Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I ordered a pair of shoes three weeks ago and have received zero updates about shipping or whether I'll be getting the package at all. Poor communication and the customer service chat doesn't give any answers. I don't even know if I can cancel the order for a refund at this point because it is so unclear what's going on.
So, I signed up about two years ago... and didn't read the fine print on how my account literally gets charged 39.95 every MONTH if I don't "pass" it or whatever. I went 5 months without realizing my card was getting charged, and those go to Just Fab credits. I immediately cancelled my VIP account. I got a notification the other day that those five months of payments were changed into gift cards so I was all pumped and ready to order clothes for my upcoming honeymoon. Only to find out that to REDEEM those gift cards that I PAID FOR... I have to once again sign up for VIP membership, which would mean $40 payment just for that, plus deal with the head ache of cancelling before next month rolls around. This company is a complete MONEY SAP, and carefully orchestrated to make you lose money either way. Complete bull$#*! and total waste of my money and time. I'm still mad they got $200 from me and I'll never see it. Because like heck will I put myself through that again. Basically, thankful that so many BETTER clothes companies exist that don't need to earn their living by SCAMMING people out of their money.
JustFab is an absolute joke! They suckered me in with the $9.99 ankle boots that by the way look like the cheapest pieces of crap! I haven't worn them yet but wouldn't be surprised if they fell apart the first time I wear them! I called their customer service line to cancel the VIP membership that I had no idea was going to charge me &39.95 a month and their customer service is by far the absolute worst! They are rude and completely don't even listen to what you're asking. I wanted my debit card credited back and my membership canceled and they kept telling me they couldn't do it. Then she says that even though she's not allowed to do it, she'll credit my debit card back one of the credits I had on their site (which is two) but I have to agree to stay a member another month... NO! I told her I wanted both credits credited back to my account and asked to speak to a supervisor, after another 10-15 minutes of arguing with this rude insistent woman, she finally told me she'd go ahead and credit both credits back to my debit card for a total of $79.90. I'm still waiting to see it refunded in my account. Extremely displeased with every aspect of this so called company. Please reconsider before taking the bait of their ads with these so called "great deals".
WardrobeIgnoredemiI have been mostly happy with justfab. The shoes are in mind not a high quality but not so poor they just fall apart. They look super cute and hold up just fine but keep in mind they are not high end. I have no complaints with the purses I have bought either I like smaller crossbody style and have trouble finding ones I like in stores but have been very happy with the ones I purchase here. The only issue I really have with them is in their clothing. Sizing seems to be hit or miss. One time an XL will fit but next time I have to exchange for a L. Their denim is cheap and cannot be bought if you are a tall girl or have long legs. I have a 31 inch inseam and have not seen any of their denim with longer than a 29 in a not crop denim crop denim is even shorter.
I have had no problems skipping a month which I do each month but end up purchasing something later in the month. I have been using them for 4 months now and the only problem I have had has been site glitches and customer service was no help so I missed out on a sale I wanted to take advantage of. I return for site credit because I know I will be shopping with them again and I rather keep all my money than lose the 5.95 restocking fee.
In a nutshell shop here if you are looking decent quality and cute things to spruce up your wardrobe. Keep in mind your order will MAKE you a member so be sure to read ALL the terms.
Tip for consumers:
It is also just my recommendation that you shop the sale not the full price; they have specials all the time. I have not yet paid their full price and am very happy with my items.

I've actually been a membe for years... but haven't ordered in forever. I've always remembered to log in before the 5th of the month, however I completely forgot this time. So I have a credit. I logged in and found a black tote that I liked - so I added it to my cart. But my credit wasn't showing up. So I jumped on the online help chat.
Turns out - my credit is for $39.95. The purse I liked was listed at $34.95. So the credit wasn't good. Yes - you read it right, since the item I wanted was less than what I was already charged - I couldn't use it! I wasn't asking for them to refund me the $5. I wasn't asking for the $5 to be kept on file. To me it was a wash. Technically I was going to be charged $4.95 shipping (which would still leave 5 cents on my "credit") - but credits can't be used for shipping!
I'm so pissed off. I've always known the rules - I knew to log into the site each month otherwise I would be charged. But the fact that they have taken my money and won't let me get the purse I want with the credit I have is ridiculous!
Now I'm stuck waiting for something to catch my eye that is $39.95 so I can use the credit - and unfortunately not much catches my eye on the site. And the few pairs of shoes I've liked - are sold out in my size!
So - if you're thinking about joining - DON'T! Since you can't actually purchase items that you want with the credit you might get - it's not worth it!

DO NOT ORDER from this company! If i could give them a negative star i would.
I ordered wide calf boots, they came regular when i went to send them back the s&h added to the restocking fee was more than i paid for them... so i decided to save my money and gave them to a thrift store. I then was locked out of my account and could not skip months, i since feel this is a company ploy of theirs. I did order 3 pr of shoes... subpar/ low quality & not comfy. I sent them back immediately in same shape, box, packing. They are horrible to deal with! Try cancelling your account... only to be continued to be billed month after month. You will only have to call back time after time and speak to people that try to beat around the bush and lie... and still argue w you about not refunding you for the account you already cancelled... 3x's and counting now! On too of i am waiting for a refund CHECK to be sent, that was stated would be sent to me in 4-6 weeks. WELL... its 6 weeks and when i called to check on the process, 3 people later, they cannot confirm when i will be receiving my check. BUT THEY CAN SURE TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

