Had the same problem as others - the photos of clothes are designer items on models. What you get is a cheap copy made in China. I contacted the company and they stalled asking me to send photos of the item so they could see what was different. I ripped off the cheap taking bows and diamante that were all over the Plain white bolero I ordered. Threw out the other item I ordered and would never shop with them again.
I was very wary of the site at first, as we've all heard the stories of other similar businesses. But so far, and after three orders already, I'm quite satisfied. The clothes fit perfectly, the fabrics are nice too. I also ordered a few items and they're of nice quality (an umbrella and a ring). Furthermore, shipping time is very fast, especially considering I live across the globe.
According to light in the box contract, you must file a claim in order to return anything. Get a China address and pay for the return. I refused the package, due to the product not being delivered when expected (Halloween costume). It was then shipped to the address on the package without being opened. No refund and my credit card company said it's in their contract that you must follow the ridiculous return policy procedures.

This website steals all your information illegally just by visiting it and makes you a member without even asking. When I ask them to delete my membership and unsubscribe me from numerous spam mails that they send me everyday, they tell me something is wrong and they can't delete my account or unsubscribe me. Consider what kind of terrible surprises you may experience in case you purchase something.

Ordered a men's shirt from Lightinthebox. My size is large and so I ordered extra large to be safe. When I tried the shirt on I could not do the buttons up. It was way too small for an extra large shirt. I tried to return it and received an email from Lisa Sandoval advising that I would have to return the shirt to China and the cost of postage to do this is very expensive. She offered a "partial refund" for the inconvenience and without having to return the shirt. We accepted this offer but no partial refund has been forthcoming and Lina has gone AWOL. She doesn't respond to several emails and I am very dissatisfied with this company. Very poor business practices and not trustworthy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR TRUST LINA SANDOVAL'S PROMISES.

Terrible the dress did not fit. I mean it was a horrible fit, lopsided and the sleeves were WAY too tight. I weigh 140 and I am 5'6". And they only offered a 15% refund... PLUS the order took about 4.5 weeks to arrive. Worse looking dress and fit ever. Plus I could not even zip it up.
I was willing to do 85% but no longer... I want to sue them for such bad service and return policy.

This package was just as expected, and the parts fit my GoPro Hero as though they were made by GoPro themselves. The tripod was a bit smaller than I thought, however that will just allow it to fit in smaller places. The clips are very strong and should hold through any jostling around. The head and body gear seem very good as well, however I haven't tried them on yet.
So in a nutshell, this is a good package for the money, especially if you don't have any GoPro mounts to work with, which I didn't.
After posting the review below, I was contacted by Customer Service who advised they can address my issue with the cycling top.
So I have adjusted my overall rating to reflect my thanks for their timely response.

I purchased a cycling top as a gift.
It turned out to be too small, because the sizing information was wrong.
The size chosen, (which normally fits my partner), has been used to purchase clothes from other clothing companies.
When I contacted the company, they told me it is too difficult to return as it has to be sent to China, at my cost.
Instead they suggested I buy another top in a larger size for a slightly cheaper cost.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
