Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Never received the shipping label to return the shoes that didn't fit and now I can't return them due to it being past the return window. Shoes were very big.
I enjoy buying and wearing items from Justfab. The clothes are true to size and fit. I have never had to return one purchase. And I do purchase a lot.

Love my boots and shoes. My shoes were a tight. They were the right size but they run small. So had to return the shoes and I got a half size bigger. And that was pretty easy to do as well.
Tip for consumers:
Depending on your feet and the cut of the shoe, they run small.

It is not your fault I cannot find shoes to fit me. One pair I kept I gave away. The other pair I wore. But I had to send back the last 2 pair I bought. Just not for me I guess.

This site is horrible. The quality is awful and it's not worth even a look. Don't get lured by Kimora Lee Simmons. It's an awful company with terrible and cheap products.
I purchased over the knee boots. When I received them the boots were huge. Even when tied very baggy. I sent them back and never got a refund or anything.

They tried to get 75 follars from me. I it gave a an option bot to use membership. Had put in my information first said my last name was a problem then had to reenter my bank card number and i kept pushing order and it sent me to the same page so i kept pushing to order now i look at my bank account and it said three orders were pending! Something fishy about website all together i had to call and get my card cancelled. Haha they aint getting my moneyyy hahah.

I've been a customer of JustFab for a few years now and there business practices have gone down the toilet in the past few months. I ordered several pairs of shoes they said were shipped but were actually never delivered to my house. So the shoes never left the warehouse, they took my money, and then told me the shoes were out of stock so I couldn't even replace them! I was SOOOO mad but ohk I gave them one more try after that. Same thing! They sent me an email saying my shoes from my waitlist were being processed and then weeks later no shoes! I went online to check and they cancelled my order without notifying me of their foolishness. And lo and behold, no they didn't give me a refund. I HATE THEM SO MUCH. WORST COMPANY EVER. FRAUDS!

So I bought some really cute boots and I had already read reviews about the VIP service but I thought that I could just call and cancel the VIP membership after getting the boots. But I kept reading more reviews after making the order and got more and more upset with myself for buying them. So I called the number and cancelled my order and my VIP membership. I had to call 3 times to get those cancelled. Then I realized that I didn't get a confirmation number for the cancelled order and I also wanted an email so I could show the bank that if I was charged. I called and asked for that and the person gave me a number and said the email would be sent in less than 5 minutes. 20 minutes passed and I still didn't get the email. Being the cautious person that I am, I called again later and asked for a confirmation number and an email. The lady gave me a total DIFFERENT number and said that there was no way she could send me an email. I told her that her information and the person that I talked to earlier's information did not match up at all. She refused to send me an email and very rudely told me to check my justfab account to verify that the order was cancelled. I'm still waiting to see if I'm going to get charged but just stay away from them. It'll save you lots of trouble. Instead, go purchase some cute boots from cathy jean! I just bought some right now :)
Being a VIP, gives me access to really great sales! The ability to skip a month is a good option, you just need to set a reminder if your going to skip that month.

Horrible online store! They reeled me in with the first pair of shoes for $10 and the shoes didnt even fit me right! Horrible! I forgot to skip the first 2 months because you only get 5 days to do so! Horrible! With the credit I accrued I tried to look for items to buy, but everything is overpriced or the style is just not cute (well at least to me)! Horrible! My plan was to use up my credits and then call in to cancel, but Ive been busy that I didnt have a chance to call. Horrible! So the next month comes and I try to skip the month using my cellphone because Im out of town and the website is horrible to navigate! Horrible! I was on vacation so of course I forget. They charged me this morning while I was getting ready and running late for work, I decide to just call then and there because Im just tired of it! Horrible! First you get an operator asking for your phone number and of course they didn't recognize my number so I have to wait to speak to a representative. Horrible! They put me on hold for 10 minutes, which is not bad. Then Eunice answered and tried to convince me to keep my account and went into a huge spiel, I didn't budge. At the end of the phone call I got my $39.95 refund for the month that they just charged and canceled my membership. Never again! Horrible!
