Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Lately - the last 18 months or so - the clothing range has narrowed to women from about 17 years old to in the mid 20's in age: Very skimpy tops that barely reach their waists. Tops where underwear like a bra would be impossible to wear. It is now very rare to see clothing that exceed XXL in size where before sizing went up to 3X. I counted a while ago and there were SEVEN, only SEVEN pieces of clothing on the entire website that came in sizes 1X, 2X and 3X. Then looking at these larger sizes you find that almost all have thin spaghetti straps, or is a one shoulder design or both shoulders naked. Large women need proper underwear! These thin, flimsy strap and one shoulder monstrosities that prevent and make it impossible to wear a bra, only serve to make a larger woman look trashy. I am afraid my membership will not outlast these horrible designs. I also believe these unsuitable designs are created by women that normally wear a size Small and can afford to not wear underwear.! I am not a fan of your latest designs! By not having a decent range of clothing for me to chose from, JustFab is sending a message that my custom is no longer needed and they are catering for the very young crowd who still like to flash what their Mama gave them. A short, short skirt and barely covered chests or ripped clothes and shorts are not suitable for serious office staff. Maybe suitable for a cruise or a beach and then only if you weigh less than 100 pounds! So, I am no longer impressed by JustFab!

If you buy shoes, they covertly enroll you in a membership site where they bill your credit card $39.95 each month. This is not obvious but buried in the fine print.
This marketing tactic is called negative option billing and our state attorney general's office considers it a scam.
I was not aware it was a membership site. I cannot remove my credit card information nor can I cancel my membership online (even though the website said that I could). I did call the toll free number but do not trust the membership was cancelled. The operator refused to give me the company's physical address ( I needed it for my complaint). That is a huge red flag!

The shoes are great and all but I was charged when I wasn't supposed to be. I saw the deal where you get the first pair of shoes you buy off just fab is $10 so I bought a pair of booties. I paid $10 for the shoes (because it said they were $10 for the first pair) and $6 for shipping fee and tax. This was my first pair of shoes from this website. They took the money out of my account like normal and everything went smooth. I got my shoes and they fit great but a couples days later I got $49 taken out of my account. I didn't buy anymore shoes after that first pair. This has happened to other people and not just me. If they say the first pair you buy off this website is gonna be $10 then that means they should be $10. Not $10 when you first purchase them and then when you receive them we're gonna take the actual price of the shoes from your bank account. In actuality I ended up paying more for the shoes than the original price which is not okay. If y'all could fix that problem that would be great and I would like to be refunded my $49 as well.

I bough a pair of boots and they scruffed very badly within the first day, just from walking around at the mall. I'm very disappointed at the cheap quality

I made my first order on a credit card that expired the same month I ordered. I figured I was pretty safe even if it was scammy because they couldn't charge the card. A few months later I realized they'd been continuing to charge my card, so I called to cancel. The lady was super nice, refunded my money and cancelled immediately, no fuss at all.
I went back on their site a few months later and noticed it said I had credit to spend. I phoned into customer service and turns out they have no record of my cancellation; they've been charging me for months now. I asked for a refund and cancellation of my account, the woman said she could only refund 2 credits. I argued for a while then asked for her supervisor. I spoke to her supervisor who told me unfortunately she could only give me refunds for 4 credits. I demanded a full refund and argued for a while, then finally asked to speak to her manager. The last manager dealt with it, but I was stuck on the phone with them for close to an hour. The whole time they kept trying to convince me to stick with the program and buy more or try again one more time.
Delivered FAST! Exactly what I ordered and all items true to descriptions! I was forced to return one pair bc I listed wrong size. SUPER easy return process.

I saw an ad on TV for JustFab and it seemed like a reputable company. I bought my first pair of shoes and signed up to be a VIP member, knowing full well of the monthly charges to my credit card. I also understood that there was a "Skip the Month" option, every month, so that I would not be charged. This past month, I noticed a charge to my account, even after I had skipped the month. I called the customer service line and it was a virtual consultant? When I first signed up I was under the impression that I would be able to talk to a real person... Anyways, after a full-blown 10-minute conversation with this virtual idiot, I was transferred to a REAL LIFE PERSON (CRAZY RIGHT?) This girl sounded very sweet, but she hardly knew what she was talking about. I asked to cancel my VIP Membership and she asked me what a VIP Membership was. Wow. After I explained it to her, she continuously said that I was making a mistake and shouldn't cancel my membership. Whatever happened to the days where the customer is always right? Finally, after being on hold twice for a joint period of 30-minutes, I was able to cancel my account. Overall? Horrible customer service. JustFab needs a wake-up call concerning who they hire and how well their employees know the company. Never buy from this website. Ever. Don't do it.
I made a purchase on May 20, today's date June 16 and nothing, I called the 800 number 2 weeks ago they offered me to resend it well whatever was available and a refund for what wasn't later that day I realized it wasn't the whole amount idk why but whatever I was expecting the second shipment for June 14 still waiting this is just totally unacceptable NEVER AGAIN

Flaming mad right now. I have been a member for THREE YEARS. Part of JustFab's contract is they are supposed to send emails reminding their clients to skip. I have caught them out before and remembered but this time around no dice. I forgot because I was on vacation for labor day weekend. I went to the representative because I could not afford it this month. While the bot? Argued with me on it until I pointed out this was fraud. They gave me some BS about it being a "legitimate" company to which I had to say a legitimate company would offer their longterm loyal customers refunds FOR THEIR SYSTEM'S BUG. On top of it when I canceled my membership, the witch had to gall to remind me that when she doesn't have the funds she skips the month. Yes. I would have skipped this month and continued to use JustFab if you had held up your end of the contract! Reprogram your bots and stop being shady and sporadically sending out reminder emails. I think I got my refund but will be contacting the bank anyway with screenshots. Can't trust a company who thinks this is acceptable.

If you're okay with shopping at shops like Forever 21 and okay with that quality then you'll be fine with Just Fab. The part that I hate is I want to cancel but I can not get my money back from the "credit" or amount withdrawn for forgetting to "skip a month". That's my fault and I take accountability for that but their purchasing system sucks.
When I did purchase 2 items at half off, but ran out of stock for one Item. They would not credit me the amount for this item. Instead I was charged the full amount for the 2nd item. Like HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? When I brought this up to their customer service, they could not resolve since the credit i used is not something they can easily re-credit since it's in whole amounts. It's confusing and frustrating. The conversation went no where and they did not have their manager follow-up with me. I let it go for the sake of my sanity. I'm still a member just to use up the rest of the "VIP credit" with the free shipping. The products aren't even decent quality so I'll be donating or gifting it.
