Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
The things I ordered from your site were never delivered to me. I was waiting at the delivery address every day for over a week, and it never arrived. I spoke to JustFab customer service about my missing order (order #: *******) and the customer service I received was completely unhelpful and unprofessional and the rep refused to work with me, the paying customer, to find a solution to the problem. I spent money at your site and when my order didn't arrive JustFab told me it was not their problem and they could not do anything to help. So here I am, a customer who paid for goods, never received the goods and never received a refund or store credit in response to the un-delivered order. I am very unhappy with the service at JustFab and I have shared my horrible experience at JustFab with everyone I know and will continue to share that information because customers should know if a company actually values their customers, and sadly, JustFab does value their customers at all. Honestly it felt like JustFab scammed me for my money because they have my money and I do not have my merchandise. Worst shopping experience.

I ordered my items on 26/11 (12 days ago) and am still waiting for it to be delivered. I called last week after receiving an incorrect tracking number. The person I spoke to told me she will resend my tracking number straight away, I'm still waiting for that email. She assured me I would be receiving my order early this week. Seeing as I haven't received it yet I decided to call them again (as I'm unable to track the order myself). I was told by the customer services rep today that it appears that the items have been returned to the courier. This is quite frustrating as they never attempted to deliver the items(the delivery address is my work address), she then went on to say that they have to investigate as to where my order is and that could take up to 48hours. I feel that they should have offered to dispatch another order seeing as it's clear I did not receive my items yet & I should not be penalised for their courier's mistake. I feel like they were very quick to take and keep my money but do not update the customers accordingly regarding the delivery of the items. I've also not been offered a suitable solution/ compensation for their lack of communication and terrible couriers!

I would comment on the value, returns and quality, but unfortunately cannot as I haven't received my order yet!
What I wanted (color and size) was in stock and I know that I normally don't have to return because they won't fit when I order my size. I also never have to get a size up like I do in the stores.

Ordered all my size and two shoes were sent a half size larger when they aren't even listed online for the size sent to me. Almost impossible to get ahold of someone.

So for my second order, I ordered a pair of boots.
First off: The color I received does not look like the color in the picture.
Okay fine, that may be due to the camera and lighting. I'll let it go. A disappointment, but it's fine.
BUT...
I then noticed that the left shoe had a big stain on it. They were just out of the box so no way I did that. I contacted customer service for an exchange, the same pair were sold out. Okay, that's understandable, there nothing that could be done about that. Okay fine so maybe I can find some way to get the stain out or cover it up. SO I ask if I could receive a discount or store credit on this product since I paid for it thinking that IT WOULDN'T come DAMAGED! They told me that it was already a discounted price. Sorry, but I didn't see in the terms in conditions that discount meant the product would be damaged. I wasn't expecting a big discount or anything but you can't just make me pay for a new product and then and then send me one with a stain. I'm sure that if I made a return or exchange they would've just sold it to another unknowing customer for full price. Now accidents happen, products get damaged but not a single store I've entered tried to sell a damaged product for full price, especially when brought up. That's how you keep customers, good customer service when things come up. I'm pretty sure the reviews for the shoes won't show up on their site since the have to "be approved." I absolutely ended my memebership and I suggest everyone do it as soon as possible.

I never write reviews but I've never hated a store so much. I'm on hold right now to finally cancel my "VIP" membership which they have been charging me for for a year. I had tried to cancel before but then I would lose my credits which I couldn't get refunded ($200+). I then had to remember to skip the month at the start of every month which I often forgot to because they only give you a few days to do that before they charge you. The problem was that I don't even like the stuff on their store enough to use the credits. I finally ended up buying some jackets to donate so that I can get rid of the credits and cancel. At least some good can come out of this but DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE!
Update: there are 200+ people in line to cancel memberships and I can't get anyone on the phone. This is ridiculous and the last thing I want to be doing right now. There's a reason you have to call them to cancel your membership -- it's a total scam. If they made it easy to cancel they would be out of business.

I purchased two pair of boots with JustFab, and I was not able to fit either because of the size of my calf. I returned both pair and was informed that I would receive a credit on my account. When I purchased both pair of boots I was a new customer and was able to use the discount off my first shoe purchase, so I spent around $38.00 on two pair of shoes. I did contact customer service and was informed I could only receive a credit back of the amount I spent, which I thought was unfair. To start I would now have to search for a shoe I would like in the wide calf section, and the selection of shoes are not as appealing. Second, I asked if I would be able to use the promo discount again since I was not able to fully use it the second time, in which I was informed that I could not. I was found this very unfair because technically I didn't use it the first time since I had to send both pair of shoes back. Third after speaking to the rude customer service rep I was informed that I could receive a credit of the dollar amount that I spent, and I never received my credit, so the rep lied to me. I did end up purchasing a new pair of boots with the credit amount that I had, but they were not the boots that I wanted, and I ended up spending my money on a product that I was not pleased with. I did not enjoy my experience with JustFab, and I do encourage you to work on creating a better selection of wide calf boots for your customers.

I have had to canceled the VIP 4 times because even thought I called to cancel it I WAS STILL BEING CHARGED! I'll call them back and say why am I still being charged & they tell me that they canceled it this time & a refund is on the way but I've been told this 3 other times. Then each time I call they try to force you to make it a credit to your justfab account instead of returning it to your bank account! Please beware & check your account because you may still be charged even though you canceled and don't even know it.

I never shopped on this site before, I saw an AD on Facebook saying they were having an all access VIP sale just 10$ for shoes, so I did it, my account was later on chargerd 50$ for their "Membership" that I never signed up for.
Shoes weren't even comfy
This place is a complete scam. The shoes, clothes, bags, and jewelry are all cheaply made and WAY overpriced. 40$ for a pair of cheap earrings that you could buy at Claire's for $8 is ridiculous. And that's just the quality.
When I "signed up" the only indication that this POS company would RECHARGE my credit card every single month unless I "skipped" that month by the 5th was in the fine print.
After my order came with my cheap looking purse, I totally forgot about this crappy company and their monthly emails went directly to my spam folder (as they really should.) Therefore, I racked up 3 "credits" at $40 each before I realized I was being charged. When I called for a refund, not only did I have to wait 10 minutes on hold to cancel my account (they don't let you do it online, even though you can sign up that way), the sales person informed me that they don't "do" refunds on credits. PLUS, if I cancelled my membership right there, I would just lose my $120 dollars and wouldn't be able to use it at all.
My advice is STAY FAR AWAY. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I ordered some shoes in exchange for what I had that didn't fit. Kept calling after mailing the exchange back, getting the run around that my exchange was still being processed and 1 month later my order was canceled because the item was no longer available. After that I requested a refund and canceled my account but to this day, they are still trying to pull money from my bank account after canceling. I even spoke with someone and told them to stop taking money but it still continues. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM JUSFAB AGAIN!

I ordered 3 pairs of boots and waited 5 to 7 days for my boots the days became over the original time I was supposed to receive my package I had to track my package down that had been delivered at the wrong address which I had put the right address on my account so I had to reorder and the 3 pair of boots I ordered where out of stock and that crushed my heart because I had ordered what I had my heart and mind set on that was perfectly for me so I had to have store credit and could not be refunded my money back and that really teed me off because I was forced to order something I didn't want to order so I don't think I would be ordering from this company again unless I get some good discounts to make me want to stay as a good paying customer as well as my friends and family that order on here as well thank you for letting me exspress my concerns
