Do not order anything from this site the clothes are nothing like the picture very poor quailty And workman ship trying to send item back and get a refund is in possible. Don't no who to contact to report them if any one knows please let us know. They don't get any stars because they are crooks
The photos look nice but lengths are hard to judge even with measurements provided. One dress was too short, one way too long and one just right. Also the sleeve lengths are too short. Shipping is too expensive to return so they are just hanging in my closet waiting for me to decide what to do with the.
It too so long for them to arrive - I lost track of which order was still outstanding. In the meantime, I had ads popping up in the middle of every article I read online.
I received my package. I want to return the items that do not fit, but with the covid outbreak that is happening worldwide right now, in my country we are currently closing for a month with only essential services open. This does not include international postal services. I sent an email to tell them if I can extend my return period. I received an instant response with helpful and easy-to-follow instructions on what to do and how they can help me. Very satisfied with my result and I feel valued as a client. Thank you!
I ordered and received two dresses. I ordered my normal size, but they were so small, I could not begin to squeeze into them. The fabric was so cheap they were like drugstore Halloween costumes. Threads were sticking out from most of the seams. I asked for a refund and unlike some of the reviews teport, they did answer. However, they said Id have to send them back to China and I would likely pay a lot of money including a customs fee. They offered 15% of my over $70 back or a 20% credit ($14) towards another purchase. Not a bad scam, they profit $56 since theses rags are worth about $14! Horrible, horrible company!

I ordered dresses and shoes from Just Fashion which were delivered on March 1st. I was on vacation and arrived home on March 9th. The dresses were hideous, not at all like the photos. They were very large, more like an extra-large. The shoes are cheap plastic and extremely wide. I tried for 10 days to get a return label. It is almost impossible. There is no phone number. Just Fashion refused me to return this order because of the time frame. I am embarrassed to give these clothes and shoes to Goodwill. Never will I order from this company again.

Please be careful before paying for your purchase to this site. They deduct money immediately but then take weeks to deliver the items.

1) Shipping is horrible, they will ship from china and have no idea when it will get to you... expect over a month
2) Clothing smells BAD! It seems that when they die it in the colour they don't wash it!
3) clothing does not fit!

I love your clothes, however, the sizing is inconsistent. Sometimes I need a 3X and other times maybe a XXL or just XL. Your chat person, Beatrice, said I would receive my order in 10 to 15 days. I hope she's right. Other than that, I enjoyed shopping with you.

You will not receive items that look like the photos. I almost cried when I opened the parcels. I thought that I was getting an elaborate cotton mix knitted cardigan, but what I got was a nylon printed piece of crap I wouldn't be seen dead in. The photos on the website are not what you get and it'll will cost £15 upward to return, which you will pay because you won't want to keep it. The suede boots I ordered were not suede and were badly made, If you saw them new, in a charity shop for 50p you probably wouldn't buy them. What an you do about it when you are ripped off by a Chinese company? See photos (on left = what I received).

Very pleasant. Great choices. One dress (the long white one) was perfect and fit amazingly. I did not expect it to fit perfect. I was only going to use it as a lining for see thru dresses that I have, but it looked amazing on me like it was made just for me. One dress was too big so I took it in and it is great now. One looked nothing like the picture at all. Totally different fabric. I just tossed it in a bag with clothes I was giving my ex husband for rags but he was going to ask his sister if she wanted some of the items first. The other dress fit but did not like the material. Jewelry was beautiful.
First time ordering. Quality was lacking. Fabric was not as expected. The "sweatshirts" were not made of sweatshirt material. The medium sizes, which I wear in all other clothes, were very strangely made. I was EXTREMELY upset that returns are to be shipped to China. I thought I'd read the return policy before ordering, but did not see that.
Their customer service happily assisted me and help me track my parcel and even got it all covered to call the shippers for me. You see, I had a problem tracking my parcel so I message their customer service if they can assist me because I need to know my parcel's whereabouts since I'll be leaving and I'm bringing the dress. I found the easy to navigate online boutique where I found just what I was looking for. The clothing range is extensive and had many variations within the different styles. I am very satisfied with the product. Having bought them before in this online store, I did not hesitate to return and will do so again in the future.
Nice looking clothes. Hope they look as good when I receive them. Most clothes I buy are Large, I went by your charts and bought an XL. They are all to small and not impressed with the quality. I will not be a repeat buyer. It would cost to much to send them back to get the next size.
When I tried to return my order due to fit issues I was kindly told that I would be responsible for shipping, customs issues and it would most likely cost more than what I spent on the items. I was encouraged to keep everything with a 20% discount for my dissatisfaction. I will never shop with this company again!

I placed order for 3 pairs of shoes on 5/25/18 and was told they would be processed in 3-5 business days. Today being June 15th and the order is still being processed. I have written several emails to them and the same result, order will ship soon, but still no timeframe. Now once they process it takes another 10-20 days to receive even though the cost of shipping was $17.00. Oh and the total order was $85.89 but then, I was charged the same day an additional $2.58. They said I was not charged even though I sent them my bank statement showing the charges and deduction from account. Now they dont even respond to my emails. Worst customer service ever! Stay Away unless you want to wait for your order forever! NO Phone # to call or at least I cant find one!

This website is an amazing company. It is a one stop shop for all your clothing and accessories. I ordered the dress and it is the same as the one shown on the site with the best quality material. The fabric was softer than I expected and the print was even more adorable in person. Everything was well packaged and it arrived a day ahead of schedule. To top it off, the ordering process is pretty easy, and everything reaches me on time and in excellent condition.

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
