Your products are very good...but unfortunatly I cant say the same about your delivery system.So until you have solve the problem,I will proceed to cancel all the ongoing purchases I have pending and wont be making any more.
Their products are of good quality (The most that I bought). The LightInTheBox conveys confidence, because if the request does not come, they return the money. I was never at a loss. In addition, there is a very helpful staff that keeps me waiting for answers.
When items were delivered they were faulty, as the picture shows the bulbs were hanging out of the frame. New batteries used but lights did not work. Lightinthebox are ignoring my request to return the items and get a refund.

My products were very good. Take note on the sizes because they are smaller than the standards in America. The problem was that it took seven weeks to arrive. I hope that the company could work on their shipping and delivery area
I purchased 2 shirts size 5X. They are too small. Beware of sizing. They want me to pay $10 to $40 postage to send to Asian Warehouse or refund 10%. Look out no returns or refunds just coupons. Not a US company

Check pictures. Don't waste your time and money. They will not issue a full refund. I even was not able to open a case in the order. The website glitches in China and does not have phone or email support.

Placed two orders, first order shipped as two-part order. Second part of order one and order # 2 arrived at same time. Everything was great except for some slight defects to the left sleeve stitching. Other than that issue, everything was good.
They took a lot longer shipping out then they said and shipping is expensive. Not true to the size chart they provide. Feels thin and cheap. They will not accept returns. In my opinion this was a horrible deal. I bout two different items from them on one order and both are bad.

Do not order from this company! Missing an item from my order. No way possible to contact them. Their customer service leads you to no where! The item I did receive is nothing like the picture. The dress looked so pretty & bright colors in their picture. I didn't even recognize it when I received it. So faded out. So disappointed!
I ordered men's medium size but they are not European size - trousers match description apart from sizing very small - not same as European.
Company have refunded in full ( following negative comments on site) so issue resolved fairly by them and as agreed.
Trousers were fine, delivered as expected but SIZING is an issue beware of this when ordering

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
