I have been trying to return 2 shirts for weeks. I write emails, I fill out return forms and get nothing back. They are the worst.

Seriously listen to the negative comments from others. The positive comments are probably from employees.
The clothing this company sells is the worst clothing in the USA. The material that they use feels stiff. The fit is weird. The clothing in the website looks very comfortable and cute. When I knew I was going to return the many items that I ordered... I was told by the company that all returns have to be mail to Pan Huiling (Justfashionnow) 1st Floor Building 3, #2 Taohong West Street, Junhe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou China *******. This is a crock. This company should not be able to operate in the USA.
Seriously - you will hate the look and feel of the clothing. I didn't buy one or two items - I bought 6 items - dresses & shirts.

Not only could I not fit the dress over my shoulders it is so tight around my shoulders your 3X is like a medium size here at 3X is for women that are 200 to 300 pounds not 90 and deceiving yeah you didn't explain that if I had to return it for any reason it might be caught at customs or there is a fee to get it back to you oh my God and you expect people to buy again and be happy with your product the merchandise was beautiful well done but oh my God you cannot fit into these bloody dresses not when you're 225 pounds you've got to regulate your sizing to America

Website was easy to use
Products are unique and reasonably priced, BUT as I found out the hard way, if you want to return anything you have to pay for shipping back to China AND any duty charges…it wouldn't be worth it. They did offer a 15% rebate for anything that I was needing to send back, and I can keep the items but they don't fit so I guess I'll give them away.

I ordered my sandals over a month ago, and not only have they not arrived, but customer service can't even tell me when they will ship -- even though they've already charged me for them. I'm also having difficulties getting a refund. Reporting them to BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wanted to use Klarna to pay in installments but your system would not allow me to. It forced me to input my credit card first. Then I selected PAY. Below that was the option for paying using Klarna but it took my payment for the full amount. NOT USER FRIENDLY!

I have already bought 6 times in this online boutique, in all my purchases it was excellent, the delivery time a bit long but totally acceptable, the price is very good, it is worth it!

The web page show beatiful options... in my case, I bought 2 dresses, 2 shirts and 2 shoes... 1 dress, 1 shirt an 2 shoes are similar to the product showed at the web page including the quality but 1 dress is totaly diferent from what is showed on the internet... I felt it was a scam because the dress recived is totally different from the one shown in the photo... and the quality of 1 shirt is poor.
