I was able to Purchase a product much cheaper than from other competitors. The postage charged was lower and the delivery arrived within the specified period of time. The package was in excellent condition and the contents were protected from harm and in very good shape. Thank you.

Not only do they take your money for a cancelled order (within 12 hours) but it appears my card has been used in China, shortly after I handed over my card details to them.
Since there is no way I can even contact Customer Services, no email, no phone, no instant chat, nothing! I just expect they've taken my money without any intention of refunding it. I suppose I should count myself lucky, many others (from what I've read) were more unfortunate and have lost hundreds of dollars.
This site exists to take your money by any means possible! By lying and cheating (sending out rubbish to appear legal) they will make millions by the time the US government catches up with them. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
Horrible! Their return policy says I can return within 7days. So I bought 3 gown knowing I would be able to return 2. I have been to by them I can return be because they were special order, although no measurements was ever given. Horrible! And now I'm stuck with to gowns that I don't need
I have purchased shoes, 3 piece mens suit, sweaters, hats, shirts. All of these items have been excellent in value. The suit in particular was amazing quality as were the shoes. Highly recommend this site to all.
I love it, I've even passed it along to my daughter in law. Sizes are true to fit which is good for a big girl. Quality of clothes are great and comfortable.
The shop is fraud. I order a dress for a present in wrong size.
After of half an hour I open a ticket to cancel it and I make a new order with correct size.
Next day they send them and told me sorry and I should keep them both.
Also I order a Leather jacket and after of two months I receive a very cheap cotton jacket totally different from the picture.
They are thieves and their products are very low quality.

It was very easy to purchase my rings. Both are my size, 6, and they both fit.
I received two small clear plastic bags, in each. The round stone ring is brilliant and very nice.
It is well worth the cost. The big square ring is less pretty and worth the money. The finish on the silver parts is more rustic than polished. All in all, pretty good value for costume jewelry.
I bought a dress for my mother in law that she liked for our wedding. The dress cost 159.00 plus tax. I looked up that if it didn't fit or she didn't like it we could return it within 7days of order. Unfortunately, my mother in laws dress didn't fit even though we gollowed measurement chart. She didn't care for it as much as she did online. I asked the company to send me a return slip three times and each time they just kept sending me back the information and option choices and I never got my return slip. They will not refund your money. So unless your buying a low cost shirt don't care if I get my money back, do not buy through this company. I could not return the dress and I lost about 189.00. I was very frustrated because they say they will refund, but it's not true. They give you the run around. I will no longer do business with them. There are so many other online places that honor their word.

It is a website based in China selling different type of products such as clothing, computers, cell phones, etc... Prices are reasonable but I can't say cheap. I ordered 2 evening dresses because of their beautiful designs, but I was not happy with what I received at all. One of them has nothing to do with the picture they had put on the website and both had the worst fabric and tailoring quality. The problem is they were really friendly and helpful before sale but they were rude after sale, I tried to chat with them online but they disconnected me. I put 2 messages asking them to instruct me how to return the dresses but they just keep ignoring me. There is no telephone number on the website. After 2 weeks I finally decided to put a review for the dress but they have not upload my review. So this is the only way I could tell other people to prevent this website as I have already lost £184.

The products are very good. I love each of them very much. The men's bag and sneakers are great.
My only problem is the very long time it takes for the items to be delivered after the orders were placed.
I ordered a Large. They didnt specify that if you ordered a large you were getting an Asian large. The jersey tag said As - L; US - S. Basically it was two sizes too small for me.
When I went to return it, the instructions didnt match the website and so I have not yet been able to return it. If I can return it without any more difficulty then Ill consider them a respectable business with a bad website and unclear sizing.: After going to a laptop I was finally able to access a ticket for return/refund on Monday. Somehow I accidentally created two Refund tickets. They closed both of them saying there was another one so they could close this one. They took action on NEITHER of them. - 1 star is too high for their return policy.

I feel sorry for your experience. Please note the stuff did not close your tickets, they only merge them into one as you had opened multiple tickets for same reason and it would be impractical to be be served by different operators.

It's mostly good but sometimes things get broken in shipping and also things are very small.an xl in pants is only a small or medium in earnest. Other things are delightful however.also very hard to use coupons
Back on the 12th I ordered 3 phone cases, after almost a month with no updates, alerts, there wasn't $#*!. So I check with customer service, and all I get is a quick nod off and a coupon that they lie about the expiration date. Skip a while more, still no updates, I look again, and still nothing, sending another ticket, they tell me they'll just split the order, made me nervous, but fine. I go to check and they didn't split my order, they tampered with it, removed one of the cases that they took my money for. And I have the screenshots for it too! This review won't be fixed until MY stuff is fixed.

These shirts are made of very poor quality and Customer Service just decided what I needed to receive and what I did not! The sizes of their products are way too short and small and fit only US children and teenagers not mature women! They sell this garbage and refuse to take it back on their account as I already paid for their shipping and demand the customer to pay both ways! I previously sent a message regarding this particular order. I did receive the order, but there was a 4 pcs set of clamps ordered, but only one clamp came. When it says 4 pcs in the description I would expect to receive all 4 clamps. I enjoy shopping on your sight and have purchased many things. I want people to know what and who they are buying from before spending their hard earned money on ANYTHING from them. I ordered 2 very nice looking (on paper) hats. I received them in the mailbox. They were crunched up and places inside a clear bag. One hat had glue on it and the other one had a bow that had a velcro patch to be fastened to the hat. I had a feeling the quality would not be great, but even the packaging has me spellbound. I have dealt with a similar ordeal with another company out of China. I also had another order for 6 pairs of shoes and 4 more hats. I know there is no sense in expecting to return these items in that it will cost way more to return than even the hassle. NO MORE CHINA MANUFACTURED ITEMS IN MY FUTURE. Needless to say, I want to spread the word as much as possible. My cart will be emptied of the waiting order and I will again chalk this up to the old adage, "if it looks good and made in China", buyer beware

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
