I'm disappointed as im still waiting for my wall tapestry, 3 weeks, no idea when it will arrive, no ticket order and no easy and accessible way to contact. I will warn others as im unhappy and upset as I like the products advertised but im put off by lack of communication and negative reviews.

Great experience with Lightinthebox. Ordered a wedding dress for my daughter. Was a beautiful dress, and it only took about 3 weeks to get it. It took that long because we had it special ordered. Much quicker then I thought. We will be ordering the bridesmaids dresses this week. Thanks Lightinthebox for a great site.
I was hesitant to order from this company because of their shipping charges policy. I finally decided to give it a try. My first order was on March 31. I received the items on April 22. They did email me regarding the delay and the option to cancel the order. The items were not the same color as the picture, except for the black shirt. I decided to keep the black shirt and donate the rest, since I didn't want to pay shipping charges to send them back. I buy from another online store similar to this one but they are far better with shipping charges, customer service and quality.

Terrible. They sent me the wrong size. Tried to blame it on me, then tried to lie to me saying I was passed my time limit on returning the item. It got delivered on the 11/10/22 and I messaged them on the 13/10/22. I will never buy or use this ever again and I suggest that you don't either.

So be very wary of their product descriptions, as they are incomplete and inadequate. Then when the product needs to be returned for any reason, you have to pay to ship it to China. I would strongly advise you not to get sucked in by the cheap prices, in the end it's not worth it!

I have ordered a wide range of products from light in the box. I would highly recommend this app.easy to use,secure payments,good communication, quality products speedy delivery. One time I needed a refund the payment was back in my bank within a couple of days. Refund was due to a flash sale product selling out.
I ordered one of the optical illusion shirts. The one that came in did not even remotely look like the one in the ad. When I looked into returning it; they said I would have to pay to ship it back to China and implied that it would not be worth it. Stay away from these people if you do not want to get ripped off. The shirt in the attached photo does not have the dots only these weird streaks.

I ordered garden sculptures which were half the size that was shown.
Also there were no instructions on how to assemble any of them.
I would have returned it if the postage wasn't so high.
Your return policy is way costlier then any other companies that I have dealt with.
So far I have not seen my partial refund deposited to my account.
I would only order clothes that are on sale because the size description is not always right.
To much of a hassle to return to this company.

Purchased a phone which stopped working. Posted it back at extra expense. They informed me I would get a partial refund within 7/25 working days. That was Oct 31 2015 today 8th Feb 2016 no sign of refund. No way to contact this company when something goes wrong. Out of pocket 140 Would give no star but you have to give one
Update on May 6 2017. I notice my review has been seen by thousands of people. I hope they didn't buy from this faceless flawed company I would take pleasure in knowing I had saved a lot of people a lot of trouble and lots of money. I never got a refund after everything and I would never buy again online from a company in China that would be my advice to any one of you especially if you live outside China. I live in Europe and this was my experience.
The main thing on the order was a brown wig with short hair and bangs. I was really looking forward to it, because it was supposed to cover up my hair loss. But I received the package with a totally different wig. It had long blond hair and no bangs. It doesn't suit me at all. And here I am with no hair and no wig. It's a disappointment. I had to go to the nearest store and buy a new wig for 250 euros. The cheapest one in the local store And it's a fake wig, short. And I was counting on spending that money on therapy. I will never order anything from this site again.
Light in the box sent me the wrong order. I ordered 2 cases for my iPhone 13 and they sent me 2 cases for a Samsung phone. When I tried to contact them about their mistake they sent me to a customer portal that sends you in a loop when you attempt to process a return. They have no customer service email or phone number. These people are crooks!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
