I signed up for a JustFab membership and had 2 pairs of shoes sent to me. Both pairs were WAY TOO SMALL and did not fit according to US sizing chart. I returned both pairs got instore credit. Only to find out they charged me a restocking fee on both pairs of shoes! So I am out about ten bucks. So decided to eat the fee and order a dress since JustFab shoes were not gonna work for me. Ordered the dress and it was HORRIBLE! The fit was super tight in the breasts and waist, but HUGE in the hips. So I called customer care to request a refund and they told me that was not possible. I argued and was able to get a refund minus another restocking fee, and it would need to be processed via check mailed to my home address and is going to take 6-8 weeks to process. CRAZY! DO NOT ORDER OR SIGN UP FOR JUSTFAB... TOTAL RIP OFF.

I forgot to mention that I HAVE SHARED MY EXPERIENCE ON JustFab's Facebook page and minutes later my comments were deleted and I'm blocked from posting on their page now. So, you will only see positive comments on their FB page and none of the ugly/truth.

They charged my account every month, and they don't ask you to do this. Then when you want to cancel the account they make you take all these steps, and when i was talking to a consultant on the live chat they kept trying to convince me to say, all i could say was "NO, CANCEL MY ACCOUNT WHILE IM BEING NICE" and they ended the chat. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I have been a JustFab member for almost 4 years, I have never encountered any issues with shipping or quality. On my most recent order, the boots I purchased were a little higher than I thought. I called for an exchange, they sent me the replacement ones no problems! At the time they were having issues with thier return shipping lables, so I got to keep the ones that were a little to high! Shipping has never been an issue and I live in Ontario, Canada, 7 days through Canada Post!

One of the main reasons I joined is that they carry shoes in size 11. For anyone with a shoes size 11 and up will know what I am talking about! Over the years I have had so many issues trying to find heels in my size, nice styles and for a decent price In store or online! With JustFab I find all the styles, that I like that actually fit!

As for the membership, I have never had an issue, when I first signed up I forgot once, but used the credit. I get the emails on the first of the month to skip and I do. I mainly buy my shoes when they have the sales, which are really great! I am also a person who reads the fine print on everything, maybe that is why I have had never had a problem with their 'membership' skip by the 5th of each month and dont get charged.

I will continue to be a member with them for as long as they still operate!

I purchased a pair of shoes a couple of months ago from this site because they were having a sale. However, when I received the boots I could see why they were so cheap. The quality was poor. This is not why I am angry, because you get what you pay for. Yesterday I see a $39.95 charge on my account that is a recurring debit from Just Fab. I didn't sign up for this! Just Fab thinks I did though. Apparently I signed up for some VIP account that charges you $39.95 every month if you don't go on the site and tell it to "skip this month" during the first few days of the month. I called the company to cancel this 'VIP Membership' and get my money back. After multiple attempts to get me to sign up for other things, I finally was able to cancel my membership. I was told that I would not get my money back because of the 'fine print' and since I do have the ability to 'skip the month'. I want my money back. I have read some of the replies from this company and read claims that they try to make their customers aware of this monthly charge. Whatever they are doing it is not working since I didn't even know I was a VIP member. I would not have signed up for a recurring charge from Just Fab after the quality of the shoes I received. Anyone who purchases shoes from this site needs to beware of this scam!

Each item seems cheaper quality than the amount paid for. The sunglasses arrived crooked. The sandals would be lovely if the proportions of mesh around the ankle were even.

When placing my order, I initially had difficulty with online process. I called the phone number for assistance. The customer service person was very helpful in completing my order.

I took advantage of one of JustFab's fantastic sales to update my wardrobe with some new shoes, bags and clothing. I am very happy with all of the items.

I wear a size 5 or 5.5 and the shoes were so oversized. I would have needed a 4 or 4.5 in their sizing to fit into a pair properly. I had to return everything.

It's 2022. Have more inclusive sizing.

JustFab is always a great experience. Navigation of the site is easy, checkout is easy. If I had one complaint it's that it's very difficult to use your credits.

I reached out via phone to speak with someone. I also emailed to informed; however, both attempts were unsuccessful. I never received a response to either or replacement items.

The shoes are gorgeous but I find the sizing inconsistent. I got the same size, one is too big and the other fits fine. Good quality as always though.

I've been pleased with all my purchases from shoes & boots for my granddaughter to coats, boots, and lounge wear for myself. The fit & fashion are spot on.

My last order included two pairs of shoes. Neither fit correctly. I am so disappointed. I haven't had a chance to return them so I guess I'll donate them.

Having been in business myself I do not use the above title lightly.

My daughter purchased a pair of shoes - ticked the terms and conditions box without reading which I know she shouldn't but doesn't everyone? Only to discover on checking her banks statement that 3 x 35 had been deducted - one for each month she hadn't purchased anything.

I immediately called and for those of you who didn't get your money back take note - under the Consumer Credit Act a business is entitled to have terms and conditions of purchase what they are not allowed to do is hide these t&c's - see quote below:

"The Act also covers unfair terms in contracts, like charges hidden in the small print. Key terms must be 'prominent and transparent'."

Now no-one at Justfab can argue that their T&C's are prominent and transparent
( something similar happened to me with Amazon Prime a number of years ago and they immediately changed the layout and purchase confirmation)

So if you're caught out like this - call Just Fab quote the consumer credit act ( google it first and read it out when you get to speak to someone) if you get no joy with the telephonist ask to speak to her supervisor as you intend to contact Trading Standards which you would be perfectly entitled to do.

I did and money refunded.

Now justfab - take a leaf out of Amazon Prime's book and change your layout...

I've made several purchases with the company and have been satisfied each time. When I had to return some boots due to them not fitting correctly, the return was seemless, and exchanged quickly!

Been ordering from justfab over a year now and I tell u all that, I'm never disappointed. Thanks for always putting smile on my face I will keep ordering love u justfab xoxo

NO ONE BUY ANYTHING FROM JUSTFAB.COM, DON'T FALL FOR THEIR VIP MEMBERSHIP BS. WARNING WARNING TO ALL... I PURCHASED 1 PAIR OF BOOTS AND WASN'T QUITE CLEAR ON WHAT THE OPTION WAS TO NOT BE A VIP MEMBER, SO JUST SHOP ELSEWHERE! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THIS BS MARKETING SCHEME. I DIDN'T EVEN GET BUY 1 AND GET 2ND PAIR FREE. SO I AM JUST LIVID WITH THEIR TACTICS. REMEMBER JUSTFAB IS NOT FABULOUS AT ALL!
My sis told me about them. She got nailed too. Of course she warned me but it was after my purchase was already done. I thought I selected things ok but I didn't. She got 2 pr boots, I ended up not finding 2 prs I liked in my size... needless to say I got screwed by them... So I will share their BS to all my friends and Promote That They Suck! Just saying
My sister was told that she has to wait until first 5 days of month to get her refund... no refund offered to me. I don't believe my sister will receive any refund either.

I returned three items because of their mistake. On top of that they
Charged me restock fee instead
They supposed to appologize me. I'm very disappointed. I will never buy anything from justfab.

The shoes didn't fit right, the boots wide should've fit me according to displayed measurements, but no.
No return / replacement allowed when i asked! :(

I am happy with the quality of the product, speed of delivery and exceptional customer service when I had questions! Definitely ordering from them again!

I love the boots they look nicely wear nice they're mostly comfortable although they could have a little more arch support otherwise they're great boots

They charge money every month on customer's bank accounts without authorization and than they don't even provide a full refund. Don't buy on their website
