Order took way to long, had to go get it at the post office and my second shirt is just now getting shipped.
Once I got my first shirt I like it a lot! Too bad I had all these other issues.

I placed my review on the 02/09/2018 - to report that I was not able to send off my request to "JustFashionnow" for a refund, as their website would not allow it. I did however get a response to my review from them, apologising and supplying a contact email to send my order no and details etc., I emailed them back with all of the necessary details and... yes, you guessed right! There has been no response what so ever from JustFashionNow", and I do not expect to receive one.
As I have stated in my original review " DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS. Their bad reviews are enormous, "There is no Honour amongst Thieves".

I do not like the silky material. I prefer cotton.
Also they were too small! I couldn't get them over my shoulders. These foreign sizes are way off from American sizes!

The quality of and appearance of the merchandise they advertise is not the same in actuality. I attempted to return the merchandise and they said I had to pay the international fee to return the clothes to China. Offered me the option of keeping the clothes and refunding my credit card 25% of the total purchase cost ( which I did and donated the clothes to charity).
Then today received an email from a fake "Geek Protection" (Service Update <*******@gmail.com) with a China based contact phone number that I called from my landline and did not answer (Customer Support *******842) saying that "Your Service plan with us Renewed successfully". I replied that I did not order this. No response.
I have attempted to upload photos and pdfs of emails to SiteJabber that have not been accepted.

The clothing tht did arrive did not fit. Apparently they go by a differennt size system than americans do, My tops were too tight, I still have a top and a pair of pants that havent arrived yet and I am derttain they will not fit either but I will try them on. The jewelry was pretty and looked nice bt when I got it home it seemed cheaply made. I would like to return all of the items except fir 5 of them. The hummingbird earrings were so pretty and the daisy earrings both were good enough to keep. I am sprry however the items I am sending back are just not useable. I want to wait until the last 5 items arrive and then if they do not fit ir look cheaply nade I will send them back for a redund, TY.

Pictures look lovely. Ordered a cardigan when it arrived it was nothing like the picture. Wrong material size was 5xl ordered a large. Looked awful. Returned the item said they hadn't got it. Sent them receipts. Told me would refund £15.10 not £17.77! Its not the cost that bothers me it's the fact they are not genuine at all appalling customer service. Still waiting for the refund. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

I bought a dress and it was supposed to be XL, well, it would have fitted a child of about 10. I sent the dress back and paid postage, THEN you sent it back to me. You are nothing but RIP OFF MERCHANTS and I advise anyone to be wary of buying from you. I have since sent the dress to my local Hospice Shop.
BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

My order was submitted April 30,2018 and still I have received absolutely nothing. However, Just Fashion Now has certainly scammed my CA$112.04. I expect at this point I will never see my order and by the looks of it even if I do it will likely not fit or the shoes will be the wrong size. I have sent emails and just get the same crap response. When I check their site it still says my order is "Processing"... unbelievable! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

This is the first time ordering concerned how long shipping will take and if the sizing is correct. Oevery experience was great just that the sizes aren't correctt and it costs too much to send back to China. If I would have known it was to go back to China I wouldn't have ordered..
