The page I was on offered me free shipping. Now that I checked out it charged me shipping, 13.00 is too much for shipping and I will not order again with this amount of shipping. Received the top which was too big on the top compared to the bottom. Very cheaply made and colors looked a lot duller than on the picture. Would of returned it but had no invoice.

Ordered 3 things. The sizing is bizarre and the summer linen dress I ordered was huge. Took forever to get the items and I have not received one blouse I ordered over a month ago. The other blouse did not look at like the photos. These clothes are all made in China and my one order was shipped from Dubai. I have never clicked on an ad like this and placed and order and I wont again. Do not waste your money on this scam company.

1. Only 1 of these items actually fit. They are all labeled as Large - however, the large should be labeled Medium. Either that, or tell people to go up a size when ordering. I am keeping these as I have a daughter that they will fit. 2. Delivery took several weeks. No every company can be as fast as Amazon, but I expected a faster delivery.

One of the Items received was not as pictured on the ad and so ugly I won't wear it. Sizing on the 2nd item was way too big. When I requested a return shipping label I received notice that they'd give me a fraction of what I paid refund, but if I actually returned had to be returned to China and would probably not make it within time frame required for return service which is 30 days. Then refund would take 'months' to receive, their words.

You know when those offers pop on your feed and you find some little boot you like? Then, against your better judgement you decide to purchase those boots. Well I just want to warn you about Justfashionnow. Their product came from China and took practically 2 months to get to me. Once received I tried to return them and low and behold, they say that I am over the date of return. Back and forth through emails and they are standing their ground. It wasnt a lot of money at all but I am calling them out on principle. I really hate companies like this. Make sure you dont order from Justfashionnow and double check that your product is already in the states. Looking at reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to. Rant over!

I had an order that seemed to take a long time to arrive here and I usually receive it within a few days of placing the order. The tracking system was not updating so I could not track my package. I spoke on the live chat that they were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I also received a follow-up email saying what had happened and I received an apology even though it wasn't the boutique's fault, their service is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to buy my next item. A very happy customer with this website!

I bought a pair of shoes that took about 2 1/2 months to get. When they finally arrived, one of the straps on the back is aobut an inch longer than the other so I can't ever wear them. I don't get my mail every day out of my box so when I submitted for the return they said it had been too long since I got them and they won't take them back. I can understand if someone just doesn't like them but when they are obviously made wrong they should take them back and make it right. They lost me as a customer forever and I will tell everyone I can not to order from them. Bad decision on their part if you ask me...

That's what their clothes look like when received... like they'd been ripped out of a sheet! No finished edges, simple cutouts of material with no real styling. These five shirts I ordered aren't even WalMart quality and aren't even Good Will worthy! The worst workmanship I've ever received from a mail order company. I'm very disappointed... I've wasted >$80 on shirts I'd planned to give as gifts, but I'm embarrassed to to even give these to a homeless person! The items I received are a total Chinese rip-off!

Disappointed with the very long wait for delivery plus when I received it nothing fit and the return policy is terrible a d I had to pay for return postage
I pray that they will refund my $73 that they were going to give me $7 to keep merchandise and no refund. Who does business like that.

I am very dissatisfied with the company's lack of communication and caring. They are very happy to take your order but not happy to communicate when your order doesn't arrive.

The tracking information when you finally negotiate the not user friendly system is disgusting. It says my order has been returned, but it never arrived in Australia.

This has always been my option to buy my work clothes quickly and easily, since I like to dress a little differently. Whenever I have had issues with my order, they always respond in a timely manner and are happy to help. I am a happy customer for the last 2 years of this online boutique :)

Thank you! My order came as expected and my order was delivered on time. Even though I need to return a couple items, it was not the fault of the products, I just didn't like what they looked like on me. They are great about returns and I visit their site frequently to see the new stuff!
