I ordered 2 tops March 27 2020, was told it would be shipped 7-10 days now it has been 26 days with hearing Nothing from them. I want my money back, not waiting any longer! I dare them to say its because of the coronavirus because if thats the case then just refund my money back to my account! And if it is due to coronavirus then think about it... ppl are out of work and if youre not going to produce the product they ordered then refund their much needed money. I called the missouri number, cant get an answer so Im calling the BBB in the morning and best believe gona be down facebook and every other social media site letting all know of this $#*! $#*! fake company

I ordered 2 dresses from JustFashionNow 6 weeks ago, and received 2 nasty cheap knock offs yesterday,,, to say they were similar to the items pictured on line is a joke. Only similarity that you may find would be that they would be in a similar colour spectrum, and by that i mean 10 shades off if using a Pantone colour chart. I wouldnt give them away theyre so awful. What i want to know is where to buy the dresses in the photos? The real McCoys? Because they are from some fashion site, just not JustFashionNow!

Repeating other negative reviews reported here. The delivery time was ridiculously long even given the Covid disclaimer. The shoddy (shi*ty) materials are disgraceful when compared to the website pictures. Not even close. The sizing is a complete joke and all over the place. I felt scuzzy just opening up the packages of sweaters. The "cute" socks I ordered were hysterical... they have a thick, giant seam sewn down the entire sole of the foot. It's so pathetic... I wish it was laughable, but it's not.

And the return policy is an UTTER SCAM. While following the Return & Exchange instructions enclosed
In the delivery, I discovered that the website doesn't recognize my email address. This is despite my receiving
MULTIPLE PROMOTIONAL EMAILS from JFN daily. And the bogus return policy of having to pay for return shipping including tariffs back to Guangzhou, China, is simply deplorable.

And please customer service, save your canned response to my review. It's just extending the façade.

I would not have purchased these dresses if I knew that I would have to return them to China if I no longer wanted them. Neither dress fit as well as they should have, but because I would have to pay to return the to China, I decided to keep them. I will probably never wear them, which is a waste of money. I guess I will have to find somebody to give them too. I will never order from JustFashionNow again.

The reply that 95% of their customers are happy doesnt amaze me because figures can lie and liars can figure
The quality of your garments is rubbish. 4 items and 3 are unwearable because of the quality, the only thing that us useable is a small bag and thats what it is, a small cheap bag. You manage to stay in business because the cost of sending purchases back and not being sure of a refund is restrictive. I would love to see someone take you to court fir misrepresenting what you are advertising.
There is no way that 95% are happy and whats more you customer service stinks, its non existent but of course you dont give a damn. You get by not in repeat customers but idiots like me but believe me i will ensure people know how tubbish you are.

I ordered two blouses on 2022.07.20. On 10 August I then received one. Since not fit I wanted to return this to JustFashionNow and have communicated this by email.

If you want to retorun goods, there is a return address in Guangzhou, China. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are absolutely no equivalent to the ordered goods.
Absolute impudence is that JustFashionNow suggests that you better keep the goods instead of returning them. As goodwill, they would refund 15% of the purchase price. The 15% is an absolute impudence.

I am still waiting for the second blouse...

Absolutely unserious fashion shipping portal. This website should be blocked...

I was displeased by the length of time I waited for the shipment and also I recieved a 1X and a 3X size. It is too much trouble to return the items. Since I am only wearing them at home I decided it would be best to just keep them. I will not be ordering from you again however.

Everything is okay except the s/h is outraged! That's too much to ship 3items. I order a lot. But that s/h will make me not order at all. I order from HSN, QVC, ShopHQ, ShopLC, Amazon, JTV, Groupon. Your s/h beats all of theirs.
I am a paying customer and have been ordering for many many years. I don't like paying all that money for shipping.
Other than that, this is my first time ordering from your business. I would love to continue doing business with you!

Have yet to give them to my family and friends, so awaiting on that event. I do like that JustFashionNow sent an invoice with each shipment -what was in shipment, what hasnt been shipped, and how to rturn the items.

WOWEE what a selection! I couldn't wait to get my three shirts. I am a true small, and of course ordered Small… when they came, I loved the design, fabrics and workmanship. HOWEVER, the shirts. We're TOO big… I contacted customer service, they said rather than me returning the items, they would give me 15% of the retail price, which I have yet to receive. I doubt that I will reorder from this company again.

Since I have duplicate orders I wanted to return one but I chose not to because I would have to return it to China and pay custom fees plus shipping. Will probably not order anything again even though I like the material.

I wish I wrote down the50% discoun5 on first visit but forgot it I,m 77 and handicapped so buy everything from home your clothes are beautiful. I wish I got confirmation on order, then they said I ordered 2. I saw the second was still in my cart. I'm waiting to see the 2nd jacetnext week they are both gifts for christmas

Please Never buy from this company, they have used their site to entice and appeal to people with the photos online of the clothing, shoes and accessories and it is a complete sham, you will be not only be ripped off with sizes of shoes and clothing but by quality of materials as well.
I bought about $270 worth of clothing, sandals and a bag, all the clothing was completely wrong in size and I made sure I allowed for extra cms to items for myself.
Quality of material is shocking.
Size 9 Australian sandals and they sent me size 5 I made sure that I chose the right size.
You will never get a refund back AT ALL! Not to mention it will be at your cost to send back, this company don't care at all for the customer they are only wanting to rip you off and take our money, please try somewhere else you know you can contact the people in a more efficient way or they are more happy to refund you back at anytime.
Just fashion now will not give you your money back, I will be reporting this online company and the country it comes from China to the Australian Consumer Online watch dog that's how disgraceful this company is.
None of the sizes I ordered including the sandals were all wrong!
I have bought many items from around the globe through eBay and Amazon and have never been ripped like this before.
Please stick to these companies or others that can be completely trusted.

Terrible company. I made the mistake of falling for their advertising of nice looking clothes for a reasonable price. Placed order on 3/6/19. It is now 3/21/19. They collected my payment through paypal on 3/6/19 but my order is still showing "processing". Sent them a message a few days ago to cancel my order(tired of waiting) but they have not even responded to my email request. I guess my next step is to contact paypal and try to get my payment credited back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT.

The actual ordering and viewing of the merchandise on the website was very easy. Once I ordered the 2 tops for my wife's birthday, it was dicovered that it may be a while before I actually recieved them (ordered 4 weeks ahead of her birthday.) The ordered was split and the first top came 4 days after her birthday and the second one arrived 2 weeks after her birthday.
