I have been waiting for my items for the wedding since 12 of August I paid for speed delivery that has not helped. Still waiting but you see it says your item was shipped like a week ago I have of yet to see this

I bought several items from this site. All the same size. Three tops fit perfectly, two were way too big, two were too small in the armpits and horribly long and big at the hem. The dresses look like potato sacks, no shape. Not happy

I was excited to receive these eight items since it was my first order from Light in the Box. Everything was very nice and all fit but two dresses which I am sure my daughter can wear. I will order again from you very soon.
I've got an iPhone13case, the camera plastic was scratched, they never gave my money back I attach the conversation down how they scamed me by offering every time instead of money back, an sale of 15, 25, 50%on the next purchase.and they was answering once in 10 days so I don't fit in the regulations of returning the item, they wrote me on last message that the money return might take 20-30 days, on which I've answered I'm fine with that and never got an response after
it feels so bad when someone fools you on your money. Bad experience

My partner bought a dress from them and it was too big. She notified them that she wanted to return it and they agreed in principle. The dress came from a UK address, but they want her to post it off to China for the refund her expense. They will make it as difficult as possible to give you a refund. Under UK law you are entitled to a refund when you buy online if you notify them within 14 days and return it within another 14 days. Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere.

My daughter was dreaming about this dress for a year but it was too expensive. She looked for a similar and she happily found it on Light in a Box.
What a good surprise!
Quality, color, fabric, size, everything was perfect. We are very satisfied!
I ordered a mural which looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The resolution was terrible for the size and it was blue where it should have been grey. When I emailed them they tried to tell me it was a painting when it clearly was just a print and then tried to offer me 20% discount. I said that I wanted 100% refund but they said I had to return it to China at my own cost. Really unhappy.

I ordered items for a wedding. They took longer than promised 3-5 days so the company gave me a partial refund in compensation and offered to refund in full if they didn't arrive for my wedding. The dresses and gloves etc arrived in time and I was very pleased with the quality and the fit. They were very good value. In Australia the items would have been easier to track if they had used Australia Post. As it was they use TOLL and this company is very difficult to deal with over the phone. I got passed around quite a bit until finally the day after my calls I got a call from them and then they were very good.
Please don't buy from this company, items are sent from China, items take weeks to arrive, if they do arrive items are of poor quality and they make you pay for postage to send items back to China making it almost impossible to get any of your money back.

P purchased a set of Bluetooth headset for my PS3. The ID of the ear piece is around 2" and OD is 3.25". The reason I say this is that it doesn't totally cover my ears. However, they are very comfortable. I had no problems mating the two together. Lightinthebox was very helpful in answer all my questions about the headset before I purchased them. They sound great and the price if far better that what I would have paid for another set that sells for around $85.00.
The blanket is tiny and does not reflect the size that is shown on picture at all! The fabric is thin. Forget it. The print is very accurate.
The fleece hats are so small that they will not give the warmth that comes from a bit of space.
Shipping took very long.
When I wanted to write my feedback on the site with only 2 stars, the page did not take my input. Hahaha

When looking on the website, I see the blanket should be 90 cm width and 150 cm long. Can you please verify whether this corresponds with your order? Also forward us photos, so we can see the print isn't clear or accurate. Concerning the hats, are you unsatisfied with the material, or are they simply too small to fit an adult head? Please help us understand so we can help escalate this to the supplier.
In addition, I've found that this order reached you within promised schedule. It took only 2 weeks between the date of dispatch and delivery. Allow me to point out hat you've chosen 1 of our economical shipping methods, which requires between 10-18 business days to arrive at destination. Admittedly these long delivery intervals are not desirable, for this reason we would have recommended one of our better shipping methods for a small fee.

I was pleased with my order and the speed with which it arrived. I would say, however, that the picture on the website was a little off. It looked like a textured material when it was actually a silk screened material. Not at all bad, but different that my expectations.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
