Ordered a dress in size 12 which on the picture was a loose fit which I assumed would be a nice cool dress for summer. The dress when it arrived was much too small and totally flattened my chest. On requesting a return I was advised that the item should be returned to China at my own expense and even then a refund was not guaranteed. I decided to accept the 15% cash refund rather than fork out even more money and maybe out of pocket even more. I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering as it is just not worth the risk of something being unsuitable and not being able to return easily. One of the advantages for me of ordering online is the ability to return an item easily for refund. I do however, accept responsibility for not reading the returns procedure. I have paid for my mistake and will be more careful in future. Learn from my mistake.

The last order I placed just came recently and is very nice. I of course had to order a larger size. Your jewelry looks good but unfortunately is not of good quality. I would rather pay a little more and receive something that will last. Due to these problems, I will not be ordering from your company. I feel badly about that since I really like the designs of your clothing, and jewelry.

You have a ton of items but they are hard to find. They are not grouped well and when you have 2 items but different colors, they are not on the same page. Your search is incomplete. I typed in giraffe and got only 5 items when you have many more. I spent hours searching your site.
THEN I got the products - YUCK! All the cotton blend fabrics feel like rubber/plastic. The sizes were all incorrect! You have to PAY send to China to return items so no way to return this crummy crap!

I would shop on her much more but the shipping rates are outlandish!

I haven't tried what I purchased yet due to illness. I look forward to trying them on. Please explain to me why the shipping rate is so high. It's much higher than any company I've ever purchased from.

I keep getting emails telling me my order is on the way. In the email there seem to be duplicates of the blouses I ordered (2 of the same twice) instead of the actual different items ordered. Waiting almost a m month and no merchandise. How can I get a refund?

I will testify to all the negative reviews. It is all true - for real. Do not buy from this company. I have wasted too much money for you to go thru the same thing as I and many others have gone thru. Clothes are way smaller. My wife is a medium and I bought her XL size and it was still too small. I ordered 21 items and paid for expedited shipping 7-10 days and 20+ days later I have only rec'd 1 items which was too small. I have not rec'd a single pair of shoes and I am terribly afraid that if I ever receive a pair of those shoes they will also be too small. I will I had known that this company was from China, I would have never ordered from them. They are unresponsive once they have your money wit terrible customer service.

GREAT CLOTHING I have bought several hundred dollars of clothing from them. The clothes are not cheaply made. They give you quality merchandise. The summer clothing is the best with the dresses and tops. I got items that were very much higher in other stores.

I order relatively often on this site and I am happy every time! I can easily find my size and the site is very well sized! Especially for the dresses I love! They have a lot of different styles and I think everyone can find something to suit them! Thank you

Buyer Beware! It took over a month to receive the order, and only received a partial order at that. The fabric is a very cheep polyester but was advertised as a velvet top, and it was a jacket. Terrible quality and it looked nothing like the picture. So very disappointed.

You can pay extra to get your order within 5-8 business days but that will never happen! I have been waiting over 20 business days an have gotten one pair of shoes even though I paid an extra $27 dollars. I took advantage of the email and sent 3 emails without response back. There was a second email to utilize if you did not receive response from the first one within 48 hours. I emailed the second email also 3 times without response. Don't order from this site- you may or may not receive your order and they will never respond to you!

Clothing is adorable, fresh and most of the dresses have pockets! But your return policy is a ripoff. If I had known returns were to China and I had to pay custom charges plus, I would never had ordered from you and will not again. As it is, I'm stuck with a dress that's too small for me.
