I want to return the dress. It's nice quality but didn't look good on me. I must of thrown away the paperwork I didn't see it in the package. I reached out to the company. No response. Thsnks. Kim rinks

I ignored reviews and ordered in August 2020. Ordered 10 things. Only 3 were as described. I ordered all mediums, but sizes of shirts were all different. Material and colors were not close to clothes in photos or in description. The clothes were cheap. Some t-shirts were cotton. Some were this weird polyester material. I was happy with 2 of the t-shirts, but the bracelet I ordered was completely missing. The ziplock bag was open and it wasn't in there. They claim in was in the package. I tried to return a few things and they informed me I would be responsible for shipping cost back to China and that would cost more than clothes. Offered me to keep items at a 15% discount. BEWARE. Others are correct. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Don't be fooled by cute photos. That's not what you are receiving.

Ordering was easy but it was hard to track since it's from out of the country. I think it took over 3 weeks to come but that was fine since still arrived before my planned event.
I thought the fabric was lighter weight than expected and had an odd scent when i took it out of the bag. I hung in out in a room and the odor is gone now
It fits me and now i know what to expect.

I loved the blouse and the quality of it, however it was too small. I looked into returning it, and was astonished at what I would have to go through to return it for the next size bigger. Take a picture of it, re-wrap in original wrappings, send it to China... I'll eat the cost instead of going through all that. I'll never order from JustFashionNow again!

The merchandise I received was NOT what was pictured on the website. It was a cheap rendition of what it was supposed to be, which is boutique clothing with the detailing it should have had. The material was inferior synthetics, something I wouldn't pay $5 for much less what I was charged. It smelled like cigarette smoke and was dirty. One item looked like a cheap bathrobe instead of a knitted boutique coat that was supposed to have bumpy flowers on it and a big, detailed collar - yeah that beautiful winter coat - what a joke! When I wanted to make a return I was informed I had to ship it back to China and pay all the costs associated with it! Then wait for them to decide to give me my money back. The alternative was their offer of a 15% refund! Unbelieveable! Don't buy from these clowns! I am disputing the charge through my credit card company since they are being disreputable.

Quick and easy. But, i think your size guide needs improvement. In the US, I take size Medium or size 12 -14. For a bust size 39-40'. Your size guide does not fit my US size. I am ordering an XL, which I hope equals the US size of Medium... I would have ordered more, if i knew the correct size, per your chart.
Since the above problem, i did place another order for a blouse. I ordered a Medium, and this one did fit. Not I'm not sure if you fixed the sizing. I most likely will order another one at a size M, to see if it is a correct sizing for the US sizeing.

Not the greatest experience. Product not well made but sadly do not fit. Approx. Ten minutes after placing order, I rec'd. An email saying order didn't go through and to re-order. So, unfortunately, I did only to see a second email saying (first) order was rec'd. After all. I called customer ser. And was told they would try to stop the second order, but probably couldn't. Did they think I was going to keep two prs. Of the same shoe? So now I have to return both pairs of poor quality shoes/mocs that do not fit. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I received the dress that was advertised as white but it was cream. The material wasn't what I expected. Material too thin and a slip would have to be worn underneath. Picture makes it look like there are pockets but there aren't any.

I ordered a super coat here! Beautiful, very cute. Take into account the sizes, I am M (1.84m / 70kg) and the S fits me very well considering that I am thin, but I do recommend always ordering a larger size, at least in coats and jackets

I ordered 4 dresses in January and received only one by the middle of March and that one was defective... the entire front panel design was sewn in crooked. I was able to cancel one dress that was on back order and two others they say was mailed already and that was over 3 wks ago and I still have not seen them. As for the defective dress I have been exchanging emails with them for the last 3 weeks and still have not heard anything. Oh yes, I did hear from them once saying all returns are paid for by the customer (to China)... I wrote them back, saying I am not returning this items because I did not like it, but because it was defective and why should I be responsible for postage. That is when I did not receive an answer back.

I will never order from them again... If you decide to, I hope you have more luck than I did. 3/25/2019

All of the items I received are of poor quality and workmanship. Because of the challenge of getting them, I will chock the experience up to poor judgement and donate everything to the local Goodwill.
I will never, ever purchase from this vendor, or any other vendor that I do not know about. This has soured every possible future product.

I ordered 3 prs of shoes and they were cheap made they would not have worn very many times.
The clothing was cheap, did not look at all what a I had ordred.
I ordered a purse that looked like it was a very good quality and when I received it, it was laid flat and the material would not last no time. Beware of what you order and be sure you return it within the 30 day, I thought I had, but apparently not, My order came in several different orders and I was waiting from the day I received first item to the final item, then I was going to send them back, but apparently you have to return each item so they can claim the postage for each item. I would not recommend them at all!
I am donating everything I got from them and I will never order from them again!

From start to finish I enjoyed the entire shopping experience. I ran into a problem the second after I placed my order. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same pants…oops. I immediately emailed the company and gave them my order number. Within 24 hours I had a response and they were able to remove the second pair and refund my $ within 5 days. Then the day I received the order in the mail, I also received an email asking if I received my package yet. The email also included a follow up option to choose if I hadn't received it yet. What great business practices! I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them to everyone!

I was very hopeful when I ordered 2X size. The three items I received (exactly on time) were beautiful and I was really hopeful they would fit but unfortunately they did not. They were more like a Medium, Canadian sizes. I have several large and 2X size tops and bottoms. I compared them with the JFN items and there was a vast difference. I am offering them to much smaller girls in my family. Everybody loved the look of them.

Easy and straightforward ordering. Last time I ordered it took over two months for delivery! Hopefully it will be quicker this time.
I ordered a 4xl Men's shirt and I doubt that it was a Men's medium. Not even close on sizing.

I was really confused about my total cost until the very end. I think there were many discounts happening and I had to keep buying to get to the free shipping, then wasn't sure until finally the shipping came off.
I was only going to order two items, but when I saw the shipping charge, I felt I needed to order more. Two T-shirts are going straight to goodwill.

DO NOT BUY this item as it has been substituted for the one that is shown. The dress is the problem too small. I have measured 3 dresses to obtain the correct size each time but this one is substandard. Colour does not match the coat, inferior material to the one ordered and couldn't even get the original one past my head. Re-ordered to obtain the correct one and stated "do not send unless the background is white" and they still sent this unmatching too small one with the pink background. I ordered a larger size just in case, but still far too small. Had to pay additional freight for the second item. Total cost me $80 for the second lot alone and still not useable. DO NOT BUY.
