THE CLOTHES ARE NOT WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE IN THE PICTURE! THE MATERIAL IS CHEAP, THE SIZES ARE ALL WRONG AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU RAGS. DON'T FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID. I lost over $100.
I ordered a dress according to their size conversion chart and when it finally arrived 3 weeks later is was 2-3 sizes too big but I did like the dress. I reordered the same dress with a couple of other items and decided to pay the $18.00 for expedited shipping (5-7 business days). Order placed on 5-28, I received a tracking number for my order with DHL on 6-4 stating I would receive it within 2-5 days. The tracking number did not exist in DHL system, I sent numerous emails to customer service and was assured DHL would deliver my package. DHL informed me they tracked my name and address and they had NO packages for me, this I forwarded to JustFashionNow who had repeatedly insisted the DHL tracking was correct and I finally received an email late 6-7 with tracking numbers from Fedex showing the ship date of 6-4. These tracking numbers do not exist with Fedex either. I have sent all the information to my credit card asking for a refund. Cute dress or not it's NOT worth almost 2 weeks of getting the run around and the extra $18.00 I paid to receive my order in a week. Very disappointed with their customer service. Would not recommend to anyone!

I ordered two dresses. One in small and one in extra small as that was what was available in my size. They took quite awhile to arrive but I was excited to receive them. As soon as I opened them, I knew that they were at least two sizes too big. No way were they in the "small" category.I took them to a tailor and unfortunately, it would have cost twice as much to tailor them as what they originally cost. Not worth it.
I have tried three times to get a response from Just Fashion Now on how to return them for a refund. When I filled out request for return, they promised a response within 48 hrs. It's been two weeks. There is no phone number on their website. They have a live chat option but nothing happens when you click on it. It specifically says on website not to return items to address on original packaging as that isn't where to ship returns. I am stuck with two items that I cannot wear and Just Fashion Now is not responding. I'm about to notify my credit card company that this business is a fraud/scam.
Do not shop with Just Fashion Now! I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Shopping with them is a huge risk.

Buy a pair of dresses online here. The materials are of high quality, unique design that was in line with my style and true to the size, as well as the size chart. I would recommend it to a friend.
I ordered the incorrect sizes for the clothing I had selected. Mailing all of these items back to you cost over $50.00. I will order less next time and will try to be accurate with my sizes.

Very easy to shop online. The sizing is true to size. There was only one product out of the lot I bought where the fabric was average but overall, the clothes sat very well and looked smart.

Do not buy from this site - spent £34 on a dress that would have fit me if I was 6ft 6! Tried to return it but just getting no joy from customer services - I should have kept the dress and altered it to fit - now I bet I wont get any refund & i have no dress :( I feel stupid to have been conned - will stick to Dorothy Perkins, next, M & Co & Roman Originals in future - these are great companies that you can return clothes to and get money refunded within a week - LEARNING CURVE - BUYER BEWARE!
Basically the dress was like the one in the photo but very very poor quality - it was as if a factory in china had copied it - The label looked cheap - but dress was over £30 - its the great photos that tempt you - do NOT be tempted - item will be a very cheap imitation
