I was frustrated because I added a number of items to "my bag" but when I went to my cart they weren't there and I had no way of locating "my bag", so I had to start again from scratch and I couldn't find everything I originally had chosen very easily because they weren't in recently viewed items either.
While the prints are very attractive, and the material is good, the sizing is off. My wife wears an extra large and while the tops were wide enough at the shoulders they are not long enough and she is not even that tall (5'-5").

Luckly this was not my first order with JustFashionNow because the long sleeved shirt was very poor quality, the pattern dye rather ugly but most of all the size S was VERY small especially in the sleeve length and width. Furthermore when I inquired about returning it I was told by CS that it would have to be returned to China, shipping my dime, which is expensive and very time consuming. So better to find another solution. I am tempted to not order any other products from a company who will not stand behind their products.

This place to shop is a dishonest spot coming from China. Therefore, you are not joining to the BBB. In USA. I'm sure you will be out of the business here; the way you miss treat the customers. Specially when we need to return a item that wasn't Last Sale then, you not answer any of the mails that the customer insist to send for the return. I have a pant that need to sent it back and return my money and not body give me the address to send it back. The order came incomplete paid with my CC. And they didn't refund me the price of those two to my CC. This is scam.

Lot of trouble to complete my order on PAYMENT TYPE. Chat with agent Aki, she was not very helpfull. I gave up with her, Tried again on the 3' time I was able to complete my order. Now waiting for my ORDER # Finally got my order by 3 different shipping. Had to return 3 items. Had to call twice to get my return label. Had to choose with 3 options. Still waiting for my refund of $ 32.50 minus $7.99 USPS return Fees. Net REFUND $ 24.51

I ordered 7 products. One was too small. The shoes were cheaply made. One pair of capris was cheap fabric with iron on designs thatcwouldnt hold up to washing. Two of thg he blouses were not well made. I tried to return these items but was told that they ship from China sonit would take months to process. The cost of return shipping and customs fees is borne by the customer. I wont order from them again.

JNF offers a lot of variety and the online pictures are enticing enough to check out. Sadly, what is pictured isn't as described. The tops are made from either cotton, cotton blend, and cotton blend polyester. Basically heavy weight TShirt type material. Also sizes are very off. A size small cotton pullover was huge, while a size large was too large. A pair of earrings wasn't even assembled! Should've read the reviews by others but live and learn. Since everything is made in China and altho it came from Carson, California the return/exchange is costly.

This was my first time. I just hope it fits. It would not let me apply my discount code JFN LUCKY SO this is misleading. The quality of the clothes was lacking and they do not fit properly Iwill never order again.

$12.99 is the most I HAVE EVER paid for shipping of 1 piece of clothing! I hope I really like the drees or I will surely pay the shipping to return and refund. I would not have purchased if not for the $5 discount from Honey. Highly doubt I will be making any more purchases with JustFashionNow. Would not recommend. Carole Barnes

I have purchased many items from JFN, and have always been happy with my transactions. However, I would really appreciate an email when my item has shipped. For example, I was just asked if I received my package of March 4th. I don't know which item is the Mar. 4th item. I order alot, and I had no shipping email to refer to, to know which item is being referred to. If that can be fixed you all would be perfect.

Was not able to choose a lower shipping rate. Also, one of the t-shirts was labelled 2x but was smaller than all the other 2x's so much have been mislabelled. Also, the black sleeveless was not as shown in the picture. I wanted a lower V.

I found your clothes very nicely designed. I tried not to buy any of the same style as I wanted to make sure they fit my body and that the sizing was right. What I discovered is that some of the "larges" and "mediums" I ordered were way too big. One of the "larges I ordered" was too small. My ordering size was based on the measurements for each of the separate garments. If you return garments, just know ahead of time (before you order) that the process of returning maybe a long time as you have to send them back to Guanzuo China and you are responsible for shipping to return and any customs tax for returns. I chose to keep my oversized and undersized garments because shipping and customs would eat up all the money I would have received back for the returns.

It took over 6 weeks to receive an order that was promised in 5 to10 days. When I received the order, at pair of shoes was missing. I've contacted the company via their e-mail contact service 3 times asking about the shoes, I received an email that they would respond in 2 days to my inquiry, that's been 6 days and still no email. Now conveniently the contact email does not work, the phone does not work. What a rip off. Also the two dresses are of less quality then the description and the picture. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've already filled out a survey about my experience i need these items asap because my son is getting married august 19 at the beach I have nothing to wear because I'm in the process of moving and haven't had time to shop I love the look of your clothes I'm desperately hoping to receive them in time and that they fit

Items I ordered were not as pictured and were of very poor quality. I decided to return all 5 (approximately $125 in value). After considerable effort to reach customer service, I eventually received a mailing label with instructions for returning via US mail. I filled out paperwork at the post office and mailed the package to China in June using the printed label and a $35 stamp. The package was returned to me in October. I can't figure out from the stamps on the outside of the package why it was returned. All-in-all a big waste of time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUST FASHION NOW.

My issue is JFN's Return Policy. In order to return my items that did not fit, I was told that I would have to pay for international return delivery fees. I question whether or not such a return policy is legal in the USA. I have never been forced to return any purchase that I have ever made to the country of origin. JFN offered me a 35% discount on the order if I would keep the items, which are of no use to me. Again, I question whether or not JFN's Return Policy is legal in our country. I think this should be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission.

This site is a scam! I ordered a large number of clothing items, and the clothes, when they arrived 4-6 weeks later, were cheap imitations of what they show on their site. The construction is shoddy, colors are different, the buttons are different, and for one item even the style was different (Henley instead of full button front). The worst part was the fabrics, what they claimed was "cotton blend" and said the same on the label was some kind of weird, stiff plastic/polyester (?) fabric that obviously contained NO cotton at all. Read return policy carefully (after you search it down on their site): final sale items are not returnable at all and other returns for any reason returns must be made to China - not Canada where it was sent from! The cheapest rate I could find to return their junk to them was $104! They will offer you a 15% return to keep the stuff if it doesn't fit, they sent the wrong size, wrong color, etc. because they know returns are cost prohibitive.

I had to go through PayPal (so glad I used them with their buyer protection policy!) to get a refund on clothing that is unlikely to sell even at Goodwill where I donated it. There is nothing about this "business" that is legitimate, do not shop this site!
