Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Barely anything to choose from. The coat I did choose - size Large, I wear a Med- more a Small size. The boots are not as described, scuff super easy. Very unhappy

The black sandal fit perfectly in length however the heel strap was very loose. I had to get to adjusted. The fedora is beautifully made. I can't wait to wear it.

Some time ago I bought shoes and a bag on their site. I cannot say anything good about the quality ( actually, didn't expect much for such a price), just liked the design. Months later I got an sms that confirmed my payment to this $#*!ty shop ( it was like I put 39.95 euros on my online account there). First of all, I blocked my card. Secondly, I wrote to them on Facebook about my stolen money. Their Barbi ( f... king Eva) said that I should call them and they'd try to help me. I said that I was abroad in a roaming, so, I was not gonna spend even more money to fix everything. It was their fault, so, I recommended them to find a way to contact me ( gave them whatsapp for free calls). But that $#*! kept insisting that they could not call me, it was me who should do that. I repeated myself, that I wasn't going to spend more money for them. And in case I don't get a call from them, my negative reviews would be everywhere. Since that day that $#*! blocked me on Facebook and almost every day I receive sms that they try to steal money from my blocked card again n again n again! Somebody! Is it possible to stop all this $#*!? Is there any law for such thieves? I cannot understand how they still exist? Excuse me, in my country we don't have this shop, so, I really cannot do anything from here. But ppl from other countries! WAKE UP!

Before you make a purchase, terms say you will be charged every month unless you skip. So stop complaining about them taking your money. Read before you agree. Your own fault.
Shoes and boots have no real grip and have you sliding. Material is tight and hard. Not true to size at all. Not worth the purchase, even at a discounted price.

First order that I received it a was a second hand snickers, then I contacted the customer service and they send me the new pair but this time wrong size!
Also they charged me $49.95 for vip fee with out my permission. I contacted them and they didn't help this time - HORRIBLE COSTOMER CARE

I purchased a couple pairs of boots they did not fit so I wanted to return them. I contacted the company, they immediately sent me an RMA. It was hassle free. I would recommend them 100%

I would have loved to keep the shoes had I only been able to wear both shoes. The zipper was stuck/broken on the right shoe and of course, they no longer had my size when I tried to exchange.

Even when you cancel your account they still try to charge you for months after, when I called AGAIN and cancelled for the second time it took FOREVER. I don't know how many times I had to tell them to just cancel the damn account, I don't care how many "credits" I have.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE JustFab (No, I DO NOT work for them... I live in NY. Lol) I first heard of them when they were about 8 months old but didn't sign up til they were about 14 months into it. I knew exactly what I was signing up for when I did! I have loved everything I have ever purchased from them! I have to say that for the people who are complaining now, Uhm there is a PAY AS YOU GO option, but of course you wanted all the perks right? So you read about that but you CHOSE to be a VIP. The fault only lies with you. Learn to read before signing up for ANY online site!
Ever so often they stop sending the opt out emails and you are charged for credits you don't want. I want out but can't cancel because of the forced credits.
