I did not receive my order and the tracking said it was delivered. I ordered this as a gift and the package was resent but it will not arrive on time. Very inconvenient

I recently purchased a work boot. The overall processing which includes the delivery went well. I received it in a timely manner.
I am well pleased with my boots as well. Great colour.

The left shoe was irregular. The tie is on the side more than the front
I do not like that I have to make a purchase every month... just to be a customer..

Literally signed up for this VIP membership because it said it was free. Little do I know they charge you $40.00 bucks a month if you don't choose to skip the month between the 1st and the 5th of the month. Which it had no details about in the signup. Then of course I wanted to cancel my account; and to do so you need to call or use a chat system. I first tried to use the chat and sat on the page for a half an hour to find no one from the business connecting with me. So I decided to call and it was a computer that asked for the phone number associated with the account. On my account there is no phone number or option for a phone number on the account. So I called 3 separate times trying to figure it out. Then finally the next day I tried the chat again because I really wanted to cancel these VIP memberships. So I sat on the chat page for a whole hour before getting connected to someone who was very rude and ended up disconnecting on me. So I refreshed and connected with someone who was finally able to help me out and explain it all. This process took way too long and the customer service overall was horrid. I will never do business with this company again.

Shopping with justfab is super easy. The styles are unique and colors are great. The items are also very durable. My only concern is the magazine that are marketed, I never receive them.

Love the shoes themselves and think it's a great value, but it's very difficult to return shoes that don't fit (wish it came with a return label and shopping on mobile is difficult.

Got my boots quick and they were exactly how they looked on line. They were true to size and at an affordable price. Highly recommend to other people. Will continue to use justfab.

They were a bit tight, but I love them so much that I prefer to keep them. The quality is superb and they are exactly as I saw them, I am simply fascinated.

I ordered Montreal boots last Sunday (11/05) and I got my boots today early in the morning today - Wednesday, 3 days later.
I chose the very fluffy black calf boots and they are perfect; IT'S THE FIRST TIME I NEVER HOW TO BUY BOOTS THAT CAN FIT MY CALVES. I'm 5'2 and 171lb... it fit perfectly... I was / I'm just amazed! I recommend it to my friend... Now let's see.

I love my purse always wanted one like that. Have been with you all for a while now. Just love Justfab items n all was n will always b a big purse fan.

I bought the boots to wear in snow. It had good grip and perfectly warm with thick socks in it. (works fine with regular socks too I think). They are stylish too so went well with the outfit!

The shoes were great. The clothing is always lacking. The sizes are always off and they seldom are anything like the pictures. I actually threw away 2 pairs of pants.

After waiting an extra 2 days for my shoes to arrive, they do not fit. Atleast 50% of the shoes I buy over the last 9 years? I have to return or exchange. Its an endless look/cycle of annoyance.

So I went to order a pair of boots, lured by the 75% off discount. I knew that I was getting a kind of 'club' membership by doing so, and I was aware that someone would be taking money out of my account each month if I didn't order something and forgot to tell them so. I figured I would order my item and then cancel my account. When I called the company later that day, they said that my order hadn't gone out, yet, and that the discount was only for members of the club. Honestly, this is fair enough, so I didn't sweat it much, though I was disappointed.

I didn't like how they asked multiple times what they could have done differently and if there wasn't anything they could do to induce me to stay. I felt like someone more socially unsure could easily be pressed into agreeing to spend more money, but I guess that's business. I'm not sure what people are talking about regarding being kept waiting on the phone; the entire conversation took five minutes and I waited maybe 30 seconds for a human to pick up.

On the whole, I feel like I was treated fairly, and that if you have enough disposable income to want to purchase from them every month it's probably a decent deal. If, however, you wanted to 'try them out' and expect to actually be able to then cancel your membership, you're going to have to remind yourself (maybe when you get the package?). They are not doing anything illegal or immoral, but they're clearly counting on you forgetting that you have the service and getting charged in perpetuity. But again, that's the nature of the service. You have to be aware of what you're taking on.

At first I thought they would be fine but I wore them to the Dr and they are really like a half size too big. I ordered my normal size. Other than that I really like the loafers.

I had an issue with my order and the just fab site and did write a bad review. To my surprise, I received a reply from the very helpful customer service within a day of leaving the review.

I bought a pair of shoes and they were to big, so I went on the website to see how to exchange. I was having some difficulties so I called and someone in customer service was very helpful.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and need to return 3 of them. I cannot figure out how to return them and on my confirmation email it does not give any guidance for who I can speak to.

Made a purchase in beginning of October, by mid-December I had still not received my purchase. Had to contact customer service to just get a refund and cancel my membership.

Absolutely love everything that came in my box. Thought it was a good price for everything you get out of each box. Also really loved the coupons that came also

Always a good fit and a great shoe and an extraordinary price. Shipping is also very very quick. Will definitely continue with my JustFab purchases! Everything is always just fab!

The clothing items I ordered were not as displayed. The sweatshirt was supposed to be waist length but it was a basically a crop top and the jeans were child size in length and not for an adult.

I have been trying to cancel this membership, because i dont remember when i agreed with this and i can get no answer.
I want my money back
