The quality of the material and workmanship is simply Terrible. One of the dresses I received wasn't even finished. The sizing was a joke -- wasn't even hemmed. Strings hanging from everywhere. Was supposed to be 'linen'. Certainly wasn't the type of linen that I've ever seen. They will offer you a discount to keep the items, or offer you a refund if you return, which in itself costs more in shipping than the total order is worth. STAY AWAY!

Such a beautiful array of clothing to choose from. Very reasonable prices. I'm rapt.
I was rapt until my parcel arrived. The black and white jacket that looked so stylish in the photos was nothing like what I expected. The material is like shower curtain material, and is unwearable. The t shirts are nice, and I am happy with them. However I am not going to buy again, as it is impossible to know if you will be happy with your purchase.

Wow, You have a lot to chose from. I had a very difficult time deciding what I wanted to purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again. Unless for some odd reason the items aren't what they look like on your website

I spent $114. Most of the items do NOT look like the photo. The material is cheap and scratchy. The sizes are small so the large fit tight. One of the dresses I ordered is so small it looks like a shirt. I waited two months and the items arrived from a LA address, but they want me to return the items to china. They offered a 15% refund if I kept the items and when I said no, they went up to 25%, but what am I going to do with cheap clothes that don't fit? Listen to the other post that have expressed the same thing. I wish I had done a search on the website before ordering; lesson learned.

I Typed in The Bay, so thought this was a new part of that store. I was surprised when I found it was in American dollars. This could have been made clear at the beginning. I do not like this type of salesmanship. It is called trickery!
However, I did order 7 items. The first 4 came as scheduled. The remaining three took at least two weeks longer. I worried that the 30 day return offer would expire before I received all of my order.
I corresponded with them but had difficulting getting them to understand my situation. However in the end all the items did arrive on time.
They are offering me 15% of my costs instead of returning all but one item. The rest did not fit me.

The sweater is of excellent quality. I usually wear a size small, but I ordered a medium size because it was the only one left in stock and it fits me perfectly. With online discounts I can buy them all.

Cheap construction, cheap fabric! Pay attention to size chart. Just because you order a certain size one time, it doesn't carry over to the next order. You need to check the size chart each time. And i found it off by several inches, therefore, it didn't fit. You have to return to China, not the distribution center in San Fran where it came from. Postage would have been $30 for a 10 oz package. They offered me a 15% refund (keep the garment) or 20% off next order (There won't be a next order). I said i wanted to return. Then they offered 20% discount, 25% off next order. No, i want to return. Then offered 25% refund, which i finally accepted just to be done with this non customer focused company. Buyer beware! Never again. The clothes on line lol really cute. Don't be deceived—they don't look nearly that good.

Now that I have my order in front of me, I can see first hand the quality of the reproduction on each item... not that great, I'm so disappointed. I had high hopes that the fabrics quality, etc would be like the pictures I ordered from but sadly, not even close. A top I ordered that clearly has appliqués on it, ends up being prints of flowers on cheap fabric.
Bottom line - I got what I paid for and you don't get what the picture shows.

After finally receiving the items I tried to return them but the website made it utterly impossible to do so. BUYER BEWARE. Ads are beautiful. Products themselves are terrible. I have tried Chinese products before. From poor to no quality control to out and out false advertising. Never again!

If you could give a zero, I would. They sent me dresses in the wrong size, large enough to fit my entire family. I requested a refund, they ignored me. PayPal told me to send the items back to a chinese address, which requires a customs permit, and, $23.50. Are you kidding me. Please, do not order from these crooks. The quality is rediculous, it's like a paper cut out, they substitute a size, and ignore you. I only wish I read reviews before being taken in by the fake models of the dresses.

It's very hard to ‘continue shopping' where you left off once you place an order or view your cart. There should be a continue shopping option. I had to keep going back to menu.

Also the item material wasn't quite what I expected. When it said cotton blend, I expected more cotton feel. The items were more ‘acrylic, nylon' for my liking. I prefer cotton.
