropped my package off at my office mail center almost 2 weeks ago and the package has still not made its way back. I was charged $250 for items I did not keep. I have been back and forth with JustFab and the local post office to figure out how to resolve this issue. JustFab cannot give me a valid USPS tracking number so there isn't even a way to track the package! No where do they specify that you actually need to go to the USPS local office and drop off the package. I return most of my mail packages through my office and have NEVER had an issue. The representatives I have called at JustFab have been unhelpful and have provided me so far with 2 different invalid tracking numbers. I am extremely frustrated and out $250 I was not expecting. Their PS website is horrible and confusing and most of the time doesn't work for me.

Called with a genuine query about my account. I wasn't even cancelling, just making an enquiry - They took money from my account 4 days ago but no credit showing so called to ask when I would expect to see this so I could spend it. The girl I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful you'd think I was asking her to personally pay for my purchase! She just kept telling me if I cancel I'll have to pay full price. I had not even mentioned cancelling! Told her several times I was not calling to cancel and she began speaking to me like I was a child. Speaking slowly, repeating the terms of cancelling and being quite patronising. They clearly have a script to read in regards to cancelled as they don't even listen to what you say, they just assume you are cancelling and try to put you off doing so. So due to the service received, once I get the credit owed and its spent I WILL be cancelling. Not that they'll care as they got one last purchase out of me. Terrible customer service department. Usually I'm careful with online shopping such $#*! making sure they are a legit company( I am giving them my credit card info), looking at reviews and so on. Having no previous troubles with online shopping, I just went ahead with ordering a pair of boots( 10$ for my first pair for becoming a "VIP" member). No problem. Then I receive an email saying my boots have been shipped and gave me a link for the tracking info and of course I wait a few days because it takes a couple days for a tracking to be updated. When I clicked on it took me to what seemed like a made up Purolator page and said my packaged "arrived" at Martin Grove.( I live in Edmonton, Alberta. No idea where this Martin grove is)I'm like ok what's goin on here. I go the second link they give you which was for fed ex and gave you the same tracking number for. And there was no record of it or it said I entered the wrong tracking number. At this point I was freaking out. I called them and they said it arrived in Martin grove on a Friday and should be at my destination on the Tuesday. They didn't answer my question as to why my tracking info was incorrect. So I just thought I'm not ordering from here again( first place I didn't bother to look up before purchasing) anyways my boots arrived through Canada post which wasn't one of the delivery agencies they provided me with. Needless to say i cancelled my subscription(not easy I might add). I like my boots but I dont think I will be ordering again.
PHONED ABOUT 6 TIMES TO TRY AND CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND GET REFUND OF 35 POUNDS THEY HAD TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER CANCELLING IT ONLINE. EVERY TIME GOT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THEY JUST CUT ME OFF MID SENTENCE.
I am furious! I was told by a call agent that my membership was cancelled last month when I told them to cancel it. I thought it was strange i never got a confirmation email, and I get charged $40 last night and contacted them today just to be told they can't do anything about it. I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP ALREADY! The call agent lied to me and never actually did their part, now i'm $40 short because they're refusing to refund my card for an issue on their part. Worst business costumer service ever... lying to their costumers and charging money to their cards. I have bills to pay, not shoes to buy that was never supposed to be charged!
