Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.

I ordered a wide size but the shoe is like an extra wide size. It was for my granddaughter but she couldn't use them. The shoe is very pretty but the their not true to size. Runs too big.

It is impossible to get information about a gift card if you aren't a member. Their customer service is awful and it takes several phone calls to get answers.

Find it hard to find options that I like and sizes that fit correctly. Have ordered three different times had to send back because sizes weren't true to size.

Initially, I was really interested in JustFab. They had a sale for shoes, and I needed a pair. After setting it up, I purchased a pair of grey sneakers and planned to cancel within the week. They didn't fit but that's not really the issue here. JustFab created two accounts for me, and I had no possible way of knowing. I had no idea I was being charged from two accounts. Which means instead of getting charged the $39.95 in the bank, it doubled. A few times per month. Not once. Even when I remember logging into the site and skipping the month'. After a good panic attack, I call them to explain my issues the first time and how I need to my membership canceled as I have payed so much more than what I purchased. They of course tried to persuade me out of cancelling and did not refund me a dime. Those shoes I got? $15.74. What JustFab has charged me over this past month? Way over $160. I'm an unemployed student, I can't afford to lose that kind of money. I called them again. After losing another hundred or so and they weren't very helpful. However, after a long call, they cancelled my accounts and I was lucky enough to receive my refund, but it wasn't even half of what they took from my bank. This was my experience, but I know this has happened to others and I want to get this out in the air. Don't trust JustFab. It's not worth losing $39.95 a few times per month. It's not worth losing any money you worked for.

JustFab shoes are generally pretty decent when/if I can find a style I like. They wear down a bit faster than I would like, and I've had quite a few boots have the sole detach. I decided to give their clothes a try and ordered a pair of shoes, sports bra, and leggings all in this print that I really really loved. Shoes and sports bra arrived and are perfect. The leggings I didn't even try on because I knew they weren't the correct size. Just holding them up I could tell they were way too small. Sure enough when I checked the tag, they were two sizes smaller than what I had ordered. Contacted support and requested an exchange. Ezpz. I sent back the original and when the new pair arrived the exact same thing happened. The bag they were in said my size, but the actual tag on the leggings was two sizes smaller. Contacted support again and they said we can try again or I can just have a store credit. I asked to try one more time and if it happened again I'll take the credit. It. Happened. AGAIN! Three times I was sent leggings two sizes smaller than what I ordered. Super sad about it as I love that print.

The shows that I got weren't my size. I then emailed them to exchange the boots or if I could get a refund. They took a long time to respond back. They ended up sending the same size boots back.

SCAM SCAM SCAM stay away from JUST FAB I cancelled my membership 6 months ago everything was fine then all of the sudden 39.95 taken out of my account when I called I was instructed to open up my membership so I could get my money back it's a dirty circle I had to cancel my card to get out STAY AWAY the shoes aren't worth it...
I ordered a size 8, because that's what I wear in ALL my shoes, and it was too small. I didn't want to go through the hassle of having to return them so I just kept them but I can't wear them.

I was charged money to my credit card when the website repeatedly told me "I wouldn't get charged UNLESS I bought a product" but then charged my credit card and refused to refund me once I noticed the transaction.

I'm extremely disappointed - I bought this item as a bridle shower gift and was so grateful it didn't come in on time. The first time I received this item the plastic bag said medium, but the actual item in the plastic bag said XXXL so I returned it and the exact same thing happened again so I just sent it back again yesterday - hopefully this time i will receive the plastic bag AND the product in the bag both saying Medium

My boot came with a long black mark on it that I couldn't get off. And I didn't want to exchange it only to have to pay for a box + print the label. They should get down with boxless exchanges.
