I did not receive any confirmation of my order. Any attempt to contact customer support (only an email address, there is mo phone number) was met with a reply saying the recepient's mailbox was full. I have lost hope i'll ever get my order.
Don't buy from this company. It's all cheap Chinese fabric with worst look and feel. When I tried to send back even though they said it's so "easy" apparently I have to pay for return to China! And I received this crappy merchandise from US. Never again!

Because the clothes that I ordered (they said a small which is what I wear) were all a minimum of a size bigger than what they labels showed, I tried to begin the refund process. The directions on the receipt to return clothes were so very light that I had difficulty reading them. After finally deciphering the steps, I did step one. I am still waiting for an email that was supposed to be sent to me within 48 hours.
Shopping was easy but returns were a nightmare. No where did it explain that the items had to be returned to China at my expense. I only kept 2 of the 6 or so items that I ordered and it cost me $38.00 to return the others.
Dress with excellent price and shipped in 2 weeks. Thank you very much for the great online service. After reading some reviews on this website, I was not sure what to expect and I have to share that my experience was excellent with fast shipping. Thank you

I ordered a pair of wedge sandals from them. It took 9 weeks for them to show up. The packaging was horrible, no box, just stuffed in a bag. The quality is very poor and even a person with a narrow foot wouldn't be able to wear the sandals I received. I have an average width foot and my toes hang over both sides. DO NOT order anything from this "company".

HOWEVER... the two tops which I ordered thinking the size would fit... came in an XLg and cannot be worn by Granddaughter. It will cost too much to return them so we are just going to donate them to the Salvation Army... If I had know these were coming from out of the Country I would not have ordered!
I got some really nice deals but I found the sizing was so different from one item to another. I had to check each item very carefully. The sleeves were quite a bit smaller than they should have been on some items so I am returning them.

Size of items from different designers differ. So you cannot choose the size according you usually wear. You should refer to size chart to check the measurement.

Shipping took over 3 weeks. I ordered larger than my normal size to be sure clothes would not be too small. But guess what? Both items were too small and not the best quality. I was very disappointed. Items will be going to homeless shelter. I won't order again.
5/9/2021-I think the shipping is pretty high for for the amount of days that it takes to receive order. I don't want to order enough to qualify for free shipping as this is my first order and not sure how the sizes will fit or if I will like these items.

I did an order last winter for summer clothes. The clothes came fairly quickly since they were from China. The cloth was thinner than I thought they would be but the quality was pretty good. They were what I ordered EXCEPT for the size. I ordered Xtra large (I wear medium in US) and they were still a whole size too small. The sizes run VERY small. I gave the clothes to a slimmer friend and she loves them. I'm tempted to try again since the price is so low. We will see. I did not save the proof of purchase. Everything plus the bags and tags went to my friend.
Ideal to find a dress fitted to my body. I bought them many times and I always receive the products as they are reflected on the page (although always look at the product reviews before buying, as they can vary quite a bit). Good member reward system!
The pants were WAY ago big and I followed the size chart. Didn't like a few of the other things but contact said she didn't know how much customs would charge so I just took the 15% but won't order again. I need a good return policy.
Loved the product. But I never did receive any follow-up emails to let me know if the item shipped. And obviously no tracking number. So I figured I'd just let it go and forget about it. I JUST got it today, after being ordered a month ago.

I am wearing the two items that fit. One item was given to my daughter, who is a smaller size. One item cannot be returned. The two returnable items would cost over 75% in shipping costs, so they were not returned. The company has said that they reimbursed me a small amount for my trouble.

Too many pages. There should be an X on recently reviewed so that I can go back to only things I liked. I love your colors. Also, pants should give inseam length. Photos should be different views, like back views, etc.
Big surprise. For once a company not in the states is sizing for American customers. I ordered way big and didn't need to. The shoes are plenty comfortable and I probably could have ordered my regular size. They are probably vegan. Not really leather. The pants are also huge so I'll use them for pajamas. Satisfactory quality and mostly like the photos. I may order again if the price is right. There's just so many options for getting cute clothes in a week or less, it doesn't make sense to wait nearly a month

Stressful due to I had no idea how much shipping was till the very end, and up at top of page it says 10% extra for new and I have no idea if that would give me a additional saving to the 15% for first time buyer? Or would that 10% wipe out the 15%? Its a bit confusing. Also the size chart made no sense at all to me reding bust size 99? What does that even mean? I could only go off of small medium large! Hope this fits me :) its a lovely dress.

Everything I ordered was trashy, cheap material, didn't look like the pictures, and didn't didn't fit--except for one top. The ring I ordered was a piece of junk and the stone was totally offset from the setting. Whoever boxed and sent it must have seen that it was not right, but sent it to me anyway. Now I know why your products are so cheaply priced. As my mother used to say, "You buy cheap, you get cheap."

The clothes did not fit, way too small. Poor quality of material. Nothing like the pictures on website.
Trying to return them for a refund is a nightmare! I've been given the authority to return them in 15 days but was not given a return address. I've asked for the address and only receive stalling replies. I may have to resort to asking PayPal to intervene for me if I do not get a satisfactory reply in the next couple of days.

There was a tank top that I really like but it is not showing up at this time. Very dissapointed. A few of the tops I ordered were too big because I ordered large since they seem to be tight fitting in the picture. Usually I order medium.

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
