Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I have been a member for about 2 years and I have an overall satisfying experience. I am one who reads everything before I sign or buy, so there have really been no surprises, and no major issues with fit or quality; when there are minor issues, they are handled fairly quickly and with minimum fuss. I have made recommendations about products I am looking for and upgrades to the shopping experience and the site itself that have been noted and followed by JustFab to improve the ease and variety of shopping, and that is rare among this type of site, but JustFab takes customer satisfaction to heart. The rewards program is fair and consistent and there are always contests and promotions that enhance the appeal... I am a satisfied customer!
I ordered 3 pair of flat shoes that I would be wearing to work & looking at them online, I was very skeptical about how all 3 pair would look & fit. When they finally arrived I was impressed with both the look & fit of all 3…better than how they're displayed on the site.
Sent me the wrong order, unhelpful service, shall I continue?
They sent me a size 7 instead of a 10, which wouldn't have been an issue but they are out of the shoe I ordered. Now I'm going to have to send my order back and it could take weeks for me to be rembursed, and after already receiving my order late this is very inconvenient. Do not order from this website unless you enjoy being "helped" by automated bots.

I've only order one item from this site, and it was a purchase of a bag. When the bag arrive it was nothing like the picture. It was HUGE, almost look like one of those weekend bag. The bag on the model wasn't even that BIG, it was a medium size black satchel bag. Anyways, I called and wanted to cancel my membership because I didn't feel the need to keep reminding myself every single month that I have to "skip" each month if I didn't want to get charge $40. I called customer service to have my membership cancel, the customer representative was talking my ear off about staying with JustFab & I told him No, I'm sorry I want to cancel since I'm sure I won't be purchasing from them anymore. He put me on hold for 20 mins! Why? I hung up and called back and it was the same guy I've spoken to earlier. REALLY?! I'm so done. I will never ever ever buy from this website again. Worst customer Service ever.
Disappointed because this is the 2nd time I did not receive my order, the tracking says it was delivered but to another city and state. I think you should try another shipping company, this one is unreliable.

When i was young, i was a bodybuilder. As part of my exercise, i used to jog in high heels. (great legs) im 70 now and due to spine problems, cant walk... but im in pt, and learning how again. As part of my new exercise, i bought the sweetest pair of boots from you. I love them! So far i can only stand in them, but ill get there. The boots have inspired me to press on. I love your styles, someday, maybe ill have lots of shoes, like i used to!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes with my last order. It had been a while since my last order and I stopped ordering because the shoes stopped fitting properly. Well, I was reminded of that with my last order. Two of the 3 pairs I ordered are too big. Not just slightly, put another pair of socks on too big, but almost 2 sizes too big. I live in a very rural area, post office is a 30 min drive. So now to return these shoes, I have to drive to the post office and waste gas and time on something that I don't have gas or time for. The last few orders have been just like this. The shoes are no longer worth the $40+ I spend.

Don't bother to buy from this Company! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes only to discover that I as suddenly trapped in a monthly purchase contract. They are not clear about this when you place your first order! It's all in the small print. When I cancelled my order altogether I had to call them 7 times for a refund. Each time they promised that they had instituted a refund and even blamed PayPal. On my 7th call to them they admitted it didn't go through, she couldn't even justify it. Awfully misleading and dishonest.

Everything from the clothes to purses to shoes are so cheap and poorly made, these are payless shoes and Forever 21 quality with double the prices, if not even more. I have never in my life paid $39.99 for a pair of FLATS! And everything is $39.99 if you use your credits, if you buy something on sale you have to pay out of pocket instead of your credit which comes out automatically every month. UGH I am soooo frusterated that I ever got involved with this company, it was way to hard to cancel my membership or return my cheap shoes that were so uncomfortable. There are too many sites out there to buy shoes and clothes from, do not limit yourself to strictly this site just because the commercials make it look appealing.
I've been a VIP Member for years. I can say all of the shoes I have ordered have always been very nice quality. The issue I have is, most of the time when I go on the app they are more often then not, sold out of the shoes I want to buy and it takes forever for them to restock. It's extremely frustrating.
I've had credits I want to use before canceling my membership but I can't find anything I'm interested in buying, in stock!

Was ready to place a order then I had to read the agreement it was worse than buying a car. Way to much info. So after reading the reviews which most are good. I still don't like the fact they will charge my credit card by the 5th of every month if I order or not. I'm not going to remember to order. I just wanted to buy a few things for my girls for Christmas. But I will buy from a Department store. I had gone back and removed all my info and did not place a order. I love the shoes that I have ordered from JustFab. Everything fit perfectly and was of good quality. Only issue that I have is that it is difficult to cancel membership. I cancelled it a few months ago and the charges are coming out of my account again.

I purchase a bucket load of boots and shoes for a low, low, low price, that I have bragged about my purchases to anyone who will listen. They seem happy for me (but they probably want me to shut up).
With price of some foods (like paying $3.71 for the price of eggs, I choose to buy shoes instead).
I lot of women don't like the idea of paying $39.00 a month (but I have only forgot to call a skip a month only twice in the last 2 years, I feel that this is by far the best way to buy shoes, boots, purses, hats, or anything else. THANK YOU JUSTFAB!

I wish I had known of this site before I purchased anything from justfab.com. Wow, what a scam. The shoes are cheap--seriously, this is what our oceans will be filled with because they are unwearable and not recyclable. The quality of the clothing is flimsy, doesn't last through one washing. I just tried to cancel my "VIP membership" via chat it it took 5 back-and-forths before the person would finally accept the fact that I wanted to cancel my account. Just horrible all around.
Customers can't cancel via email, and they've complained that getting ahold of a customer service representative on the phone is an ordeal. Another confusing aspect of Fabletic's marketing is the use of the term "VIP member" which might make it less than clear that people are signing up for a subscription.
My shoes were great and perfect for the occasion, held up great. The first size I ordered was too small but switching them out was easy and they arrived before the date that I needed them. Cancelling my subscription was easy though the lady tried to entice me and get me to stay lol. Cute Shoes.

I purchased a sweat pant and low and below I was part of some gimmicks and 29 dollars be deducted from my account. I had no intention of being part of a subscription. All I wanted was items and your organization pocket 3 payments from my account. Don't tell all you had to do is use credit. I don't want any other items. I will never ever purchase an item from your organization. I kept telling my friends to run if they ever see any ad from you; run real fast. Have nothing to do with this company.

I clicked skip this month on my account as when you buy it joins you to VIP member but says you can skip as many months as you want. I went online on the 4th clicked skip this month as you have to do it before the 5th of every month and on the 6th email saying £35 has been added To my account! Emailed them and guess what they can't sort it out it has to be done over the phone but they will not ring you. You have to ring them and they keep you on hold for 20 or so minutes lucky I'm getting my money back. I skipped the month for a reason not for them to go and take my money anyway even though I went online and skipped that month!
I ordered a few pairs of both athletic shoes and boots. I normally wear an 8.5. All three pair were too big. The next two pair I ordered, I got in an 8 and both pair fit really odd. I don't think I will be ordering any more.
