Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
The structure of the shoes are a bit of an issue. This has been my normal experience with the company. It's hit or miss with shoes. I'll probably no longer buy shoes.
I purchase the shoes on sale but when they arrived they all cost full price. I had to return the box and go buy something for the event I was going to.

Every month I have to pick pair of shoes but there isn't enough good choices so I buy for my girls however they have to have matching shoes because of same issue.

The shoes are very cheap quality. They are super loose on the ankle and pop out with every step. Also they were worn once and started to tear significantly on the inside, with foam now coming out.

I received the wrong boots, now I have to go through the hassle of returning them and wait 7 days for them to send out the right ones. I am not happy.

Not sure as where I should start... I have been a member with Justfab for over 2 years. I speculated fraud with my account back in the spring of 2018 when I had previously seen a large sum built up in my account to use. It was when I went to shop when the dollar amount was at $0. I started to question my sanity. Now, because there is NOT a transaction history with purchases and balances I had to call in and speak to customer support. He sent me an outline of the transactions from my bank account over the last two years without the purchases and balances, like I requested. Needless to say, I am a busy person and didn't want to investigate any further so I settled to believe them. A few months go by and I noticed that there was another charge to my account and I couldn't quite remember if I canceled my membership or not, but seeing as this was months, I must have. 6 months later I noticed a rather surprising charge to my account. So I thought 'well I should go check my online account', where the Store Credits shows as $0. I do my own little investigating and noticed they charged for the previous month too. So why is this not showing in my store credits? I looked further into it and calculated all the monthly transactions over the past 2+ years and took the difference between the credits I have used from my purchases and there is a total of roughly $270 missing. I am very disappointed to find this out.
**UPDATE** Called in again for a balance showing the monthly charges for the VIP membership and all my orders, they will NOT provide this in an email for me.

All the selections I make are great. I've only had to return 1 pair of shoes. I got the right size but the shoes were different (pointy shoes I think you have to go up a size).

The quality of the products offered at JustFab has GREATLY DECREASED since the inception of the company. I used to be able to find decent quality bags and shoes, and now, they couldn't keep up with the cheap things you find at a 4th rate DISCOUNT store close out reseller. The styles, quality, and selection REALLY leave A LOT to be desired.

I placed order for 2 pairs of winter boots on Nov 9, slippers on Nov 11, slippers were here within 6 days (standard shipping) BUT Order from Nov 9 never got here till Nov 25, took 16 days from placement of order. I never had issues before, UNACCEPTABLE!

I am 60 ish and love dancing. I am also a fashion designer and love fabulous style shoes. I wish you had some stylish shoes in 3 inch pumps. The really fan style have 4 inch heels.

In December of 2012 I made my first purchase from justfab. I can agree that yes I did like the quality of the she and there was no problems with me receiving my purchase, so no problem on that end. This is where my horror story begins. A month later I noticed in my bank account statement that justfab took 39.95 from my account for a subscription fee. After realizing that I spoke with a representative and went through the steps of canceling my account. From my understanding everything was fine. This year which it is now December I come to find out every since December of last year just fab has still been issuing the deduction of 39.95 in my account, with this bank account not being an active one of mine it results in several overdraft fees of an additional 35.00 dollars. I have went through the claim process and after speaking with one of Justfabs rude representatives named Arianna and a manager named Lane who accused me of recording the phone call. Just fab owes me a refund of over 500.00 dollars. I will NOT ever be purchasing from this company again, and will let everyone know the grief they have made me endure.
I am always pleased with the prompt service and the quick delivery of all of every item I have ordered and the products are such great quality. Satisfied client!
