Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

For my last order I used my points which is supposed to be $30 off but after I checked out I realized it wasn't even applied so I just lost that points, the check out process was too complicated not like it used to be.

Sizes WAYYYY OFF!
This is the WORST thing I ever got tricked into doing! I have all these stupid monthly fees/'credits' that I hate to lose, but what good do they do if the shoes aren't even sized right?!?! I don't have time for a monthly craps shoot! No time to be returning stuff every month! HATE THIS PROGRAM! I don't even want to give it 1 star!

I have been buying from JustFab for 5 or 6 years. I have a room of shoes and boots.lol I love them and I've never had one single issue. Fit perfect every time and they last year after year!
Tip for consumers:
Try it and you will be hooked! Totally worth it to be V.I.P. cannot beat the sales!!

Customer service is non-existent, they don't clarify what items are covered by the credits ($40 a month, every item SHOULD BE purchasable with credits) and my package is going to take 14 days to arrive. Save yourself the headache and seek a monthly fashion site elsewhere. Justfab is NOT THE ONE.

Justfab is just full of s***! Everytime I try to call and cancel my membership, the phone picks up and hangs up on their end like they're going to bully me into allowing them to take my money! If I want to buy something, I will buy it, I don't need you taking money when I am out of town and need every dime especially when it comes to something that won't allow me to cancel! True enough they refunded my money for 5-7 business days after they took it but it only took them 2 seconds to take and I don't want to hear my bank may take 5-7 days when I receive checks and any other money to my card in NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES! My phone has blurry screenshots and why the Hell do I have to give you proof of something you sent when I left the #?!

The website has a small window for cute wide/extra wide shoes, according to the website a certain with is considered wide so I purchased 2 shoes even though they didnt say wide/narrow because I used a size chart - the first pair I couldn't even get on my foot where are the second pair I was able to get on but they were so long my feet didnt reach the top - got a refund and thats about it

After I was ALLOWED to order everything went smoothly, recieved package, box had been opened and my name wasn't on senders label, shoes and boots were beautiful and of great quality, Haven't bought one thing I didn't love and fit perfectly! Didn't appreciate that after trying to place order with new card and husbands first name, was denied ordering and put on restriction for a week, unfortunately I think I will cancel my subscription with them because of being treated like a lying child! They lure you in, and you don't realize they are taking $40 out of your account every month. And once you learn and decide to "skip each month", if you miss a month, you can only get your money back one time. It is a complete scam and it possibly the worst site ever. They rip people off to get their money by offering a deal that seams amazing, and then they take so much from you every month that you CAN'T GET BACK. I got a big refund back once, but they would not return the $40 I lost this month! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT sign up to be a member! WORST SITE EVER.

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals in August which when arrived were cheap and tacky couldn't be bothered to send them back. 6 months later I find that they have taken £37 out of my account! On calling to demand they return my money I'm informed that I'm a VIP member! And money can not be refunded! How does 1 order 7 months ago of cheap tacky sandals make anyone a VIP?!

I called to cancel my membership so I wouldn't be charged 39.95 (AROUND CHRISTMAS TIME MIND YOU) but the guy on the phone was like "you don't need to cancel! We'll send you an email to skip the payment!" Long story short I got an email of every discount and sale they're having this month but not one to skip the payment and keep my money! Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for my own money back GREAT
It has been almost a month and my order still hasn't shipped. No updates have been provided. I shouldn't have to waste my time contacting customer service, but here we are!

I have big feet and just fab is one of the only places that doesn't exclude me! Love it. If there were better padding or insoles in the shoes would be the only thing that would get th 5th star.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE every single purchase I have EVER made on this site! And if i could've gotten a better deal ANYWHERE else, i have NO IDEA where that could be!
