Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I really enjoy shopping with Just Fab. The site is easy to navigate. And the offers with purchases I like as well. The site filters make it easy to quickly find my sizes and the clothes I want.
I appreciate the wide calf boots and the width is normally good. I just have to be cautious bc some boots are to narrow.
The sandals I ordered are pretty comfortable and stylish.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE! They scam you and try to screw you out of your money! I will NEVER order from here again and I will never give my recommendation to anyone to order here. What a terrible company! They should be ashamed.
I'm at a loss with this company, I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes as I had 2 credits to use. Placed the order, selected my credits and had £4 to pay, great! Only JustFab didn't use my credits, they took £74 from my bank account. When I rang to complain, the lady I spoke to I found very hard to understand, and just didn't get it, all she kept saying was "sorry for the inconvenience" but wasn't prepared to do anything for me. I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. I then asked for the 2 credits to be reimbursed as I had lost faith in the company and wouldn't be using them again. Oh no, you can't have the money back, it's in our terms and conditions. I hate companies that just quote "it's our terms and conditions" - which translates into "we only care about taking your money, not you as a customer". Oh and to top it off, you earn Loyalty points, but the website doesn't let you redeem them! An absolutely shocking display of how not to treat your customers. I will never shop with them again and will advise anyone who asks to stay away!

I order 2 pairs of shoes and pair of jeans and only got one pair. I contacted customer service and they ask me to email a picture of what I got so I did and never heard back.

Was not happy had to pay postage because you all placed the shoes in the wrong out going mail so I had to pay 10.70 to get the shoes from the post office

It was a nice experience the site was user friendly,like the quality of the shoes too but I don't find it comfortable and cannot find it refund or exchange form to exchange it otherwise it was fine

I ordered shoes and a pair of overalls the overalls fit wonderfully they ordered them in a size 16 that's usually what size I wear I order them to work together and they look beautiful

When you purchase something THEY CHARGE YOU EVERY MONTH 39 DOLLARS for every month you dont purchase something. And if you call THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK. Im serious. Pls dont do it, ive lost too much money;_;

I wear a size 11 the box said size 21 but the boots were size 7. I was very disappointed and sent them back. I just hope the ones coming back are the right size.

Be careful about your contract with them. They access to your account with US dollar monthly and then you do not back your money.

Was able to follow delivery and came on time i received tracking number when order was shipped and a text saying order was delivered even though i was not at home to received

I'm always happy with the shoes I purchase from JustFab. I just have to choose the right size for certain style of shoes (i. E., one size larger for pointy shoes).

The boots I bought were VERY uncomfortable! I have had this style on many occasions and would expect to be able to wear them and not have my feet ache.

I just didn't like the fit or look of the shoes. I bought them because I felt like I needed to use my credit. I am trying to get out of the membership. Both shoes ran small.
