In so far as the quality of the items is concerned I am a very happy customer. However, they were too small and I want to return them. BUT the Returns process is not straight forward. Almost to the point of discouraging me to try to return the items.

Almost a year ago I placed an order with Just Fashion Now. Some of the items
Were ok and others the sizing was off. The fabrics were not the best but ok for
Casual wear. I contacted the company to return 5 items. I was told to consider
Donating them. I wanted to return them. I had all of the original packaging and
Followed the instructions exactly. The return had to go to China at a cost of $44.75 for clothing worth $78.50. I guess I felt $33.75 was better than nothing.
The package was sent off 4-8-2022. I had no word from the company until
Yesterday when I received it back unopened. It was refused marked other.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Mary Andrus

I had no currency I was shopping in so ended up being charged almost double!
The fabrics were awful synthetic fabrics, no one wants this, the only thing I liked were the earnings, will not be buying from this site again

I find the shipping cost a little high. Also, the time between ordering and shipping was extremely long.

Simple and straightforward. The garment arrived quickly, is exactly what I ordered. It has been very much admired.

As it was my first time using the site I didn't know what to expect but was very happy when my tops arrived,they were great the colours were just as they showed and the chart for sizing I used was so accurate as some were medium and some large but each fitted perfectly.Will be buying again

The top was way too big. So definitely if ordering you should size down. Also, it was not just like the picture and I was very disappointed in the material. I had seen this top in many places, but this one was a very poor knock-off.

Fabric of tshirt was great! Wording was messed up. When did the two words "to test" become one word? Not wearable that way! Sucks!

Not very happy that all the sale items aren't included in the free shipping. May not use this site again.

So far so good, This is my first time, if I'm happy with product, and I can receive swift refund if not I will recommend this and use it more. Refunds should be just as easy as sale.

I like the item I received, but I had ordered another item at the same time and was advised that it would be shipped separately when it was received there which meant I would not have received it in time for a
Christmas gift. I cancelled that item, but the other had been shipped, but I did not receive it until 12/24 which took entirely too long for me to receive the item and I do feel the shipping charge was extremely high. I probably will not order from JustFashionNow again.

This is my second time shopping here. My first order went great and I love my items. Will continue shopping here. Great prices. Happy New Year

When you charge more for shipping than for the product, you reveal your greed.

Product quality is shoddy. But what did I expect for those prices. I won't wear any of it.

Not sure I understand all the different codes like for shoes it states PU or silhouette H line of T line. This is my first order hoping all fits.

I liked most but a couple tops didn't fit good. They looked great on the model but not so good on me.

I found too many tops that I like. I spent more than I usually do shopping. I wish it didn't take so long to get tops from you.
