This is my only online shopping store for years! I've been ordering from them for a long time and not only do I get my package on time or earlier, but the customer service is easy and fabulous. Their size charts are very accurate and all the clothes are well made and last long. My only comment (which is not bad just to keep in mind) but if it says "super low cut" it is VERY low cut haha! Buy here, you won't regret it
I just want to leave a general review of this wonderful website. I have absolutely had no need to email, call or complain. Products arrive quickly and on time. Quality is as promised. Discounts are honored, and returns and account credits are fast and efficient. I am very satisfied!
All of the tops I received were made of synthetic material with some cotton blend. I've tried to return one but never got any reimbursements, neither e-mail responses. Don't order from this company just by looking at the photos. (I have given all of the others away to charity.)

I never ask for things online and I'm glad I did it in this boutique for this dress. The dress is beautiful and of great quality and fits well (I will have to make small modifications to fit perfectly, the service was very useful to make sure I was ordering the correct size!) The shipping was slow, but that's because I live a little far from everything. Thank you!
When I first placed this order I didn't get to add my 18% code i.e., CRX18. I really liked the style of the denim dress and debated to purchase the dress because the US sizing is often wrong. But, I decided to give it a try. Well, sure enough when the dress came it was too small, bust and hips, if the dress had fit, the pockets would have been at my knees, making them impossible to use. So I am returning the item for a refund.
Even though I bought a 3X for my husband, it was still too small. I bought 3x because I figured it would shrink and fit just about perfect. BUT when he tried it on new it already was way too small. Passing it on to children. Blouses are also either too small with extra long sleeves, or too baggy.
One shirt came with white dots across the front. I sent picture to cust. Serv. And they offered to take 15% off the price, but it was not wearable outside because of the dots across the front.
Sorry for any inconvenience. Sizes of different items differ. There is the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size in the product detailed. You could compare them with your measurements.

The site wouldn't let me submit a review unless I chose 3 stars, but it is really worth none. Do not waste your money. Sizes run small, fabric is horrible. When you want to return an item, they tell you that you need to pay so it would be easier to just let them give you a 15% discount. If you say no, they will give you a 25% discount on those items. But that is no big deal. The money is still wasted and I wouldn't even give away some of the items I bought.
I received my beautiful shoes, very pleased with them. They actually look better than the pictures. Will definitely buy from "JustFashionsNow" again in the very near future. Great selections, easy check out and easy on the purse.
I tried to return about 1/2 or more of my $200+ order and got the run around for a return label. I was finally offered 40% off my order to keep the clothes (which I accepted after getting back from a 3 wk trip out of the country) but have not heard anything back. This experience has cured me from ever ordering online again.
Too long to receive the cloths, but not a real big deal... And the sizes were wrong but that is my fault.
So when we were disiding on returning the wrong size items, it would cost more money to ship back and forth than what they are worth. However, we are considering reordering the right sizes if the lady I bought them for agrees.
I am currently trying to return one of the items, I filled out the return form,but have been having trouble getting you to send me the return authorization so I can return the product. It will soon be past the 30 days to do so and then I'm stuck. I am currently in the hospital which is only making it more difficult. Had you responded when I filled out the form 3 weeks ago this would be mute.

It took me perhaps twice as long, because if I looked at an item and wanted to continue shopping I was returned to the beginning of the category rather than being returned to where I left off. I even had to close out and start the shopping experience the next day bringing about an email from you.This was very frustrating and I almost lost my cart as a result. At one point my cart was empty. However I was finally able to enter my order.
Just received my clothes, and I can't say I'm impressed. It looked a lot better on the website, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised because the price is low and it's true that you usually get what you paid for. I was hoping to be more pleasantly surprised though. Very cheap material and pattern looks very blurry compared to the picture. Oh well.

Could not find info on delivery when I ordered. I knew it would be slow as I have dealt with these companies before but more than two months was ridiculous! Several items not in package. One is damaged and one jewelry item is horrible quality even for "fun" jewelry. The items I did receive are cute (I placed a large order) and worth what I paid. Tho I usually wear medium I ordered large. Glad I did that. All items washed well and I am satisfied with what I got. Remains to be seen what happens with email I sent about missing and damaged items. Remember! You get what you pay for!
I brought a medium size dress from this online boutique, I ordered a size M but I have lost considerable weight, so now I am probably an S. Of good quality and very pretty in style. I got burned long before online with another online store so I was nervous with my purchase, everything was fine!
Nice site and easy to navigate. However, I ordered a dress in XL and got a M. There is nothing I can do with this dress as it does not and will not fit me. Shoes I ordered are really very clunky and look huge on my feet. My size 6 looks like a size 10.

I ordered three tops. They fit true to size but didn't look exactly what was on the model. I guess it is the material blend of polyester and cotton blend. One top said cotton blend. No percentages! One I like is black has a cricket is nice. The price is right but probably won't order again.
Cancelled the order when I saw on my bank account that the prices charged were American dollars, even though I had selected Australian dollars and ordered based on that prices shown. This made a difference of more that 50%. I cancelled immediately (transaction shown only as pending) but you continued to put the charge through and I had to wait more than a week for the reversal, to add insult to injury I was charged an overseas transaction fee. If you charge American dollars okay but that should be the price clearly shown on your website. Customer selects their own currency and expect that to be the currency shown unless prices are clearly shown US$.

Frustrating not to have option to limit choices e.g. sleeve length.
Still have not received all the items in my order after over a month. What I have received does all fit well and the quality is better than I expected. That said, I do not particularly like many of the shirt fabrics as they do not breath in the hot weather which makes it even hotter.
Not enough filters for styles (ie: under tops - tunic, crop, cardigan, hooded, etc.) Had to spend way too much time going back and forth. Depending upon the quality of the merchandise, I'm not sure I would go through this again.
It was my first time using this website and I was very impressed with the range of designs and accessories as well as the prices and special offers on offer! It was very easy to navigate the site, search for products and there was a wide range of reviews available. I just placed my order, so I can't comment on anything else yet, but so far I am very happy with my experience.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
