My cardiologist is right next door, so he sent me here to run my troponin in order to determine whether or not I need to be admitted to the hospital for another heart attack.

The lady drawing my blood had to dig around in my arm, only wore one exam glove, and was as slow as a sloth when it came to the paperwork.

My specimen was marked STAT with 2 different stickers. The nurse at my Dr. Office called and informed them that we needed to get my results ASAP and supplied lab corp with her cell, just in case the results were complete after business hours. After 2 hours in the office, they realized how long lab corp was taking and gave me permission to leave. They didn't want me to go, but in light of the lack of test results I couldn't just stay there after the office closed.

Here I am, wondering whether or not I need to go to the ER... unsure of whether or not I will be able to work my 5 am shift tomorrow... unable to get ahold of anyone at lab corp to find out my test results.

NO ONE should ever have to be left wondering like this. I am frustrated to tears. Test results should be much more timely than this.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Venipunture injury
April 25, 2022

On Friday 4/15/2022, I went to get blood drawn because my specialist insisted he has an acct. With LabCorp so I went. I asked the tech since she couldn't find a vein in my left arm, not to fish. She said I don't fish, I find the vein. Well it so happens, she still couldn't find my vein, she kept trying until she found one, however to my misfortune, not only did she puncture the main artery but also the nerve, which sent an electrical shock down to my wrist causing me to lose all feeling on my right hand and fingers. I immediately went to see my PCPhysician, she sent me to Simon Med to get an ultrasound to rule out any blood clots. So, I wind up in the ER of Poinciana, the pain became so acute, I could not lift my right arm at all. The electrical current I kept feeling, and throbbing pain became so severe it was radiating up to the side of my neck, to my chest and back. I was crying like a baby by this time. I cannot get ahold of anyone at LabCorp. No one answers! Still today, I continue suffering with pain and have to be referred to a Neurologist for nerve assessment and treatment until I heal. I am not working and have now to accrue so many medical bills without it being my fault. Never will I step foot at a LabCorp facility again.

I went into labcorp today and IT HAPPENED AGAIN! I was billed for MICHAEL P MILLER FROM NEW JERSEY! I told the woman im michael f miller from florida. She said Miller is a very common name this is very common for this to happen!? This has been going on for over a year they said there was nothing they can do about this. My doctor doubled my statins according to the bloodwork, His doctor is Ashhad Mahmood MD, my doctor is T Scridon.
WHY DONT THEY ASK FOR A ZIP CODE IF THE NAMES ARE COMMON THAT WOULD REMOVE THE PROBLEM

I can't make an account on line because the questions they ask about my life (type of car, street I lived on, etc) I apparently didn't know the answers to. So they denied me an acct. I emailed to them at which time they emailed back telling me to fill out the attached form. I did. No response. I emailed again and they said we need a drivers license. I sent it. Again, no response. I emailed again. They said fill out this form. I said I already did. No response. I called. I needed test results. I've been getting them from corporate headquarters since I faxed a signed note. They wouldn't give them. I said I've been getting them this way for 2 weeks now. I asked for a supervisor. New woman got on the phone. I explained everything. She said you can't get them over the phone. I said yes I can. They are my results. She said let me give you to a supervisor. (I thought she was one). She came back on saying she's at lunch and will call me back. I said what time does she leave for the day? 5pm. It's almost 8 pm and guess who never called me back. Yep - meanwhile, I still have no acct! They have a bunch of morons working for them.

Today I went to the Lab Corp in Somerset, NJ and I must admit, I was quite anxious. You see, usually when I need to get my blood drawn, it takes a long while because my veins are rather elusive and are quite good at evading needles, just like Trump is with his taxes. As I was waiting for the person to come in and do the test, I was going through all these various scenarios in my mind. My heart was racing. Were they going to stab the needle in my arm repeatedly? What if they couldn't find the vein? What if they keep me there for 3 hours? I couldn't take it anymore. I suddenly felt the urge to run out of the establishment because I was riddled with so much anxiety. Luckily, the person came in and immediately soothed me. I guess you could say she calmed my nerves (Get it? Nerves? Veins? Haha). Within minutes, she was easily able to find the vein on my left arm and draw my blood. I was in disbelief! This has never happened to me before! I couldn't believe my eyes. What a pleasant surprise this was! I knew immediately after I saw the blood leave my body that I had to write a review about this mesmerizing experience. The name of the flawless individual who drew my blood was Kamini, and I will forever be grateful for her. Her expertise is unparalleled, and she will always have a soft spot in my heart that now has to compensate for the blood that was lost. Thank you, Kamini. I wouldn't have been able to do this without your tender care and precision.

GET YOUR MONEY READY!
October 17, 2019

My husband went to his heart doctor in Jan. Of this year. This is Oct. Now and a billing problem still going on. Labcorp did his labwork at the doctor's office. Recently at the time Labcorp purchased another company called Dynacorp, I believe, and they filed the insurance claim under Dynacorp and not Labcorp. My ins. Co. Paid as an out of network claim because they had never heard of Dynacorp. I continually called Labcorp and even spoke on a three way with myself, Labcorp and my ins. Co. To get this straightened out. And, I was under the impression that it would be. Well, turns out it still is not. Now Labcorp tells me they can't change their paperwork and I owe the bill. My copay of $15 is all my insurance co. Tells me I owe because that is what they contracted with Labcorp. So, I refuse to pay a bill I don't owe and Labcorp refuses to correct their mistake. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am giving a heads up to other people to be prepared to GET YOUR MONEY READY if you use this company for your lab work regardless if you have insurance.

I need to take a drug test for a job. Knowing how everything is right now with the Covid-19 I called to ask about scheduling an appointment and procedures/requirements. There is a voicemail system that provides answers to basic questions. It said to go to their website to schedule an appointment. I read over the directions to schedule an appointment, chose "Employment Drug Screen" and then was given time options. I chose 8:45am. I printed out my appointment and arrived ten minutes early. As soon as I signed in, the system notified the lady at the desk I was here for drug testing. I was then told drug screening starts at 10am. I asked why when I selected "Employment Drug Screen" did it give me the option to select an earlier time. She told me that it was a glitch in their system and that it says the times for drug testing on the website. After I wasted 30 minutes driving back home, I went back to the website and read over it again. Even though it does say it after you select the drop down option on your desired location, there is no clearly written area or explaining the "glitch" in the system nor does it specify any differences in scheduled appointments or walk ins (for example, the 10am start time only applies to walk ins) It was clear when talking to the receptionist that this is a common issue she has to excuse often. I wasted 30 minutes driving there and 30 minutes back because of a glitch that clearly is not expected to be fixed anytime soon.
