I ordered a flight from TPA to Europe. The company changed my tickets three times due to COVID restrictions in Europe. Each time they charged me a fee. Finally, after the 3rd time, I decided to cancel the trip altogether. They charged me a $200 cancellation fee (directly from my card, on the same day, and not deducted from my refund), even though it was their fault. I submitted a request for a refund on August 25th. Today is Sept. 8th, and the request is still in process. I emailed them several times, the answer was "copy-and-paste".
The previous 2 times they declined my refund, stating they will give me either a voucher for a future flight or they will change my ticket (for a fee). I have all the text messages, documents, and emails.
P.S. The original ticket was for March.

Customer service was excellent and the service was good... I called her to cancel my booking with Lufthansa because they are not allowed to land in Nigeria for now and she helped me with delta airlines. So proactive..
Couldn't travel with existing reservation during covid period due to change to schedule. Had to buy make a second reservation still with justfly. Called within 2 hrs to have refund for the first ticket and they told me they couldn't and when I insisted on talking with a supervisor, they promised to transfer me then said they didn't have one. Finally took my tel number and promised to call me which they never did but sent me an email with travel credit valid for 1 year per the email. No problem, that was better than losing over $430. Tried to use the travel credit 2 months later and and it wouldn't let me. Each time i called for help and selected the option i had an existing reservation, no one came to the phone and they kept me on line with music playing. The first time i selected the option to purchase a new ticket suddenly a live agent by name Ben came to attend to me. But insisted he he could not do anything for any existing reservation even after explaining I'd been waiting and trying for hours. As usual there wasn't a supervisor I could talk to. He transferred me to same number which kept me waiting for hours and no one came to attend to me for hours until i had to drop the call. Even the music stopped playing. It is so terrible because they actually monitor your activity and can tell you've been trying to make some changes to your reservation but they are not willing too. I'd introduced some friends and family to this site but I very much regret doing so. It's a shame. Obviously all they care about is your money and once it is with them they don't care about you or your flight and I wouldn't uwant anyone to go through such a frustration. Avoid justfly before you get bitten as well. Please RUN before you become a victim.
I had a concern about a fly. Made call to justfly and received call from them. Spoken to more than ten person about the problem and none of them told me if it could resolved. Even after the date has pass still no respond.

Please save your money and time don't use this sham outfit. A person named Femm received my call and I could not hear over the chickens that she had in her Bed room. Plus her English was an utter disappointment. She charged me $70.00 to post pone my cancelled flight but I never requested for her to do so. I had to call back over and over but still no resolve. I tried to request for a date change but her third world understanding did not allow my request.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
