I could literally put my finger through it.
It was supposed to have native North American art on it but what it actually had was lines of swastikas on it.
I pointed out it was highly offensive but the answer was you must be a whining jew?

Money was taken from my account.
And the orders were canceled without notifying me!
They have no email or number to contact and i cannot get a refund through the website.

I ordered 2 gowns, since the gowns arrived too late for the event I was prepared to return although light in the box stated that my dresses were custom ordered. It was disappointing as I never sent my measurements! How can my order be a custom order?. Every other company I bought from allowed a return without making it so difficult. I have been ordering from LightintheBox for over 2 years now and have also shared this site with family and friends. Sells most of everything you could have ever dreamed of for reasonable prices. Quck responsive resolution as well for any issues we have experienced.
Made a small purchase on 5th may 2015 did not receive even though they said was shipped. Thinking maybe lost in mail and was not an expensive item ordered and paid again on 2nd august 2015 account still showing not shipped almost 3 weeks later.
There were the worst experience with online shopping in my life. They charged for delivery 13 eur and then when item arrived to Ireland DHL wanted 25 eur! Vat for backpack worth 35 eur. They charged Vat for both item + shipping with robber rate. If you don't pay vat you need to pay for shipping to sender or leave just like that with no payment. But you don't have anything. I tell you avoid extra cost and leave them to deliver local. Never more this is completely nonsense.

There website is hard to use, and its taking to two weeks for delivery, i odered something on 1-26-22 and 6 days later it stills says its Processing, and they even have a Phone #. Order # **************
I ordered four pillow cases for around 25$ and when it come i have to pay 26$ duty... they arive on some what time but i am really upset to paid duty equal to the worth of my order for which i was not aware.
Been waiting 18 days since it was supposedly shipped, for my LED light order. Tracking web page is down half the time and all it shows the order is on its way to the country of designation. Waiting to see if these guy are ligit.

The color was not as pictured, it is ugly. This is 100% polyester and does not fall the way cotton does. The photos used imply cotton. I used the sizing guide, and these are HUGE. It took a lot of searching on the site to find return instructions. The search bar is useless in this regard. The return process id archaic and draconian, as if designed to discourage returns, if not to make it impossible. When i finally got to fill out the return application, A) it will not accept my photos and B) the submit button doesn't work. I have photographed the entire process to submit to the CA Atty General's office, Department of Consumer Affairs. DON'T waste your money!

I contacted the company and explained the large coat didn't fit and like to exchange it for an extra large and they were agreeable. At present, I returned the coat that I received and have been assured when the package I returned is received they will ship me another. Sadly because of Canada Post high price in sending packages abroad, it cost me 88.00. But nevertheless, I believe the exchange is worth it.
We purchased 4 of these light fittings and we are more than happy with them. They are 4w per light and are adequate for what we needed. However, if you want them as a main light, then being 4w each they most probably would not be of any use. We just love them. Here in the UK we have found nothing at all anywhere near as good and as different.
I ordered 7 necklaces - 2 arrived broken. I ordered a 2X blouse that is probably a 14/16. I know I can return, but by the time I send it back and wait for new merchandise, it's just too time consuming. I will continue to buy from local vendors.

Love this company! The clothing and accessories are made to my expectations! I got my engagement dress from here, it is stunning! I will recommend this website to anyone and everyone. I got most of my wedding accessories from here: veil, tiara and shoes! Love them all! Their shipping is always on time or sooner, the clothes and accessories are always packed neatly! They're easy to work with and very understanding!
Resolution of issue by customer services. At the end I got the item I wanted at reasonable price. I bought a bicycle jersey. Good product.
Initially I did not get the item despite the tracking says that I have received it. It took a while to wait to see if it was just delayed. Later the customer servece recognized my frustration and decided to send a item again which didn't take much time. Happy with the result at the end.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
