Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. JustFab sent me wine gift voucher and I cant redeem it and I tried calling them call hang up automatically. It just gave me false hope and excitement 100$ off on buying wines.

Great Picks for me with exception of one shirt. The maroon one. I am not so in to designs on my clothes but I will wear it. I felt like my stylist really listened to me and understood me.
I have used Just Fab for years. I love being able to select clothing with a diverse selection. It is easy to skip a month and use credits. I know my sizes and don't have to shop anywhere else.

Just don't do it. This used to be decent back when their items were actually priced to match the value of a "credit". But now there's no real way to get your money's worth even with the "VIP discount". Clothing quality is somewhere between Forever21 and the Gap, but the price is astronomical by comparision. They DON'T HAVE A SIZE GUIDE (seriously, how the f*ck do you not have a size guide as an online retailer?!?) and they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR CREDITS NO MATTER WHAT. Pleeeeease for your own sake avoid this company like the plague.

Ordered boots n got email dat it was shipped so have been tracking my package and this morning it said it was delivered at 7:0am by the USPS but I got nothing. The USPS does not deliver packages dat early.

Absolute joke, was tricked into this "VIP membership" scheme, claiming I was sent emails when I wasn't, anyway called to cancel after they took £44 from y account and they said they couldn't refund me, nonsense of course they could, so for an easy life I ordered an outfit and cancelled my account, then got an email saying my order was cancelled cos of high demand and I would not be charged. They took the money out of my account regardless and now I have cancelled my account so can't get back on to do anything about it! Will never order anything from this company again, it was fabletics I had the problem with FYI but same company
I love these shoes! They are a bit loose, but with thicker socks, they fit great and I love the look! It has been raining non-stop here and I don't have to worry about drenched shoes.

The prices and discounts are like no other. Once your a VIP, you can really save. The quality is not cheap but some things can be better quality. But that's sort of like anywhere you go.

I have only good things to say about JustFab, I never had to speak to customer service about any of my purchases because every single item a bough was absolutely FABULOUS and there was NOTHING to complain about, the shipping was on time and the selection of clothes, shoes, accessories and everything else was JUSTFAB!

In one pair of my boots, it's like something is loose in the heel part, it rattles when I walk. I took the boot off and you can shake the shoe and hear something inside rattling

I see all these posts about it being a scam because of the monthly VIP thing. For those of you who are first timers for the site the ppl writing bad reviews don't listen to them they are just mad cause they didn't properly read up on everything loll. Anywais well this is my first time ever using this site and sorry but once my order was sent through there was a video to click on that explains EVERYTHING about the vip and how you can SKIP the $39 charge if you buy or log onto your account before the 5th of every month if you don't plan on buying so it WON'T charge your credit card loll. Ppl really need to learn to read and click on things when it says LEARN MORE ABOUT VIP. Hahaha gawd. And on top of that they send u a warning ahead of time letting you know to make sure you either skip or go shopping..
I've been a member for quite some time and I did know that there was a $39.95 monthly membership fee which I needed to say 'yes' or 'no' to each month between the 1st and 5th. I know there was a month where I said 'no' but got charged anyway.
So right now I have 2 credits which annoys me but my favorite pair of shoes... and I usually spend a lot of money on good quality shoes which these aren't the best but they're okay... are from JustFab and I get compliments every time I wear them!
Fast forward to today. I know we're going to be gone on vacation and will not have access to email. Do you think I could just have them pre-cancel for March? Heck no! I emailed them on Monday and the automated response is I should have answer with 24 hours. Nope... no response. So... now is the night before I leave 3 days later and I don't need another 'credit' charge of $39.95 so I called them to much fanfare as others state. What a crock of crap! You can NOT pre-cancel for a month. Period. Paragraph. End of story.
So what did I have to do? I had to cancel my membership and hope and pray that they're telling me the truth... because God forbid they could actually email me what they promised (they can't)... that my 2 'Credits' will be processed at the VIP price but I have to call them in order to do it. They were trying to tell me before I demanded to talk to a manager that I would lose my 2 'Credits' and I said... No that's not happening... I demand to talk to a manager right now! What a joke!

I've had a membership with them for years and I always call in to get my credits moved to store credit so I can spend it more freely. Anyways this last time I called I asked that and the girl wouldnt do and then CANCELLED my membership

What did I get from Just Fabulous shoes? I was forced to pay $17.85 to return two pair of shoes and cancel my membership! What a mistake. I will never recommend or purchased anything from Just Fabulous again. I bought two pair of shoes that were sent to me in one box. The shoes seemed cheap and I decided to return them and cancel the membership. Through the conversation with customer service I realized that if I wanted to stay a member, Just Fabulous would do anything to help me. I was offered extra member points to stay as well as a second pair of shoes on my next order 1/2 off and to top that I would not be charged for my return. When I told them thanks but that I still wanted to return the shoes I received and cancel my membership, they would not budge on anything. I was forced to pay the $5.95 restocking fee for each pair of shoes I bought even though they were being returned in ONE box (the same box they were sent in) and also $5.95 to refund the shipping fee they paid to send them to me! Never again!
