Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. Horrible across the board! I order 2 pairs of shoes and they automatically signed me up for VIP and I thought "Well I guess I'll give it a try and I'll cancel if I don't like the shoes." I received a prompt order confirmation stating that my order would be shipped within 2 days. Okay 3 days later I'm still waiting and I haven't received an email saying sorry for the delay nothing and on the website it says you won't be charged until the item ships - I was charged immediately. So I called the "customer service line" and the said I wanted to cancel my monthly membership as I didn't want to sign up for it in the first place and I think more than 3 days to process 2 pairs of shoes is ridiculous - if it was Amazon or Zappos I would have received them already. The lady told me that their processing time is 7-10 business days (are you crazy?) and proceeded to completely ignore what I wanted and tell me about their services and sell me on other stuff and give them another chance. I know that no site wants you to cancel but even after I got mad she wouldn't just listen to me and cancel - it took 5 times of me saying "You're not listening I just want to cancel" before she would process my cancel - unacceptable! Then she goes ahead and cancels my order without my asking about that - my order and my "subscription" or whatever are 2 separate things. Their confirmation was an outright lie and their customer service is abominable
DO NOT SHOP WITH JUSTFAB! They are a subscription site and do not make it clear so you fall into their VIP trap. They make you make an account a say you get 70% off your first purchase to make it more likely you will buy. As soon as you buy you sign up to a £35 monthly fee. They then make it as difficult as possible to cancel your account or return items.
I have been looking for clear, low heel shoes and I found two different pairs with JUSTFAB! I am so excited because I will have shoes to wear to dressy affairs without worrying about if the shoes will match.

I was given a specific delivery date no merchandise 2-13-23 was date called on the evening of the 13th was told maybe the 14th definitely the 15th received nothing called the 15th told 16th called today was told tracking said the 17th or I would get a refund tomorrow. This is terrible.

This site is a complete scam. Not only did I not get my first order, but then I was COMPLETELY DENIED A REFUND FOR THIS STUFF I NEVER RECEIVED. So instead, this scam of a site gave me store credits (as if I wanted to order from them again). But I didn't want to waste the already wasted money, so I ordered some decent looking boots and a shawl. I actually got this order only to find that the boots are the complete wrong size. They say they are an 11, but fit my dad who is a 13 in mens. LIKE WTF. The shawl was rather soft and pretty. But don't wash it ever because apparently even if you follow the directions word for word the shawl will fall apart. Avoid this site like the plague.

I ordered 2 pair of boots from justfab.com for total 39.95 - after a week of waiting they still havent been shipped. I decided i no longer want them. In the meantime, they have 2 separate holds on my bank account for 39.95, total 79.90 and i never received anything. I cancelled my account and the 1 order. They have a hold on my account for a December membership without an order, and when I asked for a refund, they denied the hold existed, even claiming that I was confused, and told me to contact my bank.
I absolutely will go to my bank tomorrow! I looked into the details of the holds and they are both from justfab.com, I am not confused. The person denied that I was billed for December, which my bank account shows differently. As well as, if I want a refund for the non-shipped, non received boots, he then said I would have to go to my bank about that too!

After a deceptive scam that charged me a monthly fee for over a year, I demanded a refund that I was finally promised back in July. It is now mid-November, and I have been calling every few days for two weeks to follow up on a check that was supposed to arrive by October 7th. Each call I am told there is no information back from accounting about my request, who they can only contact by email, and then told I will receive a call from accounting within 24-48 hours, which they never call. So I call back and keeping getting told there are still no answers. The money I was told would be refunded was removed from my store account when promised the refund in July, so without the refund check, JustFab has STOLEN this money from me. I will not quit until I am given the refund I am owed! WORST COMPANY EVER!

I've been shopping at JustFab since 2015, and I've had mostly good experiences. MOST of the shoes I've bought have fit perfectly and been very comfortable. But 2 or 3 of the pairs I've bought have had something wrong with the way the insole was placed in that specific pair, and I've had to either add an insert into the shoe, or give them to a friend. Considering I've bought at least 20 pairs of shoes that had no issues, I'd say I'm a satisfied customer. But the few times I have to give away a pair because it's not easy to return them, it was very disappointing.
The clothing I've gotten from JustFab has always been pretty satisfying. You know exactly what you're getting, and I've never found the clothing to run small. My favorite sun hat and sunglasses are also from JustFab, but I have never gotten any jewelry.
I only recommend JustFab to people I know will remember to skip the month though, as it was not easy to cancel back in the day. I think you can cancel online now, but you used to have to call to cancel. I myself set a reminder in my calendar to skip the month, and I find that works for me very well.
Customer service is very helpful. I've moved a few times, and forgotten to update my address until after I've made a purchase and received the confirmation email. They're very helpful and very willing to work with you.