Not a Scam but Not So Fabulous either. Here's the deal, they give you 6 days to cancel and they make it VERY clear that if you don't skip you will be charged a credit and they remind you all of the time in email and on FB. I have only had one credit in the Over a years time that I have been with them. Are the shoes cute? Yes! To die for... BUT here is the issue that I have had... The shoes are not Durable. I have bought shoes at Payless for half the price that are still in tact while my just fab shoes are in the trash (mind you, I have only been with the company for just over a year). The Other Problem that I have with them (personally) is that the only shoes of theirs that seem to fit my feet are the Wedges (to be fair, I haven't tried the flats). I have a size 7M foot and I can't even get my foot in the: Boots, Booties or Pumps, (no matter what size I buy) it's like they are cut weird. If you like to buy a lot of cute shoes for a good price, but aren't going to wear then very often (and I mean like only on certain occasions) then this is the site for you. But if you are planning on wearing these to the office or wearing them out every weekend, then I would avoid it. And to be honest, I would never wear a pair of their heels down the stairs because they are so rickety.

I purchased boots that DID NOT EVEN GO UP MY LEGS! You will have to be literally skinny to wear these. When i purchased them i did not even know i was signing up for a MEMBERSHIP! They took out £35 for three months and only refunded for one month and i did not even purchase anything for the other month.
I DO NOT RECOMMENED JUSTFAB. They are thieves and soooooo $#*!.
The customer service is $#*! aswell.

The fine print said nothing about a monthly fee. And to make it better... I cant get them to stop the fee... it's been 4months.

I would but less then 1 star if i could
I bourght shose in january and its september i got no refund my shoes didn't arrive. I phoned them and got told that my acount was cancled like i asked then i phoned about 4 more times and asked to speek to a manger and the person on the phone hung up on me so i phoned back and they kept making exscusise about this and that. There liers and very rude to there customers

I was so excited about 2 pairs of boots I ordered from JustFab. I couldn't wait to get them in the mail!
When I received them, they were both the wrong size, however, one of them fit just right. I contacted you to exchange the other pair and it was less than a walk in the park. You didn't have the pair I originally ordered, which is understandable, but frustrating. I was rushed to find another pair I liked so that I could get it done in a timely fashion.
I searched quickly and found a pair that I was ok with. I told the representative and she sent them on their way (after I sent the pair I was sending back). I received those, very excitedly, and opened them up. WRONG SIZE AGAIN!
I take time out of my day to talk to a representative and tell her I'd like to just return the whole order because I'm tired of dealing with all of this and she says I can only return the pair I just received because the pair that fit was past the 30 day return policy. It wasn't MY fault they sent THREE pairs of boots in the wrong size, which is the reason I was past the 30 day policy.
This whole situation is ridiculous! If it was my fault that it was past the 30 days, that is understandable, but it wasn't my fault! All I wanted was a refund. I'm highly dissatisfied! Will not be ordering from JustFab again.
I saw commercials for JustFab and decided to purchase. They disguise their VIP program rules into you being charged $39.95 a month if you don't log on and "skip the month." That's fine, I think we all should read the fine print, however, my problem came after finding these charges. I called to cancel my account. You HAVE to call in or it won't be cancelled. Once you call, they try to force you to stay active. I threatened to file charges for fraudulence if they didn't let me cancel my account. The lady said I was cancelled and I had a credit to use. The credit never showed up, but whatever. A few months later, they were not charging me. Then, one month they decided to charge my account again! I called in and told them I had cancelled months ago and they said they had "no record" of me cancelling, which is bull$#*!. They weren't charging me. I hadn't even been near that fraudulent site. They said I will have yet another month of credit and tried to force me to use it and stay active again. The lady tried refusing again to cancel me and I got rude and she FINALLY gave me a cancellation number. MAKE THEM GIVE YOU A NUMBER. They will lie and say it's cancelled when it isn't. She told me it was cancelled a few times and I kept telling her that she better make sure. Then she gave me the number. She was lying to me while on the phone. NONE of my credit is on the account. You don't get it back. They are scam artists.

Pay full price somewhere else.
This company is so unorganized and inconvenient at times! They've locked my account and blocked my credit card sooooo many times, over something that I was told several times, was taken care of. They do have a great return policy and customer service is usually professional. I do love their products and great prices. Biggest inconvenient, and ridiculous, issue is, they say you can use 1 shipping label for multiple packages when doing a return. I've worked for both the USPS and FEDEX, so I know for a 100% FACT, that you can NOT print the same label with the exact same tracking number and place it on different packages. Anybody with experience in shipping would know, how can several different packages be tracked with the same tracking number? If you have 3 boxes with the same label and same tracking number, that says delivered, how can you confirm ALL 3 of the packages arrived? You'll know something was delivered, but how would you know ALL were delivered? Packages get lost all the time, so it would be possible for 1 or 2 to be delivered together, but maybe the 3td got lost? Just doesn't make sense! Ask any shipping company and they will tell you, one label with one tracking number PER PACKAGE. So annoying... So I started taping big boxes together for the 1 label, but I'm sure the USPS doesn't appreciate that, since the package now weighs 100 pounds!

The boot was hard to get on because the zippers wouldn't budge. The Neri pump caused my feet to sweat inside the plastic portion, thus fogging up the shoe.

Everything was fine, except I couldn't fit 2 of the 5 pairs of boots I purchased. The wide width wasn't in stock. That was my only issue with my purchase. Everything else was great.
