I still haven't received my package and have had a hard time getting a hold with customer service. I cannot find a phone number for customer service. Is there please a phone number I can call?

Tried to cancel and they do everything, but cancel. Talk talk, talk, but no cancel. Do not start with them you will never get out. Fabkids just as bad.

The shopping was easy and so many choices. I have my favorite list and it keeps building. I always get compliments on the boots I get and I just love it.

The offers are awesome and the quality of the products are stoning. I received my shoes in a beautiful box and in perfect conditions. They are gorgeous!

I've been shopping at JustFab for years, I love the shoes they are always the correct size and consistently good quality. I have shoes that have lasted for years, love these shoes.

First time I've experienced not receiving what I needed on time. Uncertain of the delay but I was not able wear the outfit due to me not receiving it on time.

I love the variety in styles you have everything is so cute! I'm so girlie so I love shoes lol. The shoes are always good quality and the delivery is always on time!

I had a horrible experience with JustFab! First off, the whole VIP membership thing is a total scam! They don't tell you the whole truth about it and i found out the truth when I saw that JustFab had taken $39.95 out of my bank account. This made me VERY upset considering in my eyes that is a lot of money that can be used for other things like saving up for a car. Also, the customer service was the worst I have ever seen with a site like this. I called several times and I spoke to a handful of people who just wouldn't give me the right information that I need and some of the people I talked to even refused to refund my money and basically told me to suck it up and I should just buy something so the money gets used. I even talked to someone online about my issue and they were extremely rude! So, next time I called I asked repeatedly to talk to the supervisor and once i finally got to the supervisor she was extremely rude to me as well! I finally demanded that they refund my money to me and they did but it will take several days. I immediately shut down my account with JustFab for that awful experience. Never go to this site it is horrible!

The price was great and the fit is true to size. I wear a size 14 and ordered the XL. I love the colors I bought the gray, pink and burnt orange color

Terrible. I signed up for the membership and it charged my card but yet won't let me use the money on my account and they won't let me cancel until I use it.

I have always had a good experience dealing with JustFab. I have not ordered a lot, but when I have ordered, I have not had any problems!
And I am always happy with the quality of the products!:-)

Awesome! I really love it. I want more! My friends love my new shoes and they want to have it too. I like the designs and quality. I hope to can buy more!

Don't sign up for this. They will automatically deduct $39.95 in USD from your credit card monthly after your first purchase (even if they are justfab.CA) and ships from the US. They don't email you about it, they just charge you.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. They say it is open monday to friday 12am to 12pm PT, I tried several days to chat with them within that time in PT but no answer.

THEIR PHONE CALL SERVICE IS AUTOMATED. It can understand complete sentences but will not be helpful. I asked to talk to someone not automated but the machine says it is not possible.

I tried to cancel my membership for automatic payments by chat and call but they are not helping. I am suing this company.

STAY AWAY FROM IT!

For the record, I liked my orders, but they are not that great to make up for the hassle and stress.

I do not enjoy not being able to buy what I want without "shopping a certain style". If I see something I want I should be able to send it to cart without shopping a certain style.

I had to ask the person to cancel my membership so many times because they kept trying to change my mind! Then they became rude when i insisted they cancel my membership.

Excellent customer service, and very comparable prices of shoes and clothes. I felt very welcomed when it came to making a purchase, and I also recieved my order in less time than I thought.

They make it impossible to cancel and then reactivate your membership so you have to call again and again. I have called my credit card company and have filed credit card fraud.

Love the style of shoes and the hat but the hat is "one size" and is massive (it's even big on my boyfriend lol) and the first time I wore the shoes the heel snapped.

So you pay $40/mo which doesn't pay for a pair of shoes. So then you pay more. So you get a pair of shoes for $60.
Like what am I paying a monthly fee for?
Then it's hard to cancel.

I have been dealing with Just Fab for a while now, and have always been satisfied, and pleased with every order. I will continue doing business with Just Fab

My purchased was sent to a a warehouse which was down but the package was left just the same and the package went missing. I never received my purchased.

The shirt dress I ordered was gigantic so I returned it for exchange. The exchange I received was also gigantic but I kept it since it was too much trouble to send it back again

The shopping with Just Fab is wonderful; however, the customer service is lacking. I skipped a month on the 2nd, and then on the 5th my card was charged for the month. I immediately called to speak with someone since 3 days earlier I had gotten online and skipped the month. The customer service agent told me I was charged because I did not skip the month. I tried to explain to her the day amd time I had gotten online and signed in and skipped the month, so I should have not been charged. She basically called me a liar, and said that is the monthly charge. The fact that I was not even listened too about the issue, which I had proof of with a screen shot, was more than upsetting. Websites have errors all the time, but this associate would not even entertain that possibility. She called me a liar and, I cancelled my subscription and will not use them again. Customer service should have handled that much differently. It is a shame because I enjoyed that service, but everyone should be treated with consideration and respect. If you do use Just Fab, hope you have no issue that you must contact them on because you will be highly disappointed if not outraged.
