Website works fine, except it was very difficult to find any information on the return policy. I am disappointed in the shirt as the sleeves are too large for a "small" size and the shirt is longer in length than I would like. Mostly the sleeves make the shirt unflattering. Make me hesitant to order another product

I have been a client for more than 3 years and the clothes on this website increase my confidence, yes, I am chubby, but I also have curves and its pieces hug my body, which I love. They break the stereotype of having baggy clothes for my body type by having items that make me feel sexy.

High quality products at affordable prices. I bought a matching shirt and skirt on this website for an event that I was invited to. Both the top and the skirt have a very soft feel (the skirt feels like silk) and it fits me well. I had to wash the skirt because a glass of wine splashed my skirt that night and it still looks new after washing. Very happy to find this website, you could not find the same quality product for the same price anywhere else on the internet. Shipping was also fast, I received the product 2 weeks after ordering.

I ordered 3 items in August-received 2 after 4 weeks and still don't have the 3rd item. Product #******* ladies pants. Of the 2 items I received 1 fit nicely but the other (a sweatshirt) was fine in neck & sleeves but very tight from breast down. I'm usually a small or medium size 8. I emailed the customer service but did not get a response.

Dress way too big. Return directions looped around without allowing return information. Finally, was offered 50% cash refund if I didn't return dress. Very frustrating experiencce! Will not do business with them again.

I looked at many different types of boots from many different online stores and websites. The quality of the boots in this store was instantly apparent when I saw it. Shopping with this website is a very satisfying experience for me. And my boots are absolutely beautiful! I will definitely order again.

The dress I ordered was too small. I didn't check your size measurements and wasn't aware that your sizes are not standard U.S. sizes. I will donate it to a resale shop at my library rather than hassle with a return, but I won't re-order with you. Please delete me from your email database.

We were very disappointed when we received their product. What we saw on the website looked very nice. The cat depicted looked realistic and very cute. The fleece material looked warm. What we received, on the other hand, was embarrassingly bad. The fleece is of low quality. And the cat? Probably something a child made for a school project. Please compare the photos. They should really use photos of their products on their web page instead of something they are hoping to make. Sorry for a bad review. We will not shop here again.

I love the designs. I do wish i could trust this site. Since you offered a measly 15% to NOT return the shirts that didn't fit, or be charged more than i paid for them to be returned, i feel this site cannot be trusted & I'll never buy from here again!

Easy ordering, took three weeks to arrive and it was almost one by one. Nothing fit correctly, fabric was cheap. The Refund offer I was not satisfied with. Yes I got taken advantage of! Don't do it unless you like cheap fabric and terrible fit. Size chart is not accurate at all.

Don't believe anything you see online. The clothes I received were of low quality, made with synthetic cheap fabric. The sandal was a joke, and I don't even know how to describe its looks compared to what they were advertising online. They grab online pictures from famous brands and try to replicate them—all made by what I can only imagine being slave laborers in some underground facility.
I purchased 4 or 5 dresses and a sandal. I donated every single piece to Goodwill.

Fabric is horrible nylon/polyester not cotton as in photos not even close & have to ship back China! Do not ever order you will be dissappointed! Stick with Big store you know! And in USD!

First time ordering from JustFashionNow. Nice product, and easy order placing. Only complaint is product ran too small, can't wear it (and its my usual size for all other clothing I have in my closet and am wearing).
