The order and item were fine. Until you are left to pay a large custom bill which is not clearly explained when you order. Customer service is at best very rude. Please shop else where and dont give your business to these guys.
To be fair to them after a bit of nagging they have issued a 50% refund on the custom duties
This is my first time ordering from China and I was a bit worried. But I loved all the clothes that I've ordered. The quality was really nice indeed. Shipping via DHL took just a few days. And the store even refunded my customs fee, that was very considerate of them I must say. Overall, I'm delighted. Will definitely purchase from LightInTheBox again.
I'd seen many ads before when surfing online. I was not sure LightinTheBox was a trusted website. I finally took a chance and made my first purchase: all products came carefully wrapped in no time to my address. I was more than pleased and stunned that all went so well. I will definitely come back for more! Very nice quality of the products!
Some good-looking clothes, but the sizes are generally too large, and the quality is very shifting. Have apparently not published my reviews for individual items when they were negative. The low prices allow for a few bad items in an order (wear them at home) when you can get a few great items in this mixed bag.
I bought a jeans dress hoping it would be a real denim.It's not even close.It looks like a cheap blue curtains fabric.My grandma can make denim dress better. A complete throw away of my hard earned money.No quality, no style just cheap cheap cheap. There is even no label or tag.Don't buy anything from this fraudulent website

This is the only source I know for rare earth spherical magnets. These are a toy which can be sculpted. I have ordered more and more. My office is very happy. Guests come again just to play with the magnets.
Items are packed well. Items ship within a few days of ordering. My orders take a month to arrive. Yes, waiting is tough. It's not slow shipping, it's just a vast distance to cover. Compare the shipping time to picking the item up in person!
Recently purchased two dresses.Both were nicer quality than expected for the price.Very important to check size chart as they seem to size differently than I am accustomed to. Overall very pleased and will order again from this site.
Made the order for a kids bag on 8 sep 21 from 15 sep the order is in transit till date and the supervisor of the team said it is going to take 60 days and than 10 days for delivery. Donr waste your time and money these people keep on sending delivery confirmation or if not tell us to go to post shop to check our order as they are out once the purchase is made even after paying $20 just for delivery. 0 customer support Pathetic service total waste of money order number.

The packages shipped through economical shipping need to go transit trough several different post offices and countries, which is the reason why it is still in transit. The "directions" for returning an item are as clear as mud. Basically, if you want to return an item, or in my case two items that just did not fit, you have no real choice but to keep them and donate them to a good cause. NEVER will I order from Light in the Box ever again and I would recommend that anyone reading this would heed the warning. Always learn from the mistakes of others!

If you live in the US don't order from them. They are unreasonable & the intent is to keep your money $$. They email nonsense. I was told they closed one of thier distribution center ( has nothing to do with me). They sent me a return label after they said I couldn't send it back to China or where ever than had the nerve to respond & say I sent it to the wrong place. Excuse me but it's your label. Ridiculous. They only want your $$$$. Don't shop here if you value your hard working dollars.

I am very sorry for what's happened and will try my absolute best helping you quickly resolve this. After reading through previous correspondence I learn that you've returned the package back on your own initiative. Please be aware the return address will only be shared after 1 of the aftersales customer service agents gave the approval to return. Have you returned the package back to the address that is indicated on the shipping label? If the case, then this will be the USPS warehouse, with who we don't cooperate with. In fact we put a yellow sticker on the outside of our parcels, especially to warn customers not return the package to the address that is printed on the shipping label. Despite our warning we we wont get the dress back. Considering this it's not evident to justify a full refund.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
