We had a flight (business) cancelled and put into economy on a different flight. All I wanted was a credit for the difference between these two classes. I started the claim in March 2017 and it is now Sept. 2017 and I still do not have the refund even though I have been continually promised prompt attention in 24 to 72 hours. All this time they have had all the documentation they required. This is the most non-responsive company I have ever dealt with. Any company can get five stars during good times. The real test of a good company is when a customer service situation occurs. Let's see what this supervisor can do for me.
I usually use multiple apps or website to find the cheapest and convenient way to travel but with JustFly I didn't have to search any longer. I have a few more places to travel to and of course I'll be using the app to do it. Love that they email you when the price drops too. If you haven't checked the app you're definitely missing out.
After entering all info, message popped up that the fare increased by $35. I said ok. Then another message popped up that the fare was no longer available. So I started making another reservation. Just before I hit "confirm" I received an email with my booked itinerary for the first flight! And the second flight was at the original price. Not real happy this time around.
Bought tickets from Budapest to NYC. Received confirmation and all booking info.
In couple of hours they cancelled our booking and never sent us a message.
For two weeks they kept us sending Flight info, Insurance info, all marketing garbage they do. When we came to Budapest Airport on the day of flight, the Airline company told us that our booking was cancelled, when and by whom. Had to buy tickets on the spot for $2800 to get home. When contacted justfly.com (which is very hard to do and it is intentionally on their part) where told that there was their system glitch. They did put money back on our credit card. So when we asked to be reimbursed for difference between original tickets price and what we had to pay to get home, they refused, saying that we did not contact them from airport about the issue, adding insult to the injury.
Stay away from this people. I am going tell this story in other places too, to protect traveling folks.
The booking part was OK. But then they sent me an email for seat reservation and charged me $207 for making the seat reservation without my authorization. I am going to dispute this charge via my credit card. The company is a fraud in my book for making these kind of charges without providing requisite clarity to their users.
I got routed to justfly.com through kayak. As they had the lowest fare for where I wanted to go. My only complaint and the reason why I am giving it 4 out of 5 points is that the prices ended up being slightly higher. Not a big deal as the difference was only 20$ but it defeated the whole point of shopping for the lowest fare.
In addition to the usual charges for the flights, Justfly.com added an extra $100 charge to our credit card without any explanation or receipt explaining the charge. Naturally, we disputed the charge. Use them at your peril!
I booked 2 Business Class Tickets on Kayak that re-directed me to Justfly. I booked my tickets and found out after the fact that they charged me over $160 just to make the reservation with no confirmation. I had to call Swiss which was a whole other disaster to get my reservation. www.JustFly.com are scammers and I should have checked their reviews. 1 Star, that should tell you something. Shame on Kayak to even do business with them.
I really appreciated how simple it was too book and had the best prices out of all the websites I saw. I like the option to choose your seat and it was very efficient. I would definitely put this top on my list again if I ever buy another ticket, internationally!
I have never felt the need to leave a negative review for any service but the lax attitude and the "I don't care - this is what my script says" discussion lasting over an hour (over 3/4 of that on hold) has driven me to the edge. The travel agent who booked my flight left the "B" off of my last name and I did not notice until the day of travel. Even though the airline said the change is free of charge at any time JustFly would not correct this without collecting the $75 fee from me. An hour of being on hold and multiple calls with the airline to confirm the change was free and nothing was resolved. This is ultimately the worst experience I have ever had, with the language barrier, the lack of answers to my questions and the disregard for my time. I will never. Ever. Book through this company again and the many trips I book will be taken elsewhere for as long as I am traveling. Do not use this company if you have ANY other options.

Answer: Forget about the refund. They will have an excuse like mine. I bought the insurance, but apparently there are two insurances you can buy for one ticket. Who ever heard of that?

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
