I am so very upset with this company. Clothes are terrible and of very poor quality. Hard to get return info so I can return items. Took forever to get it. Order on March 3 got them March 24.
I want all my money back and return mailing fees. It cost $50 to get them. Ugly material, thin and too small, too long, weird fit!

Don't buy anything from them
November 10, 2021

I ordered a dress with a jacket for my son's wedding and followed their size chart. Dress came, not as expected, especially for $200. My options were return to China at my cost- only if return acceptable to them, keep it for a 20% credit or keep it for a10% refund. None of these options are reasonable. I wish I had never seen their ad!

I am sorry for all inconveniences caused. I've noticed that you've requested to return the dress based on a size issue. I am genuinely sorry the dress didn't work for the wedding. Keep in mind our sizing might run small when compared to your habitual North American size. For this reason, we indicate all our products with their exact measurements --in both inches and centimetres-- on our website. My colleague must have thought it would be appropriate to try to convince you of keeping it with a 10% partial refund or 20% credit, I regret if you found these option unreasonable.

I hate this site for they are deceitful & burglars. After paying the amount of about £200 as price & postage I received something like a kitchen cloth instead of the beautiful night dress they advertise. They left me desperate the day of my son's wedding. Anybody help me sue them to refund my money?
By the way this is the second time I'm writing a review but received no response yet.

Ordered 2 dresses both were made of very poor quality material so decided to return for a refund. After several emails from them trying to offer me vouchers instead of a refund I confirmed I wanted to return them only to be advised that I would have to pay for a non refundable tracked postage to either China or Asia. Total rip off company selling poorly made goods with no customer service.

Bad Quality
September 10, 2022

Just recieved my dress, very disappointed with the quality and materials used. Dress as depicted is very deceiving, showed a sheared flowing skirt and fully flowered bodice. The hems were all unfinished, and the beautiful flowing shear skirt was cheap, thin polyester. The bodice very plain, flowers were dull to look at, no shimmer as picture portrays. I have included pictures.
I will not use this site again and recommend staying away.

Made some order soon after I realized it wont make the shipping in time so I tried to cancel. It would not let me cancel and hours later I get an email saying items has been shipped. The items will get here while I am away out of the country for 1.5 months. When I get home 1.5 months later, it will be too late to return the products. Lost of $385 thanks to lightinthebox. Not sure how you guys even write good reviews when there is no contact info and email just bounces back. I think you guys are mule working for the company.

I ordered a sweater jacket and tried to return it but my order could not be found on my account, even though I have an order number. So no way to contact anyone in regards to this, nothing. I am very angry that this site and app are completely defective and I cannot get any sort of help on this issue. I will NEVER buy here again.

LightInTheBox attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

CHINA SCAMMER SITE

So in follow up i see these jerks remark about refunds.
Read the fine print. You get 40% of your money back IF your lucky.
They like to drag the matter on and on. Bait and switch scam.
They know in time you will give up... as most people will.
At that point in time too much time has gone by and your out of
Luck because their ''warranty'' on your order has ''expired''.
Do not shop LIGHT IN THE BOX ever never!

We were thrilled to find the shirt my mom had seen on Facebook on their website and ordered in hopes to arrive before Christmas. This company was by far the best we did business with. They communicated with us immediately, as soon as the shirt shipped and even once it arrived it the United States! I haven't been this impressed with an online company before. We will definitely buy from here again. My mom adores her shirt- great fit and quality. Thank you!

Do not be tempted to purchase from this company.
Their 'returns' system is the most complicated and un customer friendly system I have ever come across. They will do anything to stop repayment. You think it is resolved and payment is being made back to you, but no, they pay it into your Light in the Box account for you to spend again (HA HA HA) or for you to credit your own Card. Complicated. If there were 5 negative Stars I would award them.
