My purse is absolutely gorgeous! It feels good to carry and I ABSOLUTELY love the gold accent! I purchased the BEAUTIFUL blue color, perfect for any shade of blue jeans! I have received soooo many compliments… awesome craftsmanship and its very CLASSY!

Nice quality, fast delivery. The only thing is, I ordered the smallest size of it but still it feels a little loose to me. But I guess that's just me and my abnormal-sized feet.

I've been really pleased with my purchases from Justfab. I love their styles. I can find comfortable shoes that fit my wide feet(I wish they offered more styles!) I think their prices are fair.

Ordered boots in 2 colors and they processed it it the same color... then when contacted me they said I could cancel the entire offer and pay a lot more to redo the order

I love Just fab! My daughter and I wear a size 12 shoe and they carry the big sizes in great styles. The leggings and sport bras we have purchased are great quality also.

Once you give the site your credit/debit card info they will charge you every month even if you are not purchasing anything. Be careful of this scam or they will keep taking your money.

I have always been satisfied with my purchases. Although I have to order a 1/2 size down as it seems a lot of the shoes run big. (just my opinion.) I am hooked forever!

I got two pairs of boots they both came in a timely fashion. They were only 10 and $18 so I'm not complaining but there is already a tear in one of the boots.

I ordered a pair of boots and when they came in the mail a couple of days late I was just excited to have them finally. I opened the box and looked at the paper, all seemed correct, opened the shoe box and found a different style of boots in a different size that I don't fit at all. I called and they were very helpful with starting the exchange process, however the boots I wanted sold out by the time the wrong pair made it back to them. When I called to ask when I was going to get my boots I was told they were sold out and I needed to pick something else. To this I asked when the original pair I wanted, and ordered while still in stock, would be available again, which I was again told to pick something different. I don't expect to get my money back with the way they operate and the rest of their shoes are sold out or ugly. Don't even bother with this place.

Update: I ended up picking a pair of flats to replace my boots, and within a month of wearing them two or three times a week for low impact walking a metal bar in the sole poked through the bottom of one. It made it very uncomfortable to walk so I was forced to rip the bar out which made the shoe very flimsy. Within two weeks of the first one being messed up the other had its bar poke out. It only took two months of wearing them for them to completely fall apart and go in the trash. What a waste of $40.

I was sent a survey from justfab about trying to return boots i bought from them... this is my comment... Being hassled and feeling forced to trade for the return? On your website you claim that returns are free! Then being told I was going to be charged a restocking fee. The customer service rep, Mary, kept putting me on hold to go ask for help and was being instructed to tell me this. The phone call to try and get a return slip took over 35 minutes! I kept reading JUSTFABS return statement on my invoice to your customer service rep, Mary, and she still argued with me about the restocking fee. I told her that your company had taken money from money account for a VIP membership and that returns are free, she put me on hold again. When your rep came back on the phone she stated that I would get a "one time courtesy" of waiving the restocking fee. I reused to do business with an unethical business that would bully a customer and practice double billing! L I expect a full refund with no hassle as stated on the receipt and i want the 39.95 refund that you drafted from my bank account for a membership fee for this so called VIP club that is for cheap boots that are not as described. I have called your company for several day to get a return slip and to cancel this membership only to sit on hold for 20+ minutes each time. I have phone records to prove that i have tried to reach JUSTFAB to cancel! I am shipping these boots back! I will never do business with this company ever again! I have worked in the E-Commerce industry and this is completely unacceptable!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes in may 2014, and i have just noticed you have been taking 35 from my bank every month since which in total you have robbed 665 of my hard earned money. SO DO I GET A REFUND? This is shameful and discraceful

Both pair of boots I purchased, leak. Snow boots at that. I even Scotch Guarded a pair. Still leaks. I also did not read the fine print and am now paying 39.00 a month regardless if I order or not.

Customer service said one thing and did another. Didn't like the quality of my items so I returned them brand new, only tried once. I sent them back and only received a fraction of what I paid.

They took £105 before I realised from my bank. I have asked them for it back as I didn't want VIP in the first place. They have refused me my money back and the boots I bought at Christmas were rubbish and you can better quality for £15 on 5he market. There is absolutely nothing I want on this site for £105. NEXT STEP TRADING STANDARDS.

They will sign you up for some repeat payments for £35 every month. It is more than disgusting what they have done. As I am struggling with health payments at it is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

I have always had a wonderful experience with just fine I have been ordering shoes sandals for years from you guys I don't think I've been in a shoe store since I came across y'all and I am so thankful

I have been a JustFab VIP member for a long time and it is very disappointing that this has happened and still happening. Last year I have accumulated a decent amount to spend on items, sale or not.

Earlier this year, I purchased 4 pairs of shoes. I had to return two pairs because despite being the same size as the other two, these two were too big. I wanted to get replacements of the same shoes in smaller sizes.

One of them didn't have anything in smaller size so it was just a return and I expected a refund. With the other one, I settled with a different color of the same design in smaller size because that was the only one left. I never received that replacement because they have sent it to my previous address that I haven't lived in for over 5 years. I reported that to them.

For the return shoes and the lost replacement, I was promised to get refund for both. I received neither. That was February 2022. I made plenty of calls and they told me the same thing: to give it more time because the case was "escalated." It's already October 2022.

From the time I purchased the boots, the shipping and delivery of the boots was less than a week. I loved the box the boots came in and the boots look better than the pictures. Very sleek and cute.

The quality of the products do not reflect the cost. I've wanted to cancel for over a year but have so many credits to spend that I've sav d for when there's actually something cute in my size

Thought i was buying a pair of shoes. NEVER SIGNED UP FOR MEMBERSHIP. They have ben chargingmy account for EIGHT MONTHS and i didn't notice till now. WILL FIGHT to the end to have this disputed. THEY SUCK.

I didn't know they were gonna take $50 out if my acct. They said I'd get it back since I closed my acct n never bought anything else but the initial offer. I'm still waiting for my $$$

When I no longer am interested in my membership and go to cancel it you make it nearly impossible and nobody answers the phone to do so, the shoes also aren't even fitting correctly.

JustFab is single handedly the worst company I have ever done business with. I was a VIP memeber. I would always skip the month for getting charged. After looking in my account they charged me anyways. When I confronted them for a refund they say that the refund was transferred BUT IT WAS NOT. I verified with the bank. JustFab was stealing from my account and not even having the money show on my account in JustFab. They were just taking it. I had to file a claim with the bank and lock them out from taking funs from my account. NEVER EVER EVER JOIN JUSTFAB. As a retail associate myself I am appalled at how dishonest a company can be to steal from their customers.
