I ordered two pairs of shoes on April 20th, 2018 and paid extra for expedited shipping. $81.16 total and I still have no product. There is no phone number to communicate with them, only email. Today, May 12th, 2018, I finally get a response via email which said itll be another 10 to 15 days before they ship the product and they offered a 15% discount! At no point did they communicate that there was a delay and gladly took my money and here I sit with no product or refund. I will be communicating with my bank first thing in the morning to dispute this. This company sucks!

The date between when I ordered the blouse and when it came was TOO long. In fact, I didn't receive anything from you until I wrote and asked about the blouse. Was happy with the blouse, but need to keep the long delivery delays in mind when I order something in the future.
I orderer a dress that didn't fit and I realized that there was a return policy. The user service followed up on a positive resolution. I would definitely reorder and try a different type of clothing order.
I had a pleasant experience, and was very pleased with overall service. Shopping experience very user friendly. Prices were competitve. Products was satisfactory and lastly shipping was what I expected being it was shipped outside the U.S.
The return policies are NOT good! If you buy from this company or any of the others they go by, beware you will NOT get a full refund of any thing you purchased, they offer 25-30% refund, which is better than nothing at all.
You don't know which ones you can not return, but bought them anyway.

Two floral jeans, on their website these jeans looked lovely. In reality, they stenciled the pattern on the material very badly. Cheap quality jeans, received two different sizes even though they had 5xl on both labels. Terrible experience and will never buy from them again.

My first time shopping at JustFashionNow was a bit of a shock as I forgot it was in US dollars and I had to pay a shipping charge as well. I found the product excellent and good quality material. It did take longer to ship to me and came in 2 different shipments.
Two items I ordered weren't even close to a normal size that I normally buy. Both were very tight and almost unable to get on. Both were sweatshirts.
On the other hand Customer Service was very very helpful to resolve my return issue via email. I was quite pleased with the custmer service team.

I ordered my size according to the size chart, but all 3 items didn't fit. The charts need to be more accurate. Also, when I tried to return the items, I was told I needed to return to CHINA. I wouldn't have ordered if I had known where the company was located. I consider both complaints "false advertising." I was offered a 15% cash refund, which I am accepting. I will be lucky if I ever receive it! Good luck to anyone who orders!

Return policy is deceptive. Says free shipping but you have to PAY to ship to China. I thought I was ordering from Tiawan but come to find out it is a Chinese company. 1/2 of items did not fit. Thought ordering process was ok as long as not ordering clearance items - was $99 for shipping so removed all the clearance items. A reminder to NEVER order from a company outside the U.S.A.

I loved the sale prices but the shipping cost are outrageous! Especially for the time frame given. I can something 2 day priority mail and it would cost the same. Very disappointed in that aspect.
Beautifull clothes and shoes! I could not wait to get them! However, over half of what I ordered never arrived. They sent me replacement instructions, but I have yet to receive any of the replacement items I have ordered. Don't bother trying to return anything, because they make it very difficult to do so. After you order and pay for your merchandise, it takes them a month to finally tell you that what you ordered is out of stock and please order a replacment. The replcements take forever to arrive if they ever do!

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
