In the pictures, the T-shirts look good!
The delivery was absolutely 'on the button!'

I wore the 'Innocent until proven guilty' T-shirt for TWO hours, including one hour's driving: the 'pilling' down the back was dreadful!
I am not sure how to remove it but as it is, the T-shirt looks unfit for wear.
What should I do next? Any ideas out there?

My product (a cotton t-shirt dress) was as good as it appeared on the photos. The dress is comfortable to wear and laundered well. It arrive in less time than advertised and is excellent value for money.
I am happy with the products I've received so far … they seem to match their description and are of good quality. The only thing that I'm not satisfied with is the lengthly shipping times. To be a big competitor you must get your products to the consumer much quicker if you expect to compete with the likes of Amazon.

Very good website to order stuff from. I have yet to be disappointed from anything I have bought on this site and most things have free shipping. Be willing to wait for your order though as it takes around 20 days shipping. Concidering its coming from overseas I dont think thats actually too bad of a wait time myself.

This is my first time purchasing on this website. I was struggling because the dress is a non-refundable item. Also, my daughter's competition will be held in 3 weeks. I didn't know that they could arrive on time and fast. Luckly, the dress is pretty. It took 2 weeks to arrive. Only one thing is the dress run little bit small. But I'll purchase it again.

Sometimes the quality of the material is not too good.
You just deal with it. Also I ordered a jacket but the one that came wasn't have buttons on the sleeve as in the picture and the fabric was very poor, different from the picture.
I personally wouldn't shop here, although I only have ordered one item from here. I expect the rest of the items to be the same, cheap.
The item wasn't baggy as shown on model.
The item isn't the same material and is see threw which leads to it not being thick material as shown in photo. Just very poorly made and I paid like 50$ after taxes and shipping.
You can't get a 100% refund, it's either you get 10% or 30% if the product amount back. If they offer you a 100% refund is still isn't, because you have to pay to ship it back.
The customer service is nice and first but don't know how to deal kindly with a frustrated customer, because they end up being rude back at you threw email. I don't suggest anyone shop here it's a waste of your money and time.
You can't even leave a review on their website, because they probably know there products are trash.

The company made it incredibly easy to order this shirt, on sale, in the right size and color. The total price was good and it was delivered within days. They really came through for me and Christmas.
One pair of shoes, didn't fit, open the bag and an overwhelming stink of chemicals. Tried to return. They require you to pay shipping back to China, three times the cost of the item. Anyone want some cheap, crappy shoes?

I ordered an item very easily after I documented myself. The price is very good for many products. The delivery was good and easy to track permanently. Considering the distance from the sender to the destination, 3 weeks seems to me to be a reasonable term. I recommend shopping here.
We ordered 3 dresses, two were in stock and could be shipped in 24 hours. Light in the box refuses to ship them "to save me money" How $#*!ed is that, when I need the dresses for an event. The 3rd dress will not arrive until 12 days after the event. We have been trying for 4 days to get them to ship the two in stock dresses but you cannot call them or talk to a person.

After waiting 5 day for my items to ship, the status of my order was still, "In Proceess". According to their Terms of Service, I had the right to cancel my order. I submitted a request to cancel my order. FIVE hours later, they responded by saying they were sorry, but they just shipped my items so I was not entitled to a refund. Ive contacted my credit card company and issued a formal complaint against this nefarious web site....My advice? Stay away from Light In the Box!!!

I thought the time it would have taken for the package to arrive was long but it came to me really fast faster then was said to me.plus tha package is nicely packed with much care I loved the wedding dress it is good quality I got my money's worth
I purchased $25 tee shirt. It is black and has yellow, white, brown 'dots' raining on the front. When looking at the photos, it looks very fancy and would be appropriate for dinner out and/dancing. I put it on. It looks like I'm out the door to play women's softball -- and very cheap. It would cost me more to send it back to China than what I paid for it. I'm going to donate to Goodwill! I DO NOT want it in my wardrobe! Don't be the fool I was made to be.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