I have been a justfab member for years. I originally joined for affordable, comfortable footwear. I enjoyed the shoes I purchased... in the beginning. Then they started adding clothing and accessories. I also enjoyed the opportunity to use my credits toward fashion wear vs. footwear. In the beginning I could purchase an item and it would be here within a few days... to no longer than a week. My last order (I had a credit to use up because I forgot to cancel one month) is still out there somewhere in shipping land. I purchased on Dec. 4 and still waiting on an update from the Laser Ship company they now use. Shipping takes too long through the new company. I usually end up cancelling every month for the past couple of years. I have been contemplating leaving Just Fab for a while now. They tell you it's easy to cancel your membership... all you have to do is actually call the company and get someone on the phone. I will be canceling my subscription with them as I am just not satisfied with the selection and shipping with this company anymore and I finally used up the credits that I had acquired from not canceling monthly in time.
Tip for consumers:
Just remember to cancel by the 5th of the month so you aren't charged. I found in the beginning I was drawn to the shoes but never found a pair that I love to wear. So, stylish yes, comfortable, not really.

Too difficult to "skip the month." I sometimes spend so much time trying to reach the area for skipping the month that I just give up... probably JustFab's way of continuing to get customers money.

Bought shoes from here months ago and have been charged £35 each month since! Have been ringing and ringing them however phone always engaged. Will not be using these again waste of money and time

To anyone who visits this website, I'd like to warn you of a few things:
1. Buying a shoe automatically subscribes you to their "membership", where they charge $39.95/month. It's very hard, if not impossible, to unsubscribe-you have to call a number, wait on hold for a while, and try to talk to a completely uncooperative representative who will not give you your money back and will either refuse to cancel your account, or tell you they will cancel your account and then won't.
2. If you aren't happy with your purchase, nice try on getting your money back. You can either get store credit (which, by the time you're done dealing with them, you almost certainly won't want) or get your money back with a $5.95 "restocking fee" that you only get when you want your money back instead of store credit which, as the phone representative said, was for "reasons [she] didn't understand".
3. Don't be mislead by their promotions. For example, they recently had a promotion for $20 off any shoe (which would make the net charge $19.95), but when I ordered my shoe, they still charged me $39.95 and refused to give me my money back.

I called to cancel my account and the person on the other line gave me the hardest time trying to resell the service. After I said there is nothing you can say to persuade me because I am NOT INTERESTED in managing this account any longer, he held me on the line for another 5 minutes trying to sell the account. Just Fab, PLEASE STOP DOING THIS and just allow people to cancel. There is much more going on in the world than Just fab! I cannot afford to participate, and do not have the time to keep skipping everymonth. I was considering reactivating at another time, but because of the hardest time I was just given, I realized that would be a BAD idea. I will NEVER use your service again and will discourage others. Dont get me wrong, the guy was nice, but he couldnt follow simple directions to CANCEL!
A month ago I made my purchases taking advantage of offers for Black Friday, this is the date and my package has not yet arrived, I sent emails to find out where the package was and no one gave me an answer and I called and they confirmed that they no longer had all the items from my request was disrespectful and no one should inform me or give me answers

Awful, complete scam! Signed up to the website end of last year sometime - completed the questionnaire to sign up for a FREE membership where they choose the best styles based on your answers fine no problem with that. Didn't buy anything until the new year (didn't see anything that took my fancy) ordered a pair of wedge trainers thought I'd got a really good deal (50% off first order) trainers came, literally had them on for half an hour and I had a massive blister on my heel which was a shame I actually liked them phoned cust service no problem sent them back and they sent out a new pair. Job done or so I thought. Checked my bank statement this morning and I had a £35 direct debit to just fab called cust service only to be told like hundreds of others that I'd inadvertently signed up to a membership where I was supposed to 'skip' any months within a ridiculously short window or I would be charged. Cust service were appalling constantly talking over me with sales pitch trying to convince me to stay, eventually after almost 20 mins and being very firm I got my refund after being told that once it's converted into credit it loses monetary value, what a load of rubbish, and also managed to cancel my account or I hope I have anyways. (I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund) So word of warning folks DO NOT sign up for this unless you want terrible quality shoes and to pay through the nose for them without even realising!
